I visited Mr T’s in Bradford yesterday with high expectations, but unfortunately, I left very disappointed. I ordered a parmesan and the Ice Ice Cream Kunafa McFlurry, and both items were major letdowns. Starting with the parmesan – it was shockingly small and the chicken was cut so thinly it barely felt like a proper meal. For the same price, you get a much larger and thicker portion at Parmesan House in Bradford – easily three times the size. To make things worse, the portion of chips was laughable. Just a few scattered on the side, and no salad was included at all. For the price, this just doesn’t make sense. It felt like a half-hearted attempt at a meal. As for the Kunafa McFlurry, it was equally underwhelming. There was the tiniest blob of Kunafa on top of the ice cream – barely enough to even notice the flavour. It felt more like a plain McFlurry with a sprinkle of false advertising. If you’re going to sell a speciality dessert, at least make it worth the name and price. Overall, the portion sizes and value for money were extremely poor, especially when compared to other local options. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend it when there are far better choices in Bradford offering more generous and satisfying meals for the same price.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Mubashir who listened, understood and rectified my complaint along with great sympathy and desire to retain me as a loyal customer of Mr Ts. Only if everyone could be like him who takes on a situation like it is his own place . Great work and amazing skills . A great asset to the company. Welldone and best of wishes in the future

Ordered Parmesan’s 15 mins before arriving in shop and was told they’d be ready - arrived and was told we’ve mixed up the orders give us 20 mins more to make another batch. Wasted our time and when the food finally arrrived the chicken can only be eaten from middle - sides of parmo are not edible way too hard. Mr t has lost its touch / definitely used to be the best but not anymore.

Came a week ago took 30mins for my order when on phone i was told itll be ready in 10mins, to then ask for it to realise its been sat on the hot hold 10mins, loads of workers in back just stood their chatting wasting time, wouldnt come here again for their food after that experience only good thing is their flurries
