pity wasn't no Yorkshire pudding

Ordered a Tuna jacket with cheese. There was no cheese, and either the tuna or potato tasted weird.

So we ordered our food and it was dry but nice and tasteless and it refunded all of our food will never order anything from you guys again:(

Fast, clean and good taste. Also the chef is very interested and the employees are smiling. If you pass by, I definitely recommend you to stop by. My favorites are wraps and burgers, but the breakfast was also very much appreciated by my friends.

i my self find the roast dinners good value and superb . I'll give the restaurant. five stars to day. the roast potatoes are crispy and to die for and the food was very hot the restaurant. is favourite of my new too.and fair. Lolo well done chef to the cook Lolo cool . irecomend it to any one Lolo.

Surprised at very salty bacon and undercooked eggs, inedible. Normally better.

Put fried bread on the order but didn’t receive it.

Food and service was great but what really did it for me was when a man with a service dog came in. The staff were amazing and all went out of there way to help him. Well done 👌👌

Just disappointed the Cornish Cafe didn't substitute the chips with salad as I requested. Other restaurants would usually do this

Order delivered to another house, not happy at all, no contact numbers for anything; just eat are absolutely awful for contacting and dealing with problems

Normally food is okish, but in recent experience not satisfied...photos on menu can be decieving to description...Ordered a hot sandwich came back just warm, not hot as expected..did complain , they did it again, still the same...not worth the money,, presentation disappointing, over priced and over rated...Will not be ordering anything like that again... Same with ham egg and chips, the ham was just cheap round pieces out of a packet you buy at a supermarket...For the prices that you pay for you expect a bit more quality...

placed my order just before 12:30 with an estimated delivery time of 1pm. allowed some extra time as I appreciate a lunch rush, but checked progress around 1:30 to see the ETA had moved to 2:15 with no warning. food was nice enough though

missing items from order and given wrong items, called the cafe to ask for support advised there was nothing they could do other than ask for a refund on the app - when confirmed can we reorder after refund the cafe said no they're busy and not taking orders

Absolutely love this place. Go here every morning for my coffee before work. And occasionally I sneak a second through the day. Anna is so friendly and for sure makes the best coffee in town. Waitresses and chefs also always smiling and friendly. Prices are also cheap. A hidden gem in at the kingfisher.

The service is appalling. There is no organisation at all. The food for your table is not brought out together. So you sit and watch your friend eat. When they had nearly finished, i went to enquire about my order again. They said it was coming. Another 15 minutes past and waiting another an exorbitant amount of time, I gave up and cancelled my order, then the member of staff argued with me about a refund.

Ordered wrap with salad and chips, NO SALAD ON PLATE, A BIT OF LETTUCE IN WRAP, QUERIED WITH MANAGER SAID THATS ALL YOU GET!

Lived in Redditch many years but don't eat in town often so had never eaten here. Today we were chronically hankering for a full English for brunch! Hadn't thought before that Cornish Connection Pasty Cafe actually does a lot more than Cornish pasties! - infact most people seemed to be eating different food. It didn't disappoint, the new location has quite a few tables, get your table number, order at the counter and your food is bought to you. The kitchen is open to view. It was very quick, less than 10 minutes and teas were bought out straight away, a nice big mug full with some strength. Breakfast was typical cafe fare but cooked correctly and hot. Staff were cheerful and hard working. Menu slightly odd, the biggest breakfast cost more than the middle size gaining some tinned tomato and mushrooms, but losing one of the eggs so there shouldn't be much difference in cost to make both. Will definitely be using again though.

Excellent service and food. Select a table, read the menu and order at the counter. Good value for money - £13.70 for sausage and egg baguette with chips and salad and large Cornish pasty with chips and beans. Also tea and coffee. Lovely cafe perfect for a break from shopping. Good variety of food and meals available on the menu.

First visit very warm welcome by the staff esspecially for Angel my ESA dog. The staff were lovely and the food outstanding will visit again soon x 😁

Most friendly staff I have encountered in this shopping centre who seemed genuinely interested in customer service. I note that they have moved from the previous location which is pictured on this page. Good menu, we had bacon and sausage sandwiches which were lovely with generous fillings. The quality in our previous cafe stop has deteriorated so this may become our regular stop off.

This place is fantastic for lunch or breakfast. Excellent value for money and great variety. The staff are so lovely and attentive. Couldn’t ask for more.

Absolutely awful customer service. Your store manager (red hair & glasses) had zero interpersonal skills or customer service. Props to the young girl who served me originally, lovely manner and much more professional than the manager. Perhaps check your card machine is working efficiently before speaking so rudely to customers and insisting their card isn't working. Card declined 4 times, whilst trying to connect to the WiFi to attempt #5, the card machine was snatched out of the girls hand by the manager and she snapped at me that my card wasn't working. Funnily enough, the next gents card also declined and she rebooted the machine. No apology for the way she spoke to me! Fish finger sandwich isn't worth being spoken to like that.

Was served cake covered in mould! When I made them aware, they didn't seem bothered and told me it was fresh today 🤔 clearly an issue with date records. 🤢 I ordered 4 drinks and one slice of cake and waiting around 20 minutes, people who had ordered after me had been served before us. Could be an off day as I see the notice for staff outside but there's no excuse for a slip where food hygiene is concerned.

We had medium pasty meal. Nicely presented and just the right amount. Lovely and hot and the pasty was very flavourful. Definitely going back. Highly recommended.

Very poor service & attitude. Popped in for scone/tea. After waiting 20 mins was told scone needs to be cooked & they were extremely busy. There was 3 other people eating then me & my friend!!! 25 out of 28 tables were empty!! Frozen Scones were not cooked but defrosted/warmed up. However still cold/hard when served. Took 53 minutes for our order to arrive...& only us to serve.

Great independent cafe in the Redditch Kingfisher Centre. Since it's moved to a bigger area, it's always busy, but there are plenty of tables inside and outside. Great value food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. I've been here for breakfast a few times, and it's always fresh and tasty.

Came in here for the first time since it moved, nice enough people, but the set up is dangerous, food ordering is by where they come in and out with hot food and drinks, for the amount that work here they could have table service tbh.

Amazing cafe. Friendly staff. The food is to die for. The breakfasts are really Nice and everything is reasonably priced. Drinks are amazing. The manager Murat is really friendly and a good chef. Highly highly recommend. 1000/1000 😊

Had fish, chips and beans. Fish was over cook. Batter too crispy. Dident enjoy it. Everything else was ok.

Best place for breakfast in Redditch

What a lovely cafe within the Redditch shopping centre, we discovered it when we visited the cinema a while back. Great value, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere for a cafe. The Cornish pasties are varied and tasty, a medium pasty meal with, beans, chips and and a tea or coffee is only 6.50. A real bargain. Next time we visit, I will take better photographs. Lots of great sauces too.

Food not good we had chicken panni chips and salad got a few chips no salad tiny pieces of chicken and hot lettuce think this must have the salad. Had 2 teas one with soya milk when the girl brought them she didn't no which one was soya.

The only genuinely independent cafe in the shopping centre? I'll choose this place over the souless options elsewhere in the centre. Great to see they've moved to larger premises, suggests some level of success which is hard to achieve after 12 years of Tories.

Very tasty food, short wait times, amazing atmosphere and kind workers - best restaurant in Redditch.

Sadly we waited a long while for a coffee the young girl took our order and money, but so long waiting asked her how long is it going to be for the coffee and she said there's only one lady doing all the hot drinks, not very good when coffee machine can make 2 drinks why we had to wait so long put us right off.

My husband had to have a Cornish pasty every time I go into town. He loves them, I can't eat them so I'm no judge but if he eats them then they have to be good he's picky

The food is always nice, but always get the impression that they want to hurry you up, always asking have you finished soon as you stop using your fork even if you have just stopped for a minute for your food to digest

Ordered two meals only one arrived charged for both meals. Sent two messages just totally ignored!! I only give one star because I can't give 0 star or minus. Absolutely disgusting!! Take my advice and avoid!!!

Upon arrival the member of staff was rude, no please or thank you, when given the money. No customer service skills at all. When food arrived the same member of staff basically threw the plate down, making the other people sitting on the next table to laugh, and explaining she did the same to them. Fish fingers were cooked in a fryer, very hard and burnt. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING, would give zero if I could.

Have eaten here for a number of years. Always good service, quick and cheerful and polite staff. Very clean facility and happy customers who obviously benefit from the care of the staff,because they keep coming back. Food favourites for me are the Cottage pie, or a nice omelette plus if you are really hungry a big breakfast always does the job.

Great cafe any meal u want loads of choice

Went there for the first time last Saturday with granddaughter, she wanted pizza chips and the pizza was disgusting all soft and and floppy think it was microwaved from fresh which they usually state on pkt not suitable for heating in microwave. I had cheese on toast the menu said two slices of cheese on toast £1.90 when it came I only had one when I questioned it she said well I've only charged you for one which was £1.20 why have a menu when they only give you half of what you asked for, I'll never be going again that was my first and last time.

I'm sorry I hate leaving bad reviews but this absolutely shocking. Empty pots where I'm assuming beans and tomatoes should of been. The veggi breakfast apparently was just as bad, thankfully I didn't opt for that one . I'm being serious when I say my dog didn't even eat it . Looked like it had been tossed around on the floor before wrapped. EVEN ROAD SIDE CARAVAN CAFES TOP THIS !!!! Never judge a book by its cover I will remember this. OH THE EGG WAS OK but not worth £14 as it wasn't a golden egg .

Orderd a sausage sandwich what could go wrong?lol 🙈 Where do I start . Had the sandwich dripping in butter took back asked for new one they gave me the same sandwich back dripping with butter saying it’s new !!!! I literally threw it in the bin and did not want the confrontation going back over £3.10 but I must say AVOID THIS PLACE FOOD IS TERRIBLE
