Worst take away ever.3 hours of waiting . All they want is your money and churn out dodgy food. Waits 3 HOURS (totally unacceptable) . Had a calm discussion but he barred me for his terrible service and attitude. Won’t be back. Cold and hard food

Been using mr rice for years.never had a bad meal.chole who works the counter is absolutely brilliant at her job very efficient and polite.food freshly prepared in open plan kitchen.salt n pepper chips the best I've ever had cant be beaten great with chicken

Delivery two weeks in a row. Missing food two weeks in a row. They think it’s ok to tell you that they can’t do anything because they are too busy. “Just come down and pick it up if you want”. If I wanted to do that I wouldn’t have got a delivery in the first place. Need to mind this excuse at my work. Sorry I’ve only done half a job because I’m busy. If u want the rest do it yourself. Sad thing is place used to be good

Ordered takeaway at weekend they guy answering the phone just wouldnt listen and got the order wrong that was the 2nd time.wouldnt go back.they just want to go through as many calls as they can to get the orders to fill their pockets.

food is always fresh and you can watch them cook your meal as it has an open kitchen very quick service never have to wait long

We use Mr Chips on a Friday probably at the busiest time and the service is always quick. Generous portions and always piping hot, only negative is it can be quite salty. The young lady on the counter is super efficient, very polite and always cheery.

The food is nice and seems to be large potions. Can be quite busy so it is best to phone and place an order before collection.

Love this Chinese takeaway. Great menu choice, quick delivery. Food is amazing, I particularly love the Kung po chicken...spicy and delicious!

This is one of the best Chinese takeaways around. Had crispy battered sweet n sour chicken last night for the first time in years and they were brilliant. Generous chicken portions and delicious batter!! Always impressed by the food. The service is great, staff super efficient, but don't take any snash! You just have to order ahead to factor in busy periods!! Very satisfied customers!!

Salt and chilli chips were raw. Not impressed but curry can be okay sometimes other chineses in carluke that are much better and better value for money

Food is great, definitely my favourite Chinese takeaway in carluke. Salt n pepper chicken and chips are amazing.

I would give this place 4 out of 10 I've tried it three times and woudnt go back rotten cheap chips and poor quality meals

This is my preferred Chinese Takeaway in Carluke the runny chicken foo yung and Singapore Chow Mein are super. The delivery times are usually spot on and they are upfront when busy.

I normally eat at another take away in Carluke, however, due to a closure tried this place out.

Ordered myself a Chinese last night for my dinner. I ordered Chicken fried rice, small tub of curry sauce, prawn crackers and a 2ltr bottle of Irn Bru. I didn't have long to wait from when I ordered it to when it arrived. My chicken fried rice was freshly made and it was delicious!! Will definitley order from Mr Rice again.

Very good food and very clean tidy and great portion sizes and great value for money and friendly happy staff
