Celebrated my mums 90th birthday here. The food was wonderful, the service was great we couldn't fault anything. We had been planning the surprise for awhile so were in contact with Mumbai to make the arrangements for 24 of us. They were so helpful my mum and all of us had a lovely afternoon. Thank you.

Great restaurant with exceptional tasty food, lovely and friendly staff and a fantastic venue that shows sports , has an extensive drinks menu and a function room if needed.My wife and I and mum & dad love this place and have booked numerous events here using the function room to host parties such as our Mendhi night and birthday /wedding anniversary . The manager Rayes was so helpful and willing to help and organise and take the stress out of organising a 70+ guests list party and with the help of his team Joe and the wait staff and chefs the parties were a success without a hitch. A great thank you to all the staff there, please book this place for any upcoming parties you and your guests won’t be disappointed and great food at a reasonable price as well. Thanks Mumbai junction for being at the heart of the community.

I organised a 80th surprise lunch on the 30th September for around 40 guests. We were given the closed off conservatory area for the party and had a 4 hours timespan, meaning were were able to have the cake cutting at the restaurant to. Ordering from the party menu was quick and easy. Food was in abundance and all the guests loved the delicious veg/non-veg menu. Along with the starters and main course, there were naan breads, rice, salad and chutneys and soft drinks were included in the pp cost. Not many restaurants include soft drinks, so a good tip if you want to reduce your extra costs and have a budget in mind, this could work for you. I had organised a balloon delivery and this was happily accepted by the establishment and kept safely for the occasion. Thanks to Bipin, who assured me that delivery to the restaurant was possible (great as I could not have received the balloon delivery at home, I would have been rumbled!). On the day, all went so well and all the staff were very hospitable, especially Shihab, who pretty much was at our beck and call and checked in with me constantly. If another occasion arises, I would not hesitate and book Mumbai Junction again! Loved the veg kofta btw, so much so we had it for takeaway last night!! Thank you to Bipin, Shihab and all the staff at Mumbai Junction, you did great!!!

A huge thanks to all the staff at Mumbai junction. We had a party for my grandma today in the conservatory area. The staff were very attentive and made sure the day was perfect for us. A special thank you to Mohammed for helping us organise the day. Everyone had a great time!

Placed a takeaway ordered, on collection was told they made a mistake. Had to wait another 20 minutes, did not even offer a reduction on total bill

Good: space, clean, portions okay. Negatives: no service, constantly looking for staff, to clear plates, to order, to get bill etc. Overall it’s okay, wouldn’t go out of my way to go here. Service next to none. Spicy food. Portions ok. If in the area okay, but much better other places locally.

Me and my family have been visiting Mumbai Junction for many years and not once where we disappointed with there food and service. The parking is really good as theres plenty of space surrounding the restaurant. And the staff and managers are incredibly helpful and friendly. I would just like to highlight how tasty and delicious there dishes are at Mumbai Junction. A regular starter I would recommend is the spicy paneer as me and my family have been ordering that starter for years and years haha. I definitely would recommend Mumbai Junction to everyone as it an amazing restaurant. I definitely would rate my experiences a 5 out of 5.

We had our Lions Club Zone Meeting on Thursday 15/12/2022 our meeting took place in the back room area we had 48 members present and the food was excellent and the service provided by the staff was very profassional. The food we order for Vegetrian was Chilli Paneer, Malsal Mogo and Chat and for Non Veg Desi Chicken. Daal mixed veg and Desi Lamb and they alos provided Jian food for 2 members and Gulten free food as well and lovely deserts were served We will be another Lions Club Business meeting in May 2023

Order was chicken chilly , prawns masala , chicken tikka masala , but we don’t know what is this , this all food like lots of row onions and tomatoes really we will never come back and very expansive west of money , thanks

Though this restaurant has simple interiors, but food taste awesome and also at reasonable prices. Its not only me my entire family member have been fan of Mumbai junction after experimenting in other Indian restaurants too. But till date no one could impress us like mumbai junction has done with its food taste and reasonable prices. Keep going!! Always be your loyal customers

Wow!! What can I say? We took our Mother to Mumbai Junction for her birthday and it was the best evening ever! The Desi Chicken and Desi Lamb were well prepared and not too spicy. The Masala Mogo and Chilli Paneer were amazing. To top it off the venue was attentive and even brought over a birthday ice cream for my Mum!! It even had a candle. I will be coming here again!!

A favourite fir great indian food. Better than many of the other local restaurants. Staff are helpful and service good. Ordered the desi chicken- no real difference to butter chicken. Would recommend karahi chicken instead. Desi chicken seems to be a not so creamy version of butter chicken.

We held our Jamhuri High School, mini reunion at Mumbai Junction. Group comprising fifteen vegetarians and non-vegetarians. There was ample parking space. We were allocated a space in one of the rooms that was spacious and our group with the assistance of waiters re-arranged the tables so all group could face each other. The starters were ordered for vegetarians/non-vegetarians. All the starters arrived on time and were sizzling hot. The resturant has well stocked bar. The waiters were friendly and we were not rushed at all and once food was served there was no bar to leave to suit the resturant. All enjoyed deserts of Kulfi, Indian style Chai and mouth fresheners called Paan. I observed that the resturant was busy and there were many families including one family that were given a table in our room - They were celebrating a birthday and we all joined in singing happy birthday. The resturant had great ambiance and it was like being in one of the best eateries in Mumbai. I would go again.

Extremely poor delivery service. DO NOT order via Uber eats. Their management is extremely poor and they send delivery drivers who cannot communicate and lie about their location. The delivery driver left voicemails speaking in an unfamiliar language and made no sense. Food was cold....

I had visited Mumbai Junction before COVID-19 and overall we enjoyed all the dishes. Last week we ordered the Vegetarian platter for takeaway delivery, consisting of Samosas,Potato vada,Makal Paneer Pakora, Hara Bhara Kebab and Potato and green chili bhajia. Also ordered two mains with naan bread. The next day, I had awful pains in the stomach, which lasted a few days. My partner had only the curries for lunch the next day and was fine, which leads me to think the starter we ordered, which was overly-fried, overly-spiced, lacking in taste, cold (and possibly not fresh either) was to blame.Please improve this platter as it spoiled our past positive experiences of the food.

Mumbai Junction is down the road from us, and we visit regularly. The food is always delicious and the portions generous. The waiters are friendly, and there is usually a lively atmosphere with lots of other local families filling the place out. Only negative is that the service can be slow.

I Honestly Thought this place was good, i was wrong. i went to this place with family members and we ordered somelamb chops, turns out the lamb chops were not clean at all, i went to the bathroom to puke to find out there was another boy puking aswell! This has made be outrageous because i thought that i was the only one who was experiencing this, The Toilets were unavailable so the other boy puked in the sink as he had no time, When we were going home i couldnt rush inside to go to the toilet so i puked outside.I wouldnt Recommend this and just dont waste your time coming here

I've been visiting this restaurant for the past 10+ years and the food has been consistently good, however in past visits the service has been mediocre, hence I eventually stopped visiting. During the EOTHO offer I took the opportunity to visit the restaurant with my wife and young kids.The booking process wasn't easy, I spoke to the staff on the online chat on their website to reserve a table as the telephone booking line was not being answered outside of opening hours. The person I spoke to promised to make a reservation, however when I turned up at the restaurant the booking was not there. Fortunately it wasn't a wasted visit as there was space available. The food was exceptionally good. The normal prices of the a la carte menu are pretty expensive. The price has increased alot in the past 10 years.I would recommend their chilli paneer and their cheese chilli naan bread. The paneer tikka masala is nice also.Overall a good visit this time, but the booking process was a let down so I've reduced my review from 5 star to 4 star

As usual the food was fresh flavourful and authentic. Social distancing well followed and tables spaciously apart We took advantage of dishy rishi Eat out campaign making this already well priced restaurant even better value. We went for the Indo Chinese main course and they were to die for. The management and staff can’t do enough for u and the food was out of this world Will definately be booking again soon Thank you Mumbai Junction for a great afternoon .

Just left, brilliant social distancing measures in place, was clean and hygenic.We got there for 6pm started getting busier around 7ish. Spacious venue and accomadating to your needs, just ask.Food was so delicious, fresh and plentiful.Must try their chilli paneer and spicy Mogo, best in North London. Naans are freshly made and authentically tandoori. Eat out to help out++++,no hidden charges or extra service charges added,understandably won't offer additional discounts alongside i.e Nhs but still worth a visit.

What can l say the best restaurant in Greater London ever. The food is first class with choices chosen. I believe anything ordered on menu would be first class always. I had booked at short notice for a Sunday lunch with family it was the best food by far. Very good waiting staff always attentive at all times. I recommend this Indian restaurant for all to experience ( Thank you Mumbai Junction)

After work meal with friends but was disappointed alittle. Starters were good but the main meal was bland. Have been to this place before and felt food was not as tasty as before. It was a quiet Wednesday evening and service was ok. The waitress could have smiled. She was polite enough but maybe a smile would have been nice.

Been coming here for years and have ordered lots of takeaways. Absolutely amazing food. The food's always been good. Spicy with great flavour. Definitely recommend schezuan rice, chilli chicken, lamb chilli and lollipop chicken.

I have dined at MJ's (Mumbai Junction) for our company Xmas lunch for several years and have also eaten here with friends and family. The dining area is spacious and tables well positioned so one never feels crowded. Decor and atmosphere are pleasant and service is generally good, although the staff are not that great with food allergies. Like so many restaurants the staff need to be far better educated about the ingredients of their dishes. There is a comprehensive menu allowing a wide choice of Indian and South East Asian cuisine. There are also numerous options for vegan and vegetarian diners. Portions are substantial and meals are quite tasty although a bit heavy on garlic and chillies, which may not be to everyone's taste. Reasonably good value for money. There is also plentiful parking on site.

Tasty food but service a bit offhand. The food came within a couple of minutes so it must have been already cooked and served from a larger pot. Menu was a bit limited which explains how they can serve so quickly. The restaurant is like a sports bar not very Indian.

A celebratory lunch for about 12 of us was a great success. It's quite a big restaurant plenty of space between tables, it looks like it's a sports bar as well judging by the TV's around.Plenty of parking, friendly welcome, plenty of staffService was good and fast, attentive without being intrusive. I booked a table online 4 days in advance for a special birthday celebration on a Saturday and got a call the day before(Friday) to say they can’t accommodate us! A bit short notice especially as I had to find another alternative last minute place!

This establishment is located near the roundabout on Watford Road. It’s nice clean place and friendly staff. Nicely decorated good place to meet up. Food is tasty and flavoured and not too hot. Lamb Kebabs, Mogo among other assortments were very tasty. Location has a reasonable parking area. Weekends can be challenging.

I have been to this place no of times and generally food is good but had a horrible experience yesterday. Our little family of 3 were given a table in the back and when restaurant got busier 10 mins later they offered half of the table to other family. We requested to change our table and were refused with the reason that your order has been placed now and you have to stay in this table only. This issue was not even acknowledged until we finally cancelled our order and left the restaurant. Eating out is not about stuffing your face but it’s about spending quality time with friends and family. I wish our Sunday wasn’t ruined like that.

Ordered vegetarian food . Mainly Chinese . Very spicy . So make sure to ask them to reduce the spice level of you don’t eat spicy food . Ordered fried rice , paneer chilli , manchurian dry and khasta kachori. Good quantity and quality of food .

Visited on a early Thursday evening, glad we booked as it was busy later on. This was my third visit, this time for a reunion with friends. The easy parking and spacious surroundings is a definitive plus for this place. Food was good and portions generous. Service was quick.

Food is decent, medium spicy and less oily. This is the second Restaurant where I could find Chicken curry on bones, this is becoming an indicator that restaurant serves authentic Indian food. Must visit place.

Visiting today with my dad was a great experience and would definitely go again and recommend this place! We ordered two starters; chilli paneer (my personal favourite) and spicy mogo (also amazing) and one main; kardhai gosht, which was enough for us to share with our naan. All three dishes were very tasty and the portions were also a generous size. The only thing I would say could’ve been better were the juices as they were not nice but to be fair, the waiter did tell us beforehand that the juices were from a box. The atmosphere was lovely, with tables spaced out which was great because you didn’t have to hear the neighbouring tables conversations!

Haven't been here for a few years but clear to see the place is in dire need of refurb. The tables look knackered and the aircon system looks like something from the early 90s.

I feel like this is my local indian restaurant now and has been for the last 10 years. Whether we are hosting a party, take away or small family dinner, the food is first class, portions are good and the staff are second to none. Recently ordered a take away and it was really good.

Authentic Indian and Indo Chinese food and very good selection of drinks, excellent service and food arrives quite quickly, its always crowded so do book in advance.

We always drove past the restaurant, this time we decided to go and check it out. But very disappointed with customer service.the food was just average not at good standard so according to that i found it expensive.. One advise I would give is please check ur bill before u pay. We got overcharged on drinks. But was rectified later.. overall i dont think I would visit again.

This place used to be good at one time but now it's going downhill, Bar side is ok but restaurant side not much to brag about, some of the dishes are very pricey, example, 4 piece of meat samosa £7.50, I thought it might be mega samosa, when I enquired with the waiter, even he started to laugh at the price, and he confirmed, just an average samosa size.

Visited with family over Diwali, but unfortunately not the same experience as previous visits. The food is average and surely not upto the price on the menu. The only good item is chilly chicken plus good selections of beer. Overall over priced menu and hit and miss with food dishes.

We wanted fusion food and heard this place was good. It was really busy so service was mediocre. Food nothing to write home about and to be honest I have had much better fusion food. Veg Manchurian was not something I would order again. Egg fried rice you can’t go wrong with and Shezwan noodles while were spicy were not full of flavour. I personally will not go back there. Would recommend Everest Abercorn!

Been here many times and have written a review back in 2017. Since then, things have improved vastly. The staff are really good, I do believe in the way you talk and treat staff will help in your service. We are always polite and the staff in turn are polite to us. Greeted and seated promptly, luckily there was only two of us, I know if you are in a bigger group then getting a table is hard, you are best to make a reservation.

One of the best places in London to try authentic Indo-Chinese specialities. We wanted to visit this place after watching them cook like a pro by their lovely chef in tv programme ''The Place to Eat'.

Finding good Indian food in this part of the world isn’t difficult. But the food here is outstanding by anyone’s standards. However my experience has differed based on what time of the week we visit. When busy, the service can be slow and frustrating. But it’s worth trying.

I expected a lot but was quite disappointed. It was full so very noisy with families and with lots of tabkesnof men as they are showing sport on the tv screens. No my choice for a night out. I would say the food was just ok. I have had better. Service was dreadful. Obviously not enough staff. Will not be returning.

This place serves good Indian food, some dishes are spicy to cater to Indian palettes. The fried paneer was sumptuous and a good substitute for non veg items! The biryani was not too oily and the chicken tikka masala is recommended if you’re ordering naan bread. The place is over crowded and noisy because of the demand. Overall a good place for authentic spicy Indian food.

This place seems like a nice dinner place though I didn't get food there on my visit, I definitely would next time. lovely masala chai and a great place to watch the football.

My Mumbaiker Wife wanted to go here for ages, To try the lollypop chicken to give her a reminder of one of her favourite dishes from back home. She enjoyed it. The food on this visit was not the same as we are used to having at Mumbai junction since visiting for over 5 years. Considering it was dead quiet the food was not as tasty as expected. Seems the owner has changed and a new south Indian has taken over the restaurant as all of the staff are now southern Indian. The old legal entity is in liquidation. The Stella Artois tap beer smelt mouldy also, we had to send it back, but they tried charging us for it, until we spotted it and asked to take off the bill. The mix veg curry was really terrible actually. The chili paneer was hard also. Overall not a good experience on this visit

This restaurant has new ownership and the standards have dropped. Food was very poor and we keep giving this place a chance to serve us good food but it was very disappointing. We won't be going back any time soon

Like most Indian pubs, the ambiance is ok, lots of European waiters and hardly any Indian waiters...in terms of food the starters are very good and they have a great selection for veggies and meat eaters.
