The food came at least 30 minutes late, and by the time the food had actually come the waffles were stone cold and the milkshakes were lukewarm. Absolutely poor service.

2 hours ago I ordered 70 phone calls to the restaurant no answer and still no delivery still waiting terrible service

Unfortunately has a bad run in with these today. Ordered off Uber eats, delivery was nearly an hour, food was semi-lukewarm, the waffles themselves are really thin and slightly soggy, we had 2 items missing from the order and the Ferreor Rocher's were cut in half so you only actually receive 2 and a half on the waffle. Only thing that was decent from our order was the milkshakes. Pretty disappointing tbh.

Couldn’t get what I ordered, guy called me to say they were out of stock, had something else, still turned up massively late. Almost 2 hours after I ordered it turned up. Couldn’t cancel the order as couldn’t get through to them on the phone (just eat no help with that either)

1st time ordering from this place. as daughter wanted it for her birthday treat. and I can safetly say not the best experience, several issues. 1st issue was 2 hours late. 2nd issue items missing. 3rd issue wrong items received.

Food was great, but the delivery driver muttered quietly calling me a ****** as he was walking away, surely thinking I wouldn’t know what it meant as it wasn’t in English. Surprise though, I knew exactly what it meant. Never been here since and will never return if that’s how they want to treat certain customers.

Waffles were cold and stale. The buenno on the waffle tasted stale and out of date months ago. The milkshake was thin with virtually no taste to it like it had bare minimum chocolate in it! Wouldn’t waste your time there is a lot better places to get this sort of stuff from

What an absolute let down 😡! Firstly was told delivery would be 40 mins. After 3-4 phon calls to ask how long it would be and being told he was on the way,it was over an hour til he arrived. I ordered cookie dough which was £8 and was absolutely pathetic,a foil tray with about 1 cm depth and the most minute and tiny bit of cookie dough, probably 1 &1/2 cookies worth if that!! This is the first and last time I will order from here,and I urgently anyone else not to bother. £32 down and even more disappointed and upset that people think they can take the muck out of genuine people,by taking no notice of delivery time, literally lost for words of the portion size,andd blatantly think is ok😡?!? It was a Thursday pm and hardly rush hour time either!!6

First timer here as recommended to me and have to say friendly staff and great tasting food.

I love the normal mr prep cheats so decided to try the desserts. I was SO disappointed. it took an hour and half to be delivered and when it was it was not great at all. the icecream had been forgotten, my cheesecake was broken up, no straw for my milkshake? and why did my waffle taste like mint chocolate when that was definitely not listed in the ingredients (i HATE mint chocolate)😂 won’t be ordering again.

That was absolutely amazing, best dessert I've had in ages and the food was ready on time. Will definitely be back again

the apple pie had hard plastic pieces inside it which I nearly choked on. definitely not pastry and I am not trying to cause a scene or even ask for a refund but I just want management to know for future orders

Ordered a slab. biggest waste of money ever. they managed to ruin both cookies and brownies. Was quite impressive how terrible it was really.

They accepted an order via Deliveroo and didn't deliver, they don't answer the phone either, don't risk your money.

I adore the food here, was a frequent customer 1 or 2 times a week, I ordered online for months with no issues, then worked late one night and rang to order so I could pick up on my way home, the girl at the till, not the friendliest, she charged me £1.50 more than I usually pay, I queried this and she asked me if I wanted her to get the manager... obviously , you're over charging me!, the manager begrudgingly knocked £1 off as a "good will gesture" so I was still 50p out of pocket, foods amazing, service was insanely disappointing! I rarely eat here now sadly.

I paid for an ice cream and white chocolate blossoms and wasn’t given either of these. Arrived 30 minutes early and once we’d already eaten, got a notification to say it was on its way! That wasn’t an issue though, just the missing items that we’d paid for and didn’t receive.

Great speedy delivery and amazing food! Ice cream was still ice cream when arrived thank fully!!

Appalled was sent wrong cookie dough on waffle they said the didn’t have the one for my waffle in stock and they said I could contact just eat for a refund. So I did and I never got a refund just got a cookie waffle I couldn’t eat

Mr Prep is a great treat in our home, the food is always incredible. The staff also follow any notes you leave - such as removing or adding extra of anything! I’ve found each time we order they are very quick efficient and on the ball - if there is any errors the staff are on the ball with communication and very quick to come to a fix !

Food absolutely divine!! Masala Chips are a must!!

Usually the sundaes are really good. Ordered the nuts about you, but it arrived all melted, and had 2 Ferrero rocher, a small handful of tiny chopped nuts and no chopped snicker pieces as advertised. Was also mostly cookie dough at the bottom

The owners of this restaurant are the most polite and down to earth people you’ll meet. The food is out of this world and the milkshakes are the best in the area and I will never have a milk shake from anywhere else ever again. I’m not a burger person never have been but when I order from here the sweet cheeseus burger blows me away every time. This place will always be my go to take out every single time

Gym freaks and non-gym freaks alike, fancy a big PHAT munch, Mr Prep is where to go! Big portions and not sacrificing an ounce on creativity and quality. Had the Sweet Cheesus and loaded fries steaming hot in record timing for most take aways! If ya want to get in ya macros with enough protein for a lion get a prep! 💪🏽

The best in the game! Our go to spot for a treat night, some of the best burgers I've tried and the masala fries are to die for. Super friendly service and our family favourite for takeout. Recommend it to all our friends and it never misses

Had it delivered recently and it tasted just amazing. Tasty, hot, fresh and perfectly ticked all the boxes. The service and food are 10/10 and it is one of the best burgers I’ve had. Compared to other restaurants in the area, the portion sizes are extraordinary and the burgers are to die for. Milkshakes are unmatched.

Absolutely amazing food! Best burgers I’ve ever tasted. The Algeri burger is my favourite and you can really taste the quality of meat. I would recommend the loaded fries too! We order regularly and service is also great. After our cheat, we order from Mr Prep Treats and love the cookie dough! Very reasonably priced for what you get and highly recommend. Can’t wait to order again- look forward to it every week.

My family has been ordering food from Mr Prep for 3 months now: Sticky Korean fries, hamburgers, and others... We have never been disappointed. The food is always warm and delicious. You are the best!

We stopped at this place for the first time and I can't forget what I tasted. The delicious smell of spices wafted from the food box. The food was nicely plated with vegetables and my choice of sauce. When I remember, I want more and more... I highly recommend ordering here. It will definitely leave a good impression on you. I haven’t had to wait 1 hr and 40 minutes before but it was worth it for my sundae, the waffle was a bit cold no big deal. Its a shame it isn’t consistent with the quality and delivery because everything else is spot on

We have ordered here many times but the quality is declining. Sundaes were full of strawberries and ice cream, a few cake crumbs and barely any cookie dough . Very disappointed, will find somewhere else moving forward.

Perfect for a naughty treat! Was worried about ice cream but arrived as is just got out of my own freezer. Quality of ice cream velvety and flavours excellent. Couldn’t fault milkshakes or cookie dough either.

The restaurant failed to deliver my ice cream ordered with my order as an extra item. I can’t request a refund for this without requesting a refund of the whole order and I don’t want to hurt a small business so I’m not doing this… but disappointed that my treat-day treat was missing half of the treat! Cookie was lovely and delivery driver very pleasant.

Wow. just wow. The driver bless her soul had spilt the drinks after we had waited 50 minutes! But she was clearly so apologetic so fair play to her team effort! However the milkshake was ridiculous. £5.50! For a milkshake with no whipped cream, the flavour was alright, but the chocolate inside was shredded into tiny pieces thinner then paper! Not doing this again I’m afraid but good luck to the driver!!

Delivery was amazing, I live in a rural area and is difficult to find my house but communication was really good.

Not all the order came. When i rang they said he left th on the side would get the driver back, they were cold and greasy

The waffles were cooked perfectly & feel like a lot of time and consideration goes into the quality of food as every time we have ordered the food has always looked and tasted amazing! The milkshakes are delicious too, the best milkshakes I have ever had, a prefect ratio of ingredients to make a great milkshake. Delivery driver was friendly and read the instructions for my delivery so everything from this company is 10/10 Would highly recommend😊

Surprised at how quick it came very impressed. Both the cookie dough and waffle cookie were decorated to perfection, right amount of sauce, generous toppings and tasty as 👅 The milkshake was proper thick too… banging 👌🏽
