No impresionado, no hay opción de cambiar artículos que no te gusta, tostadas podrían haber hecho con permanecer en la tostadora durante otros varios minutos, ya que era blanco y no crujiente, huevos escalfados estaban fríos, tocino lo que había de él estaba frío y ahumado (no anunció esto) , en general no impresionado en £ 25 por 2 . No volvería aquí de nuevo, eso es seguro.

El personal es muy rápido en la entrega de alimentos / bebidas y el tiempo de cola es corto. Sin embargo, pedí una papa chaqueta con queso y vino sin queso; se lo dije al servidor y regresó con mi pedido correcto, pero parecía un poco apagado. Entonces le pedí un poco de sal y parecía irritado; como si yo fuera un inconveniente. Entiendo que están ocupados pero los clientes no pueden acceder a la sal en una mesa; el servidor suele traerla con la comida. Sin embargo, la comida era buena.

Siempre mal servicio en este café. Girl no podía entenderme ) soy inglés) me dio comida equivocada. Preguntó pero cambiándolo y un joven agradable lo hizo, pero consiguió tortilla en un rollo pequeño! 95 ? Aceptado, pero la señora que limpia mesas me dio una conferencia, debería haber tenido pescado y patatas fritas, ya que no podemos usar sartenes - no como patatas fritas - QUÉ, eso es lo mejor . . . He comido pescado aquí con ensalada, oh ok, pero las patatas fritas son lo mejor mientras las cocinamos aquí. Tengo increíble M&S donde vivo (Bermondsey) personal maravilloso, amable y servicial. ¿Oxford Street es solo para turistas? Tal vez nuestro personal de M&S podría ser utilizado para capacitar a algunos de sus empleados de Oxford Street Café.

Estaba buscando un almuerzo saludable y ligero en el café Marble Arch, pero no pude ver una ensalada que no incluyera ensalada de col. Lamentablemente, opté por "el gran desayuno". Este consistía en salchichas, tocino rayado, 2 huevos escalfados, una rebanada de pan blanco tostado, un champiñón frito y puré de papas fritas. Parecía poco apetitoso cuando llegó. La seta era de goma, los huevos no estaban lo suficientemente cocidos. Las salchichas no sabían a nada más que grasa vieja y recalentada y el puré de patatas frito era igualmente desagradable. Era el peor plato de desayuno que me habían presentado en mucho tiempo. ¿Por qué no servir un poco de esa deliciosa comida saludable que está a la venta en la sala de comidas? El menú en línea de la cafetería muestra algunas ensaladas de buen aspecto, pero desafortunadamente en el día no había ninguno de ellos. No es de extrañar que el Café estaba medio vacío a una hora normalmente ocupada justo después de la 1 pm.

Llamé para el almuerzo a las 2 pm miércoles 26 de junio y nos encontramos con que estábamos justo a tiempo para el té de la tarde servido desde las 2 pm! Y qué placer fue todo. Una sabrosa selección de sándwiches, dos grandes bollos de frutas con crema coagulada y mermelada con fresas frescas y tres pequeños pasteles cada uno más un montón de té. Descubrimos que ‘no teníamos espacio’ para el personal de pasteles más pequeños nos dio una caja para ponerlos para más tarde. Todo esto por 10 libras por cabeza. Excelente relación calidad-precio y personal amable - todo el crédito a M&S! Sin duda volveremos por más. Sue y Jean.

Muchos cafés M&S se han deteriorado en los últimos años, pero mi experiencia aquí fue excelente. Muy tranquilo cuando estaba en pero el personal era muy educado, bebidas listas casi inmediatamente después del pago y mi rollo y salchicha llegan segundos después de que me senté. La camarera era un ejemplo perfecto de lo que querrías en un papel de cara al cliente. Confía en que una experiencia similar se repetirá cuando estés ocupado.

My friends and I mainly popped in to warm up in all honesty. It was a particularly bracing day. The staff member on the till was very comedic and friendly. We all enjoyed our drinks particularly the festive Colin the Caterpillar hot chocolate.

The new order and wait system does not work for me. No saucers and no spoon with your hot drink and the fast food attitude is a dumbing down poor experience. Did the management who introduced this concept use M&S before and do they use the Cafe now !?!

This WAS a regular tea and snack stop for us and we visited it on Sunday 28/8/2022 prior to going to a show. Last time we visited I gave it 5 stars. Today it only merits 1. Why ? We bought two drinks, two sandwiches and two cakes at 1655. At 1707, whilst still eating our sandwiches, which were a bit dry, we were rudely interrupted by a member of staff saying we would have to hurry up as they would need to clear our cutlery as they would soon be closing. It is a very rare occurrence that I am stuck for words but I was on this occasion, mainly because of "the way the member of staff was dressed" I would probably been accused of racism if I had responded to her so I kept quiet. We don't expect this sort of rudeness from M&S and won't be coming back here anymore.

We visited this branch yesterday after eating at a restaurant in the area. There wasn't anything to tempt us at the restaurant for dessert so we left to have drinks and cakes here. I had lemon drizzle cake and a tea; my wife had carrot cake and a cappucinno. All were very good. The lady that served us was very helpful and offered to bring our tray to our table, without us having to ask, as she noticed our mobility issues. Other M & S Cafe branches take note !!

Served a hot chocolate and cake by Blair who was very polite and helpful, would definitely recommend picking up something to eat here!

My adult daughter and l visited the 3rd floor cafe yesterday. It was late in the afternoon and we choose a pot of tea each, a delicious cake and shortbread biscuits. What l really wanted to comment on was the outstanding customer service given by the gentleman who served us. He was on his own but remained polite,professional, calm, cheerful and efficient. We are both NHS nurses and we’re impressed by the way staff helped some of the elderly customers. We also noticed how staff carefully washed down all the kitchen equipment and all the tables in the (large) Cafe. This Cafe is a spacious and light environment, serving quality M and S fare. The Staff here deserve praise for their standard of work.

I had avocado on toast with poached eggs The bread was dry, the avocado very bland and the poached eggs pre cooked and cold Bit of spinach and no dressing Tap water in dispenser was hot Horrible cafe with very low ceiling and no atmosphere

Toilets on Cafe Level [3rd Foor] out of order and blocked off. Directed by staff to basement toilet facilty. Long trudge to find them. Appallingly badly designed. More akin to 'miniature' facilities expected to be found in a school for small children. Extmely uncomfortable experience. Will avoid this store in future!

M & S take away situated on the corner of Fleet Street and Farringdon Street it was really noisy, as extremely loud noise was coming from within the building. The staff who worked there were both friendly and helpful. The cafe was very clean and there was seating inside and also takeaway was available. Teas, coffees and fruit drinks were available as well as snack food and fruit. Both wine and flowers were also available to buy.

I ordered cheese and onion bake this is so crispy and filling a reasonable portion and a latte I enjoyed these two products

Attended here on a Sunday. Attended the cafe as it opened (late). Wasn’t acknowledged at the till as staff too busy making sure the displays were full. The tables had not been cleaned so we found the cleanest one. When the drinks were brought over it felt like they were thrown at us. Poor customer service. The sign on the wall said “this is not just a cafe, this is a M and S cafe”. Not what we expected

As mentioned earlier, the Marks and Spencers Christmas Dinner was on my list to try but the smaller branches don't offer it. Luckily I was checking something out on Oxford Street so went to Marks and Spencers for the Christmas dinner while everyone in town was probably going for more sophisticated choices. It was late in the afternoon and relatively busy, overall it was quick to queue and pay but the drinks counter was holding up the queue. After paying for the dinner, queued for the tea which took a while then sat down and waited for the dinner. When it arrived, it looked just as good as the product shot with lots of gravy. Everything on the plate was delicious so I would definitely recommend the Christmas Dinner.

We were really tired after shopping and we stopped in for a rest and a small something. We decided on hot chocolate and some shortbread cookies. It was a really good idea and after a short rest we were able to continue with our shopping

The experience is just ok. When it’s compared to what’s on offer in this part of the city there really isn’t a reason to go here. Room is drab and it feels old fashioned. But if you want a quick drink/scone on a days shopping it’s fine.

I guess we were there after the lunch rush, but we got a table with no problems and picked up a sandwich to eat. Great selection and good prices. Hot food also availble. It's not the Ritz, but for a quick meal, you can't beat...

I've eaten both in cafe and the food to go downstairs...and that is far better! Both do hot drinks and snacks, I find the food to go ore choice...PLUS you can buy it from the store and eat it there....saves lot of money!

Went on a Thursday afternoon with a friend. It was very hot that day (26 Celsius). I had the Victoria sponge and my friend had the lemon drizzle cake, both very warm. Would i go there again? Probably not.

We found the hotel Breakfasts far too expensive, and looked for alternatives. M and S great ! The £5 Specials excellent quality, including a large coffee.

It's a good place to just take a break after shopping or checking out the sale and promos of the whole M&S. The cafe has good pastry and hot drinks. Perfect for cold weather. The cafe however is small and has limited menu choices.

The 3rd floor cafe in M&S flagship Marble Arch store is pretty poor. Generic, sterile styling, unfathomable layout, tasteless weak tea, unmotivated staff, why bother? Not appropriate for the M&S brand. Could be so much better.
