M'Rock 'n' Bowl is special for so many reasons. Jo and Marie are fantastic cooks and hosts, producing exquisite Moroccan starters, tagines and desserts to traditional recipes. With only 14 covers, the atmosphere is very intimate and service very attentive. Then, to accompany the excellent food, you have the view from Lundy Island to Saunton Sands which can be spectacular at sunset.

Excellent Moroccan tasty soup and vegetarian tagine, quaint well decorated with a pleasant atmosphere and it's right next to the sea. Good value and the owner/chef couldn't be any nicer.

It was our anniversary and we wanted something light but with flavour. M' Rock N' Bowl provided with ambience and flavours to make the evening memorable. Our 9 year old enjoyed all 3 courses.

Came here at the start of august and the food was incredible. The moment we entered we were greeted by super polite service. Cannot recommend more, will definitely be returning !!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We were warmly welcomed by Joe, who took our order and cooked us the most delicious Moroccan starters and tagines. The ambience immerses you in a perfect Morocco environment. The views from this tiny restaurant are amazing, with waves crashing over the rocks as the sun sets. I messaged Joe through WhatsApp to make a booking and the four of us were treated to a personalised service. Thank you for a super evening, Joe. We will definitely return!

We had a great evening in this lovely intimate restaurant. Great views of the sea, great homecooked Moroccan cuisine and great service from the couple who own it. Would advise to book in advance as there are limited covers as the place is only small. However you will not be disappointed.

We were made to feel so welcome as a group of 10 celebrating a big birthday, they had even put a birthday banner up for us! The food and service were exceptional. Homemade ingredients, beautiful flavours. Incredible setting too. Thank you also for catering for allergies. We would definitely come again.

A jewel of a place this, small and intimate and with stunning views over the sea. It has a lovely cozy feel and the food was delightful. Tiled tables and Moroccan cushions, a beautiful, tiny water fountain on the wall. The owners are warm and friendly and we had a lovely evening watching the sun sink over the sea. The tagines were very tasty and I could have taken a bucket of the orange blossom ice cream home. My only regret was that I hadn’t booked more evenings there. Just lovely.

Amazing stunning hidden gem in Westward Ho! situated just outside of Beachside holiday park on the sea front. The view is stunning and especially the sunsets. There is literally just a few tables and it gets booked up fast. Food is home cooked Moroccan and the spices and flavours are out of this world. They offer choices for meat eaters and vegetarians. Choice is limited due to the size of the restaurant but there's definitely something for everyone. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are lovely. Waiting times for the food was perfect. Can't wait to return.

My wife and I visited the restaurant for dinner, our first visit, with friends who had recommended it. The building is small and intimate with attractive tables and decor and good use of space. The view across the bay is difficult to beat and adds to the atmosphere. We enjoyed the meal, three courses and mint tea, which had sufficient choice to cater for different preferences. The hosts were very welcoming and informative. Joe the chef is a very affable and erudite man who engaged us in an interesting discussion about Moroccan and wider Islamic culture. We plan to return with other friends and family members and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wow. What a little gem. I love places like this. The owner and chef is clearly pationate about their food and cooks because he enjoys it. His daughter who serves the tables is lovely and helps with the great atmosphere with her helpfulness and a smile. It has a very simple menu because it has very simple facilities.
