Hi Mr.Singh team, I am writing this review based on my multiple visits, I have ordered takeaway and had eaten there during weekends(08.06.2024) and it always pleasant especially the taste and quality of the Pizza always good during weekdays #monday-friday, BUT during weekends - Sat-Sun the service & quality of the Pizza taste & quality is not good at all, The taste of the Pizza is sour and not able to lift the piece as it is filled with too much tomato sauce as well as the Pizza dough is very old hence my experience during weekends either takeaway/at restaurant not good experience at all. Couple of times- I phoned them and shared my experience but they are not correcting/fixing their quality, I hope Mr.Singh team needs to fix the quality and make customers happy during weekends also, if you are not able to deliver good service on weekends better not do the service on Weekends.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I had food poisoning. Bothe Mr Singh and Uber eats have not accepted any liability. Appalling customer service. The food poisoning could have resulted in death. They have no ownership over this. Happy for someone to die as a result.

lots of choice for a pure vegetarian option, pizzas and burgers as well as others, overall a great place for your vegetarian fast food treats.

Owners are absolutely rude they are right and disrespectful however staff are wonderful They don’t know how to treat staff properly.

I booked a table for 7:30pm for my vegetarian sisters 17th birthday. Turned up on time with a home made cake and was rudely told we were not allowed to eat it or light the candles because there was egg in the cake mix... OK we accepted that on the grounds that it is a ‘vegan’ restaurant and we respect the ‘ethics’ of the restaurant. Then we stood for 10 minutes watching a member of staff slowly clean the table that we had BOOKED for 7:30. At 7:45 I looked around the EMPTY restaurant and decided enough was enough. No welcoming, no apology and quite frankly terrible vibes in the whole place. No music, no atmosphere and Worst service ever. No wonder it was empty. I will never return.

e ordered food without onions, garlic and mushrooms. 3 times in a row we ordered they included one of these and we had to go back and pick up the replacement each time. The last time we ordered we had the food delivered and they put mushrooms in it, it clearly said on the receipt NO MUSHROOMS. They made us go and pick the replacement food. Then when we said this keeps happening the RUDE manager told us we don’t have to eat there again. Therefore we won’t spend our money here again. The funny thing is on their website it’s quoted saying “We wanted to create a place where friends and families could come and enjoy great veggie food, our first customers were friends, and we’ve continued to make friends with our new customers!” Sounds like bs to me. Funny thing is they are wrong to keep making mistakes in our food. At no stage were we rude or impolite. As they are providing a service they should understand and just be polite. At the end of the day if it happen once we wouldn’t say anything. Twice again fine mistakes happen.. A third time in a row and the manager has the cheek to be rude about it. All he had to do was say sorry and make sure he has a word with his staff. What if someone had allergies and took a bite from their food!? Won’t be eating here again for sure. Ethics over food all day.

Before I begin my review, as I read about Mr. Singh's customer service, I just want to clear the fact that they tell you when you are ready you need to go to the counter and place your order. Yes, they are sometimes slow in bringing in things, but it gets pretty hectic and full. Also, there were not any sour or lazy faces behind the counter. I think sometimes those who are working are tired, just like any human being... Anyhow, I think the place should be judged not on those things, but having a good flavor and food profile. I missed this place when I was in Ilford the first time, but this time we stepped in a explored this place. We wanted to try something new and different and when we stepped into Mr. Singh's place and saw the menu we were like wow. It was a blast for me. I ordered the spicy burger with the curly fries., wow just wow. The food is delicious and we shared a calzon. I highly recommend both and the fries as well. I had a blast. The soda is on the expensive side, that is why I just drank water. I was not going to pay 2.50 pound for soda, with unlimited refills. Our first experience was a great one with Mr. Singh and we decided to eat our lunch everyday there trying out different things. Also, vegetarian pizza is good as well for the price. Enjoy and if sometimes the customer service is slow, don't take it to the heart! Eat a great lunch or dinner there :) For those vegetarians trying to find a good burger, this is the place. Enjoy!

Being a Vegetarian, thought this place will be awesome to visit as the menu looked good however it was not worth the visit as the customer service is second to none. Bad attitude and unfriendly staff including the management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I have to say Mr Singh's is probably the best pizza available and its vegetarian. The Pizza's are so tasty and well made. The tastes better than the commercial plastic cheese and for all this the price is fairly reasonable. It does get a bit busy and i know these guys have lots of Delivery orders. Best to collect yourself if you looking for a takeaway.

Mr Singh's has been on my list of places to try for ages. The first thing I noticed was the sour faces behind the counter, so I was over friendly but still nothing. There wasn't a single smile from the girl or the man or in fact any of the staff during my visit. I just can't work out if it was judgement or boredom. Food ordered was nice but I don't think I'd come here again.

Visited with my mum and my husband on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived, and sat at a table by the window. Service was good - someone came over with menus straight away, and after ordering at the counter, food arrived very quickly. We ordered a small spicy paneer, a small chunky paneer, and medium dhaniya (coriander) pizza. As others have said, the toppings are very good and go to the edges of the pizza. However, the spicy paneer was not as spicy as we thought it would be and would ask for extra next time. Bottomless drinks worked well for us as it was a warm day. It started getting busier while we were there - tables getting filled, people turning up for takeaway, and delivery orders. Looking at other people's food we would like to return to try other items on the menu. Loss of 'one star' is for the sticky table, and while the service was efficient enough, no one asked if we'd been before, if we wanted any help/advice with the menu or had any questions. Something that can be addressed fairly quickly and would make this excellent.

As a vegan its sometimes hard to find spots to eat but I am so glad I chose to try out Mr.Singhs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful while ordering and the lady even offered me suggestions. I then tried a chicken sandwich and a pizza for take away and the food was great! The chicken is what you would expect.. fried patty with toppings. The pizza was amazing though, they weren't cheap with the toppings at all. Will be returning and highly recommend.

Food was lovely, milkshakes took a bit long. Staff were friendly but unable to notice we didn’t know if we got table service or ordered at counter. However one staff member made our visit extremely uncomfortable (the young man putting the food on the hot counter) he was looking over CONSTANTLY giving my teen and my partner dirty looks. They felt so awkward they didn’t eat most of their food and asked that we leave the restaurant which we did. I won’t be returning or ordering delivery from Mr Singh’s again.

Being a vegetarian means I can relax knowing that anything I choose to eat will be fine rather than have to question waiters as to what ingredients things contain. The food is very tasty serving burgers, pizzas and lovely deserts. A great place to meet up with friends in a relaxing atmosphere

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered delivery pizza which didn’t turn up. Complained to branch to be told that driver couldn’t find due to google map error! Given lots of inane excuses and no reasonable solution. After waiting for well over an hour ended up cancelling the order as they were unwilling to do anything about the missing pizzas - a real shame about such horrible service and lame excuses for non delivery. Let me add that other delivery services have had no problems finding my address using google maps!

After two recommendations from friends and family I decided to try out Mr Singhs. I parked in a pay and display around the corner from the restaurant which was about a three minute walk. It was not too busy and we were greeted at the till area but a friendly gentlemen who advised that a table would cleared within minutes for us. We ordered a large coriander pizza and chips with a jug of tap water. The restaurant appeared clean and tidy. Food arrived in good time. The pizza was delicious and I was impressed with the chips too. The portion size was reasonable for the price. Bathroom area was clean. We were asked how the meal was when we went to pay. Cash and debit card only accepted, no credit card. If there was parking close by it would be much better, as on leaving it was pouring down with rain and we were drenched.

I am a regular at Mr. Singh as me and family simply love their vegetarian pizzas and veggie meat feast being our personal favourite. But from past 2-3 times when we make orders on phone, they have just made it a ritual to put us on hold, sometimes they do not even listen to us and let us complete what we are saying and will simply put the receiver down...which is very disappointing! I would request the management to please train the staff to manage customer calls/delivery in a much better and professional way!

After hearing about it so much from our friends and cousins, we went there on Saturday for lunch. There wasn't much crowd so we didn't book in advance. The seating is comfortable but cramped especially when you need a high chair and also some place to park baby's buggy. The food came out quick, was tasty, looked fresh but there was something that was lacking. It didn't vow me at all. I didn't justify the need of travelling that far because the pizzas tasted like my local pizzerias do. Don't get me wrong- the food was good but if you go there with the expectation of tasting something like an explosion of desi flavours as it mostly happens when you order paneer tikka pizza in india, then you'd be disappointed. I'm not sure i'll go there again.

We received 2 inedible pizzas via delivery.

Had Pizza, Burger, fries, nuggets and icecream. Food and service are good. We always used to go to Pizza hut. After visiting Mr Singh, I would prefer Mr Singh over Pizza hut.

I saw this place and wanted to try a new pizza place, tired of dominos and pizza hut. It looked good on the outside, but the pizza itself reminded me of the pizza’s i used to get in school, thick layer of cheese and a hard, crumbling base. Nothing special, was disapponted.

Was there today with family as I used to like their food and I always used to recommend that place to friends and colleagues. Order some dish including veg burger. When they served it my dad took a bite and the bun was not even warm , it was cold. We thought may be by mistakenly they served it. When I politely asked them to warm it up the lady on till refused to warm up and the reason she gave me that “ you already take a bite so we cannot warm it up.” I didn’t say a single word just finished the food and went out from there. We were the only customer on that time . Through out the whole time the service was bad . It was not busy at all. I’ll never ever going their anymore. They just ruined our family time.

Not happy about the service provided by your Gants Hill branch. I firstly call at 4.30pm to place a delivery order, but I was told that you don’t deliver until 6pm. I call at 6pm to make the order and you tell me it will take 1 hour 25 mins to be delivered despite being only 1.1 miles away. Lastly your driver was 10 mins late and the complete order was not delivered. My milkshake was forgotten (the delivery man was very apologetic and came back to deliver it). For a such a terrible location (on a dual carriageway next to a busy roundabout) it’s difficult for an easy pick up, therefore your delivery service needs to be much better.

Great place with excellent staff who work hard to ensure a great experience

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and the pizzas left me pleasantly surprised. As a carnivore, I found I did not miss the meat. The pizzas were extremely delicious, in particular the chilli paneer.

Came across Mr.Singh's Pizza while we were traveling to my friend's place two months ago and had planned to visit it sometime soon. Managed to visit this restaurant 2 days ago with my family and enjoyed the dinner there.

We just found this pizza shop while we were hunting for a vegetarian restaurant around Illford area. We was so glad that we went inside. I thoroughly enjoyed vegan pizza and veggie burger with most yumiest chips I ever tasted. Love this place and planning to go again soon.

Wow. This palce is different. Pizza with indian toppings. I had the paneer(cheese) pizza and loved it. Gotta go back soon for more variety. Singh is King!

I love the Veggie Pizza with Paneer, came back for that again with my 5 year old. he loved the Pizza as well.

I came here with a friend on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was packed. This is always a good sign of how the food is going to be.

I had visited twice here. There is a lot of variety of vegetarian pizzas and burger. Options are quite good taste wise I liked burger there, I didn't like onion rings though.

Great food, cheap prices and fast service. Went down to get some lunch over the weekend and the selection of food is great, from wraps, burgers pizzas and mix grills, there is something for everyone.

Really can't recommend this place enough! The atmosphere is lovely and clean, friendly staff and fantastic food! As vegans we normally struggle to find places to eat, but Mr Singhs catered for us and we were really impressed at how many things could be made vegan as well as how affordable it was. We left very full up and satisfied, and we will definitely be returning soon!

I was so looking forward to this place as soon as I heard it was coming. But sadly it did not live up to the hype

Really good pizzas - both deep pan and thin crust. The veggie pepperoni is not to be missed. Also had the garlic tortilla and mozzerella sticks which were better than in any pizza chain places I have had. The pizza style is more American style than Italian (Pizza Hut style) but so much better. There are tons of vegan options too. I can't wait to eat here again and sample more of the menu.

I visited Mr Singh’s for lunch with a friend this afternoon. The environment is unfussy canteen-style, with the focus is on the food and the restaurant has a family appeal. The menu is unsurprisingly largely pizza, with a selection of burgers, wraps and sides. All the food is vegetarian with a good selection of dishes that can be vegan-ised. Pizzas can be customised further by omitting garlic, onions and mushrooms. There are also veggie versions of meat pizzas available, using soya etc and a small counter of desserts.

Went to Mr Singhs with my friend based on recommendations from family. its a small unit and gets busy quick but the veg pizza's are great. The meat supplement products are not that good so i would stick to the pizza or anything paneer based. well done to the team.

As it is so new, very packed. Good service, slightly slow. Vegetarian place. Good quality Italian food

So having noticed this attractive shop design over the past few months I finally decided to stop at the A12 and pop in for a takeaway. The set up is reflective of an eatery you would expect to see in Shoreditch and on entry was pleasing to the eye. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous, so knowing that everything was fully vegetarian, I ordered a large margareta twist with added mushrooms and some fries and curley fries to compliment. The first stumble was that having presented my credit card they said their machine was not working and if I didn't have cash there was a cashpoint few doors along as they can only accept cash. So I went to the cashpoint and returned to be told my order will be ready in 20 mins.

Me, my boyfriend and best friend had been super excited about coming here because we head so many good things about it. Unfortunately it just didn't deliver...

Great to find a Pizza place that offers an extensive range for vegans. Décor is simple but comfortable, staff are very welcoming and friendly. If you are vegan they can advise which options are vegan and which can be easily adapted. Full of locals the evening we visited, always a good measure of a restaurant. Really nice, we will visit again when we're in London.

Delivery only,terrible food.The review below are by people who have confused this place with the real Mr Singh's in Gants hill. You cannot dine in at this place its a delivery only business! i wouldn't bother

Couldn't recommend it more highly, one of the best Pizza franchises which have opened lately. If you live in a 10 mile radius from this place, you have to check it out!

We went for lunch on 4.12.16, meet a friend for lunch and we went to Mr Singhs.

Do not waste your time with this place!!!!!
