Mulberry & Thyme in East Dorset

Despite my visit being on a Saturday (late afternoon), the place was very quiet. Pot of tea was OK but water could have been hotter. Wife's cappucino was apparently also not very warm. Bread Pudding cake was tasty and daughter's fish finger sandwich was rated highly and was substantial. Range of available food was not massive and we thought the prices were a little steep but overall, decent enough for a light bite.

I went in for breakfast on Saturday morning. I had a pot of tea and Egg and Avacado breakfast. The food was amazing. Service is professional. It feels like the people who come here no how good the food it is but don’t want to let others no. I say that because there was plenty of room. So it felt spacious. A little cold if you are someone who feels it. It is in a garden centre so feels right the way the atmosphere is. Definitely somewhere to visit.

Great cafe with plenty of seating. Great service from the staff as well. I would like to suggest that they would include salad and coleslaw to other food options like the sausage roll. It cost £3.50 just to add this to a sausage roll.

Lovely place to stop for breakfast

Pleasant Hillier's garden centre with large cafe and a butchers shop. We only called on for a coffee which was ok but pricey and not quite enough milk. I noticed the bottled still water worked out at £6,000 per cubic mitre!
