Food came with an expensive item missing

forgot my curry sauce on curry chips, portions suck for the price you pay too

I made an order but there was missing items in my order. I tried to contact them but the was no number on the system to ring!!

The driver picked it up in 20 minutes of the order, but took an hour and ten minutes to arrive

The driver was waiting to pick up the food. once the driver got the food, they were very efficient.

Driver cannot read a map. Food arrived cold because he couldn’t find my flat!!!!!

The lid for the prawn toast was open soo the toast all fell out into the bag, which wasn’t pleasant.

The chicken fried rice was very tasty and the spice was perfect.

Everything arrived cold. The burger was terrible had small strips of meat that are so dry. The strips are not standard big strips you’d find. Its an absolute rip off, they’re small randomly sized strips of meat

The online meal selection has changed! Before I could order extra prawns ! I could choose not to have onions / spring onions etc but this has been withdrawn from the meal selection menu when order on line ? I am allergic to onions !!!!!!

Really disappointed with my chilli oil not being delivered. I paid for 3!

The food arrived on time and was still hot. They also read my notes and adjusted my order to my requirements, which sounds simple but the number of times other restaurants just ignore the notes is unbelievable, leaving people unable to enjoy their meal! Thank you very much. Only thing is a contact number would be good as it does say contact the restaurant for allergens.

Nikol was a fantastic, she took her time to explain everything, food was fantastic and would recommend anyone to try it.

I went to this restaurant with my mum 2 sisters and 2 nephews and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We travelled from south London to try out something new and wow was we amazed by this place based in Stepney Green Mile End Road. Well worth the travel, this place is new with a modern beautiful feel with a nice ambience. It has and upstairs and downstairs seating and is fully halal for those halal foodies! We was welcomed in a professional manner which was friendly and efficient with our order. We was dealt with by Kawtar, Sagunn and Nikol and they were fabulous very attentive and made our dining in experience a very pleasant one. The food is amazing with choices from noodles, chow mein and rice with chicken, beef and prawns to Korean BBQ wings and fried wings and to much more. The bill considering there was 4 adults and 2 kids was expecting to pay around £125-£135 but only paid £85 with 6 fizzy cans and so I was totally blown away by what I got and how content we all was after eating. So a big shout out to the whole team mentioned and to the chefs for their amazing talent with the food quality. I shall be visiting again oh and did I mention the toilet facilities are clean and hygienic too with regular cleaning adhered to giving this an add to make this a 5 star in my opinion..So get on down guys and girls and u won’t be disappointed!

wings were over fried, dry, stale and tiny. noodles were dry, bland and lacked any flavour.

My meal was never delivered and it seems the courier gave it to the wrong person. The courier should have asked for the code or my cards last 4 digits. In livied with them.

We had a delightful experience at this restaurant! The menu was a treat, featuring mouthwatering dishes like fried rice and noodles loaded with prawns and beef. While we found the beef to be a tad too crispy for our liking, we suspect that's just part of the charm of Asian cuisine. Next time, we might skip the beef and explore other options. Don’t get us wrong—the beef was delicious and fresh; it just wasn't quite what we prefer—moist, chunky meat is more our style! One of our favorite aspects of the place was the cozy basement ambiance, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return and try more dishes!

Every week I’m in the area having lunch with my girlfriend and we are always choosing this place as the food has a really good taste compared to other places in the area. Service is always on point with table service being provided as well as a constant care for the customer which normally I don’t enjoy in restaurants but appreciate it here.

The dynamite chicken is our go to! I’ve never tasted anything like it anywhere else. The staff are bubbly and the restaurant is beautiful. Overall a great experience everytime!

I recently visited Mr. Wong’s Wok n Box, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The noodles were absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just the right texture. The atmosphere added so much to the overall experience. The shop is brilliantly designed, with a clean, vibrant, and welcoming vibe that makes you want to sit down and savor every bite. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a great space for customers. If you’re looking for a place with top-tier noodles and a fantastic dining experience, Mr. Wong’s Wok n Box is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu!

Not good value for money. Prawns for 11£, but they were 5 or so. The rice itself is just rice with little chicken. Not good value for money, TBH, even terrible.

Good place in London, you can find well-seasoned and crispy chicken there. I really liked the rice combined with shrimp and different condiments. You can choose your box and above all choose whether it is spicy or not. King Prawns dynamites are excellent.

I had an incredible dining experience at Wok & Box today. I was especially impressed with Nikol, who provided outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us, and I couldn't be more pleased with her attentiveness and care.

Expectations were high, but was disappointing as the flavours were not there to taste. Egg fired rice was blend. More soya source than egg the chickenwings were lacking flavour to many sesame seeds. I will stick to my local shop.. I would like to say on returning to Wok&Box it seem on my first experience the staff member behind the counter my not have been up to date on the menu so 🤷 I just got what I ordered. On the second occasion ordered the same thing, but the waitress" Asked me" how spicy I would like it 👍🏾. Now I can say the food is to a good standard. Chicken wings crispy with good flavour of your selected sauce. The egg fired rice 🍚 was season well and spicy just how I like it. I will be back soon.

Mr Wongs Wok & Box What Have A Got To Say? As We Entered, We Saw Few Tables Upstairs Mostly Downstairs, We Were Allowed To Sit Any Seat. We Chose To Sit In The Lower Level. The Restruant Felt Very Relaxed. A Lovely Flower Mural Stood In Our Faces. Then Our Food Came. WOW The Korean Wings Were On The Top Point! Well Seasoned! Thank You Mr Wongs Wok & Box For A Lovely Experience With My Family Will Be Coming Soon!

They are so friendly and respectful at the hospital, always with lovely smiles. I understand they are busy and under stress, but they are still so kind and welcoming. They are new to me because I am deaf, but they made me feel so comfortable and I ate it on hospital and I did enjoy it!. May God bless them for their beautiful hearts. The food was absolutely delicious, simply the best! I felt so good. 🥹

Slightly smaller portion than some. Quite a low protein content. However, was spicy as requested, tasty and delivery time was spot on.

Took a very long time to prepare and delivery, the portion size esp the chicken wings was soooo tiny, same with the spring rolls, very deceiving! Especially how much it cost! not worth it, the egg noddles was nice but same about the sides! The portion size was terrible !

The smell got me inside and they had a great offered. My child did not want to eat but he watched the cooks making the food and he ate half of my fried rice and Mongolian beef. We only order the fried rice and the beef for both of us. Samuella was extra nice and she showed him how to watch the cooks. She has excellent customer service skills. We will be back…
