Lots and lots of tourists about! Good photo ops for the Abbey and the Houses of Parliament

Pretty much tourist central as far as London goes, so if you particularly dislike crowds this area is probably best avoided! A great atmosphere of hustle and bustle though, loads of interesting things to see and do, and great transport links. Needless to say.

MO and Sink are the best! The staff found my phone and took care of it. It’s London, hence this is unbelievable. Great staff there!

This was the most dirty disgusting station I have ever been in my whole life. I absolutely hated it, I nearly threw up because I saw something a person had done I can not even say, it was dirty there was rubbish everywhere, you had to pay to enter the toilet that is probably why the person did the thing they did, it was disgusting.

There was an unbelievable members of staff who who help my family and I return to Paddington station in time for are train home . he was a tremendous advert for the station and the people who work there .

Most beautiful architecture 👌🏻🌟

My daughter is 13 year old. She has type 1 Diabetes, she really needed to use the washroom but when we asked the staff where is washrooms they said washrooms close at 6pm. My daughter was crying because she wasn't able to control it. Then she went to restaurant to use the washroom. I would really like to say please if train station is open for 24 hours, so washrooms also need to be open while night.My experience was good at train, but not at train staton.

The station as a whole is OK as any other station on the underground, but on 27th July between 16:00 and 17:00 I asked for assistance from the barrier keeper only to be given a cold shoulder as I had a concern 1 but his attitude was rude and disgusting especially as a customer service agent so I met his rudeness with a rudeness of my own 1 but 2 I also have 3 other people whom witnessed my altercation with the barrier person at the time so I made my point by just walking round without him knowing what I was going to do etc also any station staff reading this, you might want to fix the L.E.D's of some barriers/Turnstiles as I didn't see a green light if I was waved through

It's mayhem busy but, it's a gem of architectural design - I love the exposed concrete and steel construction

a handy interchange on the Jubilee line, and I love the futuristic architecture

Using the underground tube for the first time at Christmas whilst it was so busy with a child I was cautious, but it was the easiest, fastest, most uncomplicated form of travelling I've experienced! We went on to use the tube and managed to visit every iconic, historic, and top sightseeing places my son wanted to see thanks to the tube...1 day going tube to tube to tube covering more area and costing less than 1 black cab journey from Westminster to tower bridge!!

When you leave you will find beautiful views of London and its streets, as well as Big Ben.

Terrifying! I hate Westminster underground station! In the minority I think but it’s so dark and bleak. Couldn’t wait to get on the tube and get away. I appreciate I am probably a bit odd and I do have irrational fears of certain things. This station is up there with the scariest of things for me. Total nightmare!

I had to go to the bathroom urgently… a horror with that tremendous smell that you can't breathe and they buy you 50 pence…

This is a nice underground station. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This station is located right next to Westminster, and it’s connected to the Circle, District, and Jubilee lines. I went on the Circle line, which was quick to access from the entrance. I gave this underground station five stars because it’s laid out well and the amount of time it took me to go from the entrance to the westbound Circle line platform was only about a minute.

It's a pretty good station near the Thames River. I used it to arrive at the Big Ben because it's the nearest station to it. It has 3 lines, though the jubilee line is way more uncomfortable to reach due to its profundity.

A huge station in the city center, many lines from around the city, is a few meters from Big Ben

Very nice resort. You go out and you see Big Ben👍👍 very touristy place so Very expensive, for now taking photos is still free😁

Busy. Clean. A decent station. It is equipped with safety screens and doors. Massive station. Beautiful architecture.

The underground is a great and easy way of transport in London

Un lugar precioso y sin duda lo mejor de Londres en cuanto a arquitectura se refiere. No puedes venir a Londres y no ver Westminster y el Big Ben.

Airy and easily navigated. Has it's own Greggs too, which is a bonus!

Excellent guided tour, problem with headphones

Perhaps it is one of the busiest underground stations in London. Can be full of tourists as well. Can see the Big Ben immediately after we get out from the station.

It is very crowded, but they are very organized and can move you along efficiently. A lot of places are not wheelchair accessible

This is a large area of central London so I can't really comment on it as s whole.

Great station located in a convenient spot for tourists. Do not use the restrooms here, you will want to throw up.

Westminster pier for trip to Greenwich.Thames is full of history and commentary on boat was excellent. Loved it.

A real sense of history and real life government.

This station is awfull. Lifts are really small and work only when they want. Confusing.

Tube station is a good standard but the toilets operated by Westminster Council are very poor considering the importance of the area for tourists. They need modernisation and a thorough steam clean. They really shouldn't be charging 50 pence per person but if they do charge then they should at least a accept card payments too so there's consistency with other toilets in the area.

Historical Place, Friendly staff, magnificent views

Utgangspunkt for mye i London. Båter fra Westminster pier, Westminster abby, Big Ben, St. James park rett ved. Anbefaler å gå langs Themsen mot Embarkment.

Good and accesable train station. 3 lines that takes you to the important parts of the city.

Our very first visit with our granddaughters. The staff were so lovely with them and made there visit seem so special. They both had the ice cream which I must say was delicious. We will definitely making a return visit.
