Mulberry Bites in South Bucks

Highly recommend this place. This is one of the best I have visited. The staff are friendly and helpful. We went here an hour before closing time. It was so nice to be served with our coffee in proper cups and have it brought to our table. Other branches could learn from this. The cafe is clean and tidy. The toilets are very clean and modern. It was really nice to not have to put a code in to use the facilities. Other stores could learn from this. There are disabled facilities. On this occasion we did not have food, but would definitely if we had been hungry.

Quite unpleasant. Asked for a strawberry frappe thing, the nice lady misheard me and gave me blueberry. It tasted nice, but wasn't what I'd asked for. Took it back within 30 seconds and was served by a different lady. I asked her if they had any vacancies and was given a shameless up-and-down scope before being told "Nah". Was given a replacement "strawberry" frappe which was basically milk, ice and cream with a tiny dash of strawberry syrup. I explained that it wasn't a strawberry milkshake and I didn't want to drink cold milk and cream. Was not offered any recompense or an apology. Giving this 2 stars because the 1st lady was nice. 2nd lady was gruff and unpleasant.

Sunday roast was fantastic, price is reasonable, ambience is great, facilities very clean, and super dog friendly, only thing I have reservation is the service, the staff just crumpy with no reason at all.

Turn your garbage music down. Can't even relax in my own garden every weekend due to the bass and treble being ridiculously high. Hire a sound engineer who know what they're doing.
