Caprinos Pizza Redditch in Redditch

What was this? I ordered a doner and chicken box with lettuce and cucumber… they said they was ok doing this otherwise I’d of gone somewhere else… I had very very very little meat in and they filled the box with lettuce like I wouldn’t notice! Never ever again

pizza was not very appetising so thin hardly filled us up so disappointed. needed more to it. Will not be ordering from here again not worth the money.

A little disappointed!,not as nice pizza as usual ,salad was a bit bland too,sadly might try somewhere else next time ?!😔

I don’t normally leave reviews but for a non mainstream pizza place the quality and taste is pretty much on par. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Really good quality food for a reasonable price.

pizza was good but a bit lacking on toppings considering i paid for double on all of them. only issue is the curly fries smelled a bit like...guff

food was cold and pizza soggy, had onion on my pizza and I'm allergic, not happy, happened couple times now with wrong toppings

Loaded Chips with Bacon, Cheese Sauce & Jalapeños: First impressions- Not enough Cheese Sauce. I'm not sure if they used the Wrong Sauce or if it had Gone Bad, it didn't taste Cheesy at all but Very Sour. Chicken Wings were nice but were Plain when I ordered BBQ. Milk Shake was nice.

chips tasted old and reheated. One of the pizzas arrived cold and so did mozzarella sticks. don't normally complain but having to with this order

Lovely food we tried it on a whim and we wasn’t disappointed. The pizzas are amazing really good base and balance of ingredients not too much and not too little. The wraps are lolvely really well made

order was wrong delivered 2 cheese pizzas nor was i as used for i asked for 1 cheese one pepperoni

These lot need to learn how to cook a pizza i won’t lie there pizzas are dead especially for the price aswell won’t order again dead food takes long to come aswell

loaded fries had bbq sauce on them where as it said to be salsa sauce, it really put me off. i can't fault the hot wings they were 10/10. verything was piping hot hence 5* for service. garlic brrad pizza had a really thick layer of cheese not the best.

Gave these 3 chances since they been took over, all 3 times either wrong order, arrived a hour late and then charged extra £4 at the door. Not happy and will not be using them again very poor service

Their Pizzas are brilliant. Seating are is small and very basic. I would recommend this place to any pizza fans.

Pizza base was not cooked long enough which was a shame, very floppy and soft which is no good to anyone, sorry!

I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Caprinos and it was a complete disaster. Despite ordering double up pizzas, they only sent a measly 7-inch pizza. The cherry on top was the agonising 2-hour wait for the delivery driver, who seemed ready to abandon our food on the front porch. To add insult to injury, there was no refund offered for this absurdity. Spending £9 on a BBQ pizza that was barely the size of my hand is not my idea of a satisfying meal. Save your money and sanity – avoid Caprinos at all costs!

Not the first time our food from here was late, must have been the hanger that blinded us to re-order from here. Paid £20 for two "pizzas" the size of my palm, I'm pretty sure Polly Pocket would have polished these off with room to spare for dessert. Ordered a 'double up' on the garlic pizza and it arrived as 4 slices, I'll leave you to be in wonderment at what we would have received if I had left it as the single option. Rang up after an almost two hour wait to be asked "have you not received it yet?" Then the next sentence "oh that's strange, your driver is 5 mins away". But you didn't know we hadn't even received it 5 seconds ago? Alright mystic Meg. Rang again to complain 15 mins later (long 5 mins) at the either missing items or clown sized portions to be offered a free dessert (yeah like we'd risk ordering again) or that the manager might ring tomorrow, maybe, if he remembers and comes in. All in all, paid £20 for two ice hockey pucks (same temperature for reference) and a evening of foodie sadness.

Really tasty food, pizza was still piping hot. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely order from here again.

Boxes had clearly been stood upright not flat , so pizzas where all squashed with toppings stuck to the lid. I have taken photos if required.

The food was cold and not fit for consumption.

Delivered 5 mins late and two items missing from the deal. Called to advise and was told it would be delivered in 15 mins. Called again after 30 mins and asked for a refund to be told the manager would call us in 15 mins, no call was ever received! Missing items were finally delivered almost an hour late and not hot. Very disappointing

The option for two hours not on here told food was just arriving 45 minutes later then when rang the store the food was still in the oven

Ordered at 22:30 and they rejected my order at 22:55, 5 minutes before the closing time. Not cool.

40-60 minute predicted delivery time turned out to be 25; perhaps I should download the app to keep an eye on progress :) Large thin-crust 'Meat Lovers' was a little soggier than I'd really like, but then I wasn't sat within a few feet of the oven. Certainly tasty enough. 4-slice personal-size margherita was appreciated for both taste and waste-free size. Pricing seemed fairly reasonable, but can't realistically compare with others as it's a long time since I ordered pizza.

Both pizzas were soggy and uncooked , as were the wedges we couldn't eat them, very disappointing. Will stick to mr pizza next time!

Wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Best pizza house around. The owners and staff are fabulous and go the extra mile in service and quality.

Don’t order doner meat not nice at tall taste like Iceland microwave meat and hardly any meat in the wrap not worth it but pizza’s good

Not a very nice pizza. No flavour and dough was undercooked. I won't be ordering again. £15 was massively over priced for a poor pizza.

Caprinos never disappoints, the food is always hot and fresh and the delivery drivers are always really polite. Honestly can’t fault it, and just to add the cookies are to die for !

When Caprinos opened it was the best pizza place in Redditch. Now it's expensive and mediocre, and waffles for 6£ are tiny. You can buy double the size in every other dessert place.

The food was kinda average, it wasn’t bad but kinda bland especially the fries they were not worth a single penny. The pepperoni pizza was decent though

Very friendly staff. Very clean place and very tasty pizza and hot wings. We ordered three different pizzas which had great taste. And also, we loved the oven baked curly potatoes. A great and healthier substitute for fries.

Best pizzas we have had in while. We only use this pizza place for takeouts now. Recommend the thin crust mexican hot - delicious! Great service all round and consistent.

Didn’t get the pizza I ordered

I cant rate Caprinos enough! The only pizza chain that comes close is Dominos but compared to Redditch's branch these guys are leagues above them and any other pizza place in the area. Their dough is soft and fresh, they're stuffed crust is amazing, they're toppings actually have flavour not to mention they don't charge for delivery within a certain distance and have a 15% discount for online orders except on Tuesdays. They deserve 6 stars! 👏

Ordered loads from Caprinos, always impressed and never had a problem! But I was most impressed when there was an error! Weird I know, but the effort to put it right was outstanding! That's good business! Couldn't recommend highly enough!
