Had a kebab for my partner and a chocolate cake with ice cream for myself. The waiting time was hardly anything , brilliant , and even when arrived the ice cream hadn’t melted what’s so ever , cake was still warm and food warm also. But the kabab was quite dry like it had been under the lamp for too long. My cake was awful sadly , I could tell it was a lovely cake but the cake almost tasted like it had been microwaved , as in it went quite dry and sharp and the chocolate sauce had gone hard where it had maybe bubbled from being microwaved too long ? I’m unsure. The ice cream was fab , really nice , just the cake was a shame and the kebab meat , the salad on the kebab was lovely and fresh though 🤗

Amazing food and the staff are so polite. Chicken Tikka is tasty and everything is cooked fresh. The ice cream is definitely something to share

Mr Tees does awesome burgers and an equally awesome milkshake. That's all we've had upto now. First impressions of the shop, you are met with a genuine greeting and the place looks very busy and extremely clean. The staff all look like they know what they are doing and it all works, just like a team should. Quality of the food is very good and the prices are fair. I'm looking forward to tasting the rest of the menu as time goes. Definitely recommend

Shoutout to the two women who openly mock me when I go into the store to quietly and politely order my coffee. As a result of lodging a complaint, the company sent me two free beans (coffees for those not familiar with the app). So, silver linings and all that. Still, doubt I’ll ever enter that store again. Not really appropriate behaviour is it? Not when you work in customer service roles. And, you serve coffee…You’re not brokering a peace deal in the Middle East? What gives you, or others of your ilk, the right to treat people in this way? Nothing.

The Plough is a gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is always friendly with a genuine smile. Management clearly runs a tight ship – everything is well-organised and inviting. A great place to relax and enjoy yourself! You will leave a friend.
