Major false advertising on the website and app. Ordered a shish kebab and milkshake, the kebab was pictured as being in that typical processed sausage-y shape, and the milkshake was shown as having cream and sauce and everything... Shows up, the kebab is just loads of really fatty pieces of lamb that were impossible to chew through, and the milkshake was just a bottled Yazoo. Blatant and intentional false advertising to try and sell more. Why not sell the thing in the pictures if you know it's what people want?? After multiple times where the food wasn't cooked fully or was cold, really small portion sizes on certain days or taking 2 hours to turn up, and now this, it's just not worth it even though it's sometimes decent.

Have ordered from here before quite a few times and never really had any trouble, I ordered again tonight and had a couple of minor issues, so I left some feedback through the app and went about eating my food, about 20 minutes later a worker was at my door with the corrected items and an extra drink as an apology. They’d tried to call me but my phone was on silent and at that point most places would say they tried to help but with me not answering the phone they would give up. Not these guys, they made the correct items anyway and drove it out to me. Absolutely top class service and the replacement food was perfect! Will definitely be ordering from again.

*edit We had some issues with a small order. It was a shame seeing as the prices are very reasonable and we had no problem accessing etc. Website/app were user friendly. Parking - no issue. I had left a pretty detailed review complimenting but also expressing dissatisfaction. I've had to change this review because I'm genuinely IMPRESSED, having reviewed a lot on Google Maps with VERY little response, that someone cares so much about their business that they'd take the time to call me to really establish, not just what the problems were, but exactly what the gentleman planned on doing to avoid future experience. It's a shame we experienced what we did, but we now feel more comfortable trying Mr Pizza again, especially after his personal input. Very much appreciated and will be in soon.

There's only two places in Runcorn I know of where the doner meat won't declare WW3 on your guts and this is one of them. Food was still piping hot when delivered as well.

Don't use anywhere else always spot on food an delivered on time an hot 👍

Just ordered from Mr pizza for the 1st time in about 5/6 years. Food was delivered very hot and delicious. Food portions were huge. Ordered and delivered within 25 mins. Amazing. Thank you.

New favorite pizza place great food at great prices which these days is rare as take away pizza like Domino's has gone from a weekly treat to monthly but with Mr pizza it brings back the opportunity to have a family treat once a week 👍👍

Food is first class ,the staff are always happy to assist with what you want , never go anywhere else . I don't bother with the old town so I go out of my way to get what I want

Food was the nicest I've tasted in a long while.. The Burgers are out of this world🤤🤤...I'll defiantly be going again.. All the staff are lovely too 🙃

Nice kebab shop. Really cheap, food is good and the staff are friendly. My daughter loves the pizza from here because they really do pile the cheese on.

£5 for a 10" cheese garlic bread. Looks banging... No cheese taste... No garlic taste... Floppy soggy base... First and last time won't be going back!

Can always rely on fast delivery, nice food, most of the time forget a few bits like drinks or sauce etc but it's not really a problem unless your picky 😉

Only downside I can give is there is no sweetcorn relish as standered option on meals. On plus side they always go above and beyond if mistake made and always helpful.

Quality used to be a bit hit and miss but the pizzas have been top notch the past few months now, an excellent improvement

After making a complaint about one of the staff at Mr pizza the manager sent me a message to apologise about it , then tonight he sent one of his delivery drivers around to my house to apologise personally which I thought was very nice of him . As I've said before the food is always fantastic from Mr pizza and delivery is always quite prompt Thanks again for the apology .

the man at the front desk asked what I wanted and spat half of his sliver on my pizza I was disgusted then the next day I had a dodgy tummy (the runs) I could of shot for Britten it was horrible was on there the whole day pizza tasted lovely though

Quick delivery, polite driver, fresh food, complete hot & correct order.

I order from Mr pizza nearly 3 times a week sometimes ! Loyal customer! More than recently something is always missing off of my order! The food is lovely from there and delivery is usually fast. I’m not impressed with the lack of consideration for things missing off of my order! I’m definitely going to be changing my choice of takeaway. Drinks missing, garlic bread missing. Sauce missing off orders. Not okay.

Used to love this place great food rare they got an order wrong but ordered and the order came to 31.50 i didn't have the change and gave 2x £20 and was moaned at and made out it was my fault that the delivery driver didn't have the change and the way the attitude was and the way i was spoken to was disgusting

Got my order spot on including my extra requests, everything fresh and hot, wish I never got chilli on my folded donner though WOW blew my face off was so overpowering I will never order that ever again my mistake. Kids meals and my meal aswell as free garlic bread were a really good standard, will definitely order again we wasn't dissapointed. Ps. I think the driver drove some sort of ferrari because he was stupid fast, didn't get chance to fart an he was knocking on the door 🤣 Thanks guys 😎👍🏻

No better or worse than any other pizza place in runcorn

Something was missing at the last 4 or 5 orders. Today a can of drink and a garlic break. Driver said will bring it. Never arrived.

First time (and 2nd night after as it was so good) the food was hot and i walked in and although busy with online orders they were very speedy and so nice, they helped me carry it to car (im disabled with my hands painful so not an obvious disability so they are just kind) and we only waited under 10 minutes. My grandson is autistic and can be fussy with food and even scoffed it! I asked if we could have the chips cooked extra and they were happy to do it and i felt very welcome there. Unlike some places were your just chucked ur food. Portion sizes were a good size, we had the skyscraper burgers (amazing, hot and not dry chicken fillets) cheesy garlic bread was gorgeous as was my grandsons pizza from kids meal...he also enjoyed the donner calzone which was out of this world. I will definitely be going again!

Absolutely lovely mixed house special and cheese cake for afterwards. . Excellent value for money and delivered in half an hour. Fresh salad a big must. Fantastic service guys thank you. 💜💜💜

Absolutely was the best pizza place in Runcorn ordered from here all the time, until I received my order this time to find I had extra topping of hair in my meal, I can understand maybe finding one hair that makes you sick but it was full of hair which made me change my mind about ordering from here again guttered

Tasted good, didnt wait long and decent prices

Ordered for a specific time and it arrived 50 minutes earlier than I asked. Wasn't left on the door step like I asked. Delivery driver handed package while wearing mask BELOW her chin instead of on. We're a year into a pandemic. There's absolutely no excuse to still be getting contactless delivery wrong and doubly no excuse for not knowing how to wear a mask.

Delicious pizza, clean place, good prices and nice staff. Don't go anywhere else in Runcorn if you're hungry, this is THE place.

I've never been disappointed with a meal from here, always cooked very well, good sized portions and never yet had a greasy burger or kebab as you do in any of the kebab places in the old town.

Order from here since they opened as lived in the area, have now moved further away but have still always come here, food is nice and quick for delivery, had 1 issue with them but they did resolve kindly so credit where its due.

Pizza was nice but it seemed to have been smushed all to one side in the box.

Best cheesy garlic bread I've ever had. Nice pizzas and kebabs. Will replace item if given the wrong order. Sometimes have trouble understanding what you want as they aren't English but overall the best takeaway place in Runcorn. Would most definitely recommend.

Been 3 times and 2 times spent the night on the loo

The food was okay, all the ingredients taste basically the same as other takeaway places in the area. I’m just as likely to order from here again as I would basically any other place, this meal didn’t stand out by comparison.

Wrong food delivered more than once no free garlic bread.

It's not as greasy as others in the area but you do have to state what you want on each item e.g lettuce, mayo etc. Beware if your picking an order up, I've had to walk away as the music that was blasting out was full of swear words! Not what you want your children to here!
