I ordered a big meal for a couple of me and my friends and the service i received from every staff member but especially, imy, mubashar, ali, ive always seemed to bump into them as i come in and their service is impeccable not only are they professional their always the friendliest never fail to give me a warm welcome make sure to check it out and anything you need doing in shop always ask for the same 3 members because they never fail to amaze.

Decent spicy dip burger but again the let down was the bun. It does not work with that burger. Always a friendly service

Changed my order on Uber eats to their Bradford branch when I ordered at Batley. Refused to refund me and I was unable to collect. They have said I collected on the app. Shocking service - a shame because the food is decent!

I always try their ice cream it's really nice I'll prefer this one.

First time eating at Mr T's I ordered the Badboy Box the burger was smashing but the wings let me down to much batter on it and it wasn't consistent

We went in to order a takeout and asked for chicken jalapeño samosas as well as loaded fries. The samosas were still frozen from the middle. We were travelling back to rotherham so was unable to go back and complain.

Absolutely atrocious customer service not once not twice not even THREE TIMES 4 times this place has forgot to give my dessert or milkshake I genuinely think they mean to do it every time I ordered a dessert or milkshake this place seems to leave it out I don’t know what they got on the counters or what they’ve got in the back but for the love of god get people who can read orders and pack them accordingly it’s absolutely ridiculous how you can get orders wrong

*Half a star review* rewriting review. It was 5/5 last year. You only need one bad experience. Businesses are run by customers we spend you guys make something halal that is the fundamental structure of our society. Firstly, service. Absolutely terrible. You have someone called biggie smalls, pakistani version in bradford completely over his head in this establishment. Mistreating staff and disrespecting customers. Secondly, the business isn’t busy. Just hire more staff so the existing workers are not putting themselves in a early grave 🤷🏻‍♂️ Finally, no card? tax fraud is pretty common in Bradford. (updated review) businesses can change. 💕

Highly recommend this place! The seating, tables and overall environment was clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the box and especially the smash burger which came with it. Would definitely be coming again soon In Sha Allah ❤️ wonderful service by Biggie also!

Only had a take away twice but so far so good not disappointed one bit ! Got a cheese stir fry donner which was lovely & had the bronze bomber burger and all I can say is beautiful!! Such a good combo!! Wil be back !!

Went around 3 o'clock so owner can view footage. Absolute abysmal customer service. Cashier made me feel very unwelcome. Was rude and seemed disinterested. Made our order and sat down on FILTHY table and seats (we wiped them down ourselves). Food was served by same cashier. He came over and threw the food and sauces at us almost spilling the sauces. No cutlery or tissues were given even though my order included a stir fry donner and chips. The food was tasteless and bland. Worst smash burger I've had. Meat was rubbery and elastic. My chicken burger was bland but the mayo was good. Oh and not forgetting the rebranded mango (dixy inspired). This place is over hyped. Blooming tiktokers and there paid reviews!

Good food, the gypsy king milkshake stood out for me as I've not had a milkshake like it.

Me and my husband have always wanted to try Mr T's, so whilst in Bradford we thought why not. We both ordered the box meals and everything was amazing! We had the donner left over so we packed that for home and it still tasted good the next day! We ordered milkshakes for our journey home, they were super thick, which was ideal for us has we had an 1hr 30min drive back and they tasted amazing too!
