Amazing pizza, amazing delivery, would definitely recommend! No idea how we'd never tried Caprinos Pizza before, but we'll definitely be ordering again!

I had the BBQ fries and chicken pot but the fries were under cooked

Bland as anything, cheap tasting, greasy. Chicken tasted of nothing. For a nice shop front you’d expect a decent pizza but genuinely the worst out of a bad bunch round Redditch stick to the big chains as they aren’t even that much more expensive.

Pizzas looked good, delivered hot but way too much oil used which ruined the taste of the pizza.

First time ordering but won't be ordering here again. The pizza was terrible. Not a bit of mozzarella on the pizzas, made with stodgy cheddar cheese. Couldn't taste any pizza sauce and the crust was basic. Waste of £44 on 3 L pizzas.

food was late and the woman on the phone for thus restaurant was rather rude. but the food was nice just let down by staff.

wrap deal,loads of meat in wrap and loaded fries was delicious..great value 👍🏻

Fantastic Pizza - Very Super Fast! Ordered two large pizzas, one Pepperoni Dream and one Hawaiian (yes, I am one of those!), via Uber Eats for home delivery. Now I'm not one of those who usually reviews home delivery orders, but I have to take to Google and commit my 5 star review of Caprinos. For years the wife and I have driven past Caprinos after a trip to Dunelm and have never managed to stop by as we live quite far out of the town centre of Redditch. Trying to find a pizza delivery which comes to us is virtually unheard of. We were not disappointed, the pizzas are tremendous, well balanced, great flavours from the toppings and hands down the best Hawaiian pizza I've ever been blessed with. The standout from Caprinos is that they know how to cook a pizza, no burnt or chewy bits, just epic munching from start to finish, even the kids loved it which is saying something! Delivery was super quick and the driver very polite. Pizza's were still nice and hot on arrival. Overall a great experience.

£20 for a tiny undercooked pizza and the worse milkshake i have ever had and I have had a few bad ones in my time, it was a cup of dodgy water with half a kitkat in it. Never again

Excellent all round. Great food, fresh and tasty and piping hot. Good portions and great quality ingredients! Highly recommended!

Nice food. One tip would be to keep the pizzas flat when delivering as ours were squashed all up one end.

granted it's new years eve, however it was an hour and 40 minutes late, i was lied to about it being prepared and ready for delivery, then the follow up call was rejected, and to top it off, charged 20p for a bag i didn't get. truly awful service

What was this? I ordered a doner and chicken box with lettuce and cucumber… they said they was ok doing this otherwise I’d of gone somewhere else… I had very very very little meat in and they filled the box with lettuce like I wouldn’t notice! Never ever again

One of the best Pizzas I’ve had arrived super fast and hot. Taste was unbelievable. Well done on such great food.

pizza was not very appetising so thin hardly filled us up so disappointed. needed more to it. Will not be ordering from here again not worth the money.

I don’t normally leave reviews but for a non mainstream pizza place the quality and taste is pretty much on par. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Really good quality food for a reasonable price.

Loaded Chips with Bacon, Cheese Sauce & Jalapeños: First impressions- Not enough Cheese Sauce. I'm not sure if they used the Wrong Sauce or if it had Gone Bad, it didn't taste Cheesy at all but Very Sour. Chicken Wings were nice but were Plain when I ordered BBQ. Milk Shake was nice.

Lovely food we tried it on a whim and we wasn’t disappointed. The pizzas are amazing really good base and balance of ingredients not too much and not too little. The wraps are lolvely really well made

order was wrong delivered 2 cheese pizzas nor was i as used for i asked for 1 cheese one pepperoni

These lot need to learn how to cook a pizza i won’t lie there pizzas are dead especially for the price aswell won’t order again dead food takes long to come aswell

loaded fries had bbq sauce on them where as it said to be salsa sauce, it really put me off. i can't fault the hot wings they were 10/10. verything was piping hot hence 5* for service. garlic brrad pizza had a really thick layer of cheese not the best.

Not the first time our food from here was late, must have been the hanger that blinded us to re-order from here. Paid £20 for two "pizzas" the size of my palm, I'm pretty sure Polly Pocket would have polished these off with room to spare for dessert. Ordered a 'double up' on the garlic pizza and it arrived as 4 slices, I'll leave you to be in wonderment at what we would have received if I had left it as the single option. Rang up after an almost two hour wait to be asked "have you not received it yet?" Then the next sentence "oh that's strange, your driver is 5 mins away". But you didn't know we hadn't even received it 5 seconds ago? Alright mystic Meg. Rang again to complain 15 mins later (long 5 mins) at the either missing items or clown sized portions to be offered a free dessert (yeah like we'd risk ordering again) or that the manager might ring tomorrow, maybe, if he remembers and comes in. All in all, paid £20 for two ice hockey pucks (same temperature for reference) and a evening of foodie sadness.

I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Caprinos and it was a complete disaster. Despite ordering double up pizzas, they only sent a measly 7-inch pizza. The cherry on top was the agonising 2-hour wait for the delivery driver, who seemed ready to abandon our food on the front porch. To add insult to injury, there was no refund offered for this absurdity. Spending £9 on a BBQ pizza that was barely the size of my hand is not my idea of a satisfying meal. Save your money and sanity – avoid Caprinos at all costs!

Boxes had clearly been stood upright not flat , so pizzas where all squashed with toppings stuck to the lid. I have taken photos if required.

Delivered 5 mins late and two items missing from the deal. Called to advise and was told it would be delivered in 15 mins. Called again after 30 mins and asked for a refund to be told the manager would call us in 15 mins, no call was ever received! Missing items were finally delivered almost an hour late and not hot. Very disappointing

The option for two hours not on here told food was just arriving 45 minutes later then when rang the store the food was still in the oven

Ordered at 22:30 and they rejected my order at 22:55, 5 minutes before the closing time. Not cool.

40-60 minute predicted delivery time turned out to be 25; perhaps I should download the app to keep an eye on progress :) Large thin-crust 'Meat Lovers' was a little soggier than I'd really like, but then I wasn't sat within a few feet of the oven. Certainly tasty enough. 4-slice personal-size margherita was appreciated for both taste and waste-free size. Pricing seemed fairly reasonable, but can't realistically compare with others as it's a long time since I ordered pizza.

Both pizzas were soggy and uncooked , as were the wedges we couldn't eat them, very disappointing. Will stick to mr pizza next time!

Don’t order doner meat not nice at tall taste like Iceland microwave meat and hardly any meat in the wrap not worth it but pizza’s good

Caprinos never disappoints, the food is always hot and fresh and the delivery drivers are always really polite. Honestly can’t fault it, and just to add the cookies are to die for !
