Ordered a toasted pork sandwich but got a charred inedible offering! Normally lovely food but this has really put me off - no offer of a replacement sandwich or anything else made either

Never ordering from here again which is a shame as the food is beautiful but the customer service and their morals are totally wrong!! A staff member was so rude and arrogant over the phone after having my order cancelled through just eat minutes before it was due to be delivered. I lefr a review on their social media page. I was then asked to phone the shop on the next business day (Monday) and although one of the ladies apologised she stood my her staff member and made me out as though I was the one in the wrong. Stating I should of phoned if I had a problem, which I did!! However the lady who was rude wouldn't put the manager on the phone. How can I speak to someone if they won't let me? I then called again to speak to the manager as asked and again was told that they weren't happy about my review so wasn't going to serve me anymore. How's that right? If a customer was rude they would be called out or banned from the shop. Yet if a customer complains with every given right to do so.. they side with the one in the wrong. Disgusting behaviour utterly disappointed in the shop. There is so much more I could say about their treatment of loyal customers!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This is one of our regular biking pit stops. Excellent variety of sandwiches, cakes & coffees! Service and the friendly staff really make this place and it is fantastic value for money! Thanks Mrs B’s and we will be back soon.

Mrs B’s provided some afternoon teas for my sons birthday, and they were exceptional. All of the food was so fresh, well presented and delicious. I could not have asked for more! It’s was such good value for money. The staff were polite and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Definitely gone downhill since new owners took over. Less variety with hot meats and jacket potato’s not the quality they were, with minimal filling.

Went to Mrs B after a walk with our dog. Had a breakfast box each, was immense!! Highly recommend and super friendly staff also

We visit here quite regularly, lovely pork sandwiches and also lovely jacket potatoes and come with a big salad as well definitely worth the money

Popular place at lunch time for a pork sandwich, good food, great value. Some days there’s a long queue as this place is in demand with workers.

Having to que is not a problem when you know the sandwich is so good, still cannot decide if beef or pork is best so always have one of each and share.

It's been a while since I've gone there because of moving house but have good memories of this place! The sandwiches were to die for! Bostin!!!!

Mrs B's has been selling pulled pork sandwiches since before they were fashionable but the quality has diminished a little over the years. The main issue here is getting served - you can stand for quite a while waiting for service despite there always being a number of staff. They will prepare telephone orders whilst leaving visiting customers standing waiting.

Me and my girlfriend visited to grab a couple hot pork sandwiches and they really hit the spot!! Definitely recommend!

Good breakfast served in a box with tea/ coffee and toast, good value, the hot pork sandwiches are the best and the hot beef cobs are even better.

This is a little gem of a shop. The hot and cold sandwiches are excellent. They also have a good deli selection. The Sandwich baps are huge with plenty of filling choices. Superb value.

I love Mrs B's and even travel a big distant to get my pork sandwich fix, there cream slices are also amazing!

This place has the best pork sandwiches around try and visit here at least once a week for lunch other than that if me and my partner are off work together it's a daily lunch if we're not going out superb value superb quality !!

A gem of a coffee house. Staff are so friendly and welcoming.Good range of foods to take away, with healthy options.Deli looked quality with good cake options too.Also gave good value for money.Very popular venue but with limited tables and chairs.For me it should come highly recommended.

When feeling lazy we always turn to Mrs B's, we know the food quality is superb and it is made to order very quickly so perfect for wonderful lazy Sundays. The ladies who work there are friendly and helpful and the brekkie sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had!

These have got to be some of the best beef and pork sandwiches that we have had. the staff are always pleasant and the cakes are lovely too.

We have visited Mrs B's a number of times and always found the service excellent for a small establishment. The staff are friendly and the food good. For breakfasts, lunch or just a quick cuppa this is the place. They have a counter selling hot pork and hot beef sandwiches as well as a deli counter and salad bar. The cakes are tasty too, I recommend the chocolate eclairs.

Go here on regular basis for breakfast, lunch (hot pork baguette to die for) they even have a nice little cake/pasty selection. They also sell steaks, sausages etc cheap as chips yet normal sized portions

Open what seems like 365/7 days a week. lovely hot roast pork sarnies and pleasant staff make this small shop a delight
