Not acceptable, we waited 32 minutes for pretzel bites, then when eventually they came they were cold and greasy disgusting

I bought a cinnamon pretzel for my niece, and it was completely burnt at the bottom. I took it straight back only to have it replaced with another burnt one, and was told they have to be in order for them to be cooked properly. All you could taste was burnt pretzel, absolutely awful!!

My son wanted pretzel bites but they wouldn't make them as they had surplus pretzels already made standing on the back shelf, after scowling at us and telling us he could only have a ordinary pretzel we were then served with a cold greasy pretzel from the back shelf. Will not be going back

My sister ordered pretzel bites but they didn't want to make them so told her to just have the sticks instead but my sister said she'd like the bites still. They said it would take 10 mins but then tried to force her to take pretzel sticks 2 mins later. They raised their voice at her and tried to tell her she'd ordered sticks when she didn't and when I told them not to speak to my sister like that they then started laughing, pointing and the main lady who has always been rude to us when we've bought from there just started texting on her phone. They then gave us the correct order 5 mins later but she shoved them at us then she started smirking... like ??? this is very odd and unprofessional behaviour, please sort out the terrible customer service from your staff so customers aren't left upset and confused after trying to get a snack.

Having lived im Germany for over 10 years, I know a thing or two about pretzels: 1. They are baked not fried. 2. They have a bread-like consistency not like dough. 3. They are inherently dry not soggy. 4. They are freshly prepared and baked not processed. 5. They are dipped in a lye solution prior to baking not grease/oil/fat. Do not waste your money here - you will be disappointed!

I have to say I was disappointed when I found out the breakfast menu here is basically the same stuff you get at McDonald's, but after giving it a try the little differences make it worth it. The cajun hash browns are delicious and the sauce you can get on the rolls adds a nice touch, even if it is quite a strong flavour that overpowers most of the rest of the sandwich. Liked the biscuits too.

13 Fewster Square2 women working 1 barely doing anything and moving very slow and the other just walking back and forth around the shop. Waited 15 minutes to be served and just before it was my turn some one else walked in, the lady and the customer obviously knew each other because they started talking, then when it was my turn they just skipped me and went to this women who had just got there. I left without being served and will not be returning in the future. Serve the customers who have been waiting longest as opposed to skipping everyone for your friend. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant atmosphere.

Retail World, Team Valley Trading EstForget the drive through. Trapped in a queue for 20 mins. Not enough staff and once your in the line you can't get out. Will never visit again

72-74 Cameron WalkIt was fairly busy as expected. But I didn't wait that long. Enjoyed the big mac and tables were clean.
