I tried mrts special milksake.This milkshake was a game changer! Creamy, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. And also chocolate flavor was rich and indulgent, topped with whipped cream that made it even better. Definitely a treat worth trying! I specially thankfull to Aizaz.Aizaz's hand milkshake is a total winner! The texture is super smooth and creamy, making every sip a delight. I also tried the strawberry flavor, and it was bursting with freshness and just the right amount of sweetness. The presentation was fun too, with colorful sprinkles on top. If you're in the mood for a refreshing treat, Aizaz's hands milkshake is definitely the way to go!

Tried milkshake their the staff was so calm and supportive... the Frerro Rocher milkshake was one of the best chocolaty milshake their..... It was a nice place to visit the staff which serve me the milkshake named as Aizaz is the best guy have good manners and well explained me the menu...

AVOID: if you want missing items from your uber order, horrendous wait times and inflated prices then order from here! Staff and management clearly can’t keep up with the sheer volume of orders and would rather compromise on customer service and food quality to ensure profits are hit. Unfortunate.

We ordered the Bad Boy Box, and it was absolutely amazing! The smash burger was soft, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while the Donner was out of this world. Every single item in the box was prepared perfectly—I honestly can’t fault a thing. The presentation of the food was impressive, and the waiting time was incredibly quick. It’s clear they take pride in their service and quality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I wish I could give less than 1 star to this so-called renovated takeaway with same old style of thinking zero customer care mantra. This highlights the key difference between a local takeaway and a proper food chain: customer care. I purchased a pizza costing £10.99, comparable to prices at multinational brands. When I asked for ketchup, they informed me there would be a charge. Fair enough. I agreed to pay and requested two. What I received were two low-quality plastic sachets, charged at 60p. When I raised the issue with the manager, suggesting that for the price, they should at least offer a reasonable portion or a small tub of sauce, his response was shocking. In a rude and disinterested manner, he claimed it was the owner's instruction. If this is the level of customer care dictated by the owner, then there's little hope for the rest of the service. Many restaurants have risen to popularity, only to fade to being unknown due to poor service, lack of customer care, and this very mindset. Sadly, this establishment seems to be heading down the same path.

MR T’S BRADFORD is looking slick the food was amazing came out nice and hot and on the time given the customer service from brother imy is spot on always having a laugh and a joke with customers and topping it off with his banter this brother and place never lets you down keep it up

I wanted to say a big Thank You to Imy, Who dealt with my order on the 12.12.24. He showed the upmost respect and handled my order with great care and patience. A very good man who is an asset to Mr T’s in Bradford. Stay blessed.

I ordered pizza from the menu the taste was not good it was below average. The pizza was so oily and tasteless.

Mr t's isn't even average it's terrible lol , got a peri peri burger and it was masala on it 🤣🤣 these man are totally clueless in all aspects of food avoid at all costs all good reviews are from family and friends

Muneeb, the worker who helped me, was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. His recommendations were spot on, and he ensured my order was just right. I previously wrote a review slating mr Ts and the staff due to my orders not showing up and Uber staffs blaming Mr Ts staff for not giving the orders even though the staff at mr ts said they gave my order to the driver I have been a customer to mr ts for ten years now since it opened and it’s been 10/10 they are my go to place for fight nights and they never disappointed this was before the Uber hype the delivery was by they own staff and it was exceptional my review I left was taken into account by a gentleman called Naz who gave me his number to ring …after a brief conversation with Naz he told me it’s not strange and other people have been missing they items too I was naive into questioning and coming to the conclusion that it was solely mr ts fault I never stopped to think what if the Uber drivers are taking it themselves up until yesterday I had the same issue my food going missing the minority of Uber drivers that eat food that should have been delivered to customers should be ashamed of themselves I will personally raise this complaint with Uber themselves as for mr Ts I would like apologise to them and they staff … Naz handled this extremely well I’m happy with the news that they will have they own drivers from next week on so do not let the minority of Uber drivers who steal your food affect your perception of mr Ts Thank you

Rubbish service/ Rubbish food that is way over priced for bradford standards. The staff only care about their family and friends who come in, they will treat everyone else awfully and even give your order to their friends ( I seen it yesterday happened) so you wait longer even if your with young children. It can even be a jungle inside becareful, there no planning or procedure here. You will get better food, service and value for money all over great horton rd. Don't come here!
