Food was hot when it arrived however ordered standard base for both pizzas and they were extremely spicy for some reason. Kids couldn’t eat it

The pizzas were delivered vertically rather than horizontal which isn't a good sign. There was a very small amount of base sauce and even less toppings. They tasted really salty too. I will be ordering elsewhere in future.

Arrived in 50m ( expected 1h-1h15m) and was piping hot. Delivery driver was really friendly and the pizza was cooked perfectly.

The large portion is not that big, is more like a normal size. but overall was tasty.

Ham and pineapple pizza was fantastic unfortunately kebab pizza the base was burnt!!

chips were undercooked. kebab meat was rubbery and not very nice. food wasn't very warm when arrived too.

Good place to find Pakistani Food. You can order Different Curries like , daal , lamb curry, Vegetable curries and also Fast food. i love their fresh Rotis and Naan and everything is just in affordable price. Best place for desi foods and Curries in Redditch.

Not delivered, no phone call from a restaurant. When I called to ask for the order, was asked to pay redelivery fee

phoned 3 times for where my order was, no reason ever given. order arrived cold and 45 minutes late. won't be using them again!!

I have ordered from here before and it was great however this time ordered 4 drinks and only received 2 then ben and jerrys was wrong on top of this my pizza was spicy which isn't what I ordered and then when they bought the 2 drinks ans the correct ben and Jerry's which took 30 minutes , I tried speaking to the guy on the phone and got hung up on, I'm extremely disappointed with the service and wilk not be going again , I spent £45 and didn't have a difficult order and was not dealt with correctly I was told they ran iyt if the ice cream I ordered until I asked for a refund I'm extremely upset.

My order came to £22! I accidentally forgot to change delivery address and delivery guy asked for extra money to deliver to correct address (to which I wouldn’t) then didn’t deliver to either address and marked on app delivered and just eat won’t refund

I haven't tried the pizza, but I ordered a chicken biryani and a lamb curry with rotis, all really excellent quality... Meat on the bone for lots of flavour & nutrition (much better than chicken breast) and melt in the mouth texture. Excellent spice balance. The curry menu appears to be batch cooked earlier in the day and then reheated to serve - This is no way to the detriment of quality, if anything the improves the dish as it's had time to sit and let the flavours develop, so it's much more like home cooking than restaurant-style food. Especially with the bones and bits of collagen etc. The prices are also very reasonable. This will be my go-to place to satisfy my curry cravings. Really pleased.

Normally good, 1hr and 40 minutes later it arrived, when I questioned lateness the time got changed on delivery. 2 small pizza onion ring and chicken nuggets. Well cooked but sooooooooooooooo slow. Ordered 1930 delivered 2105.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Only ordered because my place was closed. WHAT A MISTAKE. My pizza was SPICY (but had no actual sauce) an the chips hard an full of grease. Called them, only to be told it's not spicy! I refused replacement "as new 1 would use the same sauce." Was told to add message next time for money off. WON'T BE A NEXT TIME. Don't waste your money.

Very bad delivery service after I called to cancel after waiting over an hour was promised something for free for the inconvenience when food arrived no extras for waiting 90 mins doner meat and chips tray was advertised as large my local chippy small portion is bigger and cheaper not ordering again especially with just eat below par standard

Got my order wrong. Ask for doner and chips and got mixed meat and chips plus it was cold. Delivery driver was useless and couldn't even find my house even though he got sat nav. Ended up standing in the street looking for him. Overall terrible service

First time customer as we do not normally eat pizza. Must be over 3 years since we had one. We were extremely pleased with our choice and quality of pizza. Will use Mr Pizza again, but don't know when!!

Food was great as always yet the delivery driver decided to phone and tell me I had to come outside and fetch the food. As I walked outside to fetch it he was in the process of driving off and had to be stopped. Doubt I’ll be ordering again as it will be easier to fetch it myself

The driver with my food was late, he was on the phone to somebody and he must’ve been in his car talking because i didn’t hear a car pull up for a while. My food was cold and didn’t taste good. Honestly, the worst experience I’ve had ordering from here and I’ve ordered a few times before with no problems.

Pizza was over cooked and dry, paid extra for topping and found only a couple pieces of the pineapple and not much pepperoni for a double pepperoni pizza. Given a half hour delivery time and it arrived half an hour after the end, it had also shown delivered in the app for twenty minutes. It was half cold too. Will not be using again.

The order was ordered from here & just eat notified me saying it’s on its way at 18:05hrs after waiting til 18:45hrs and having called the restaurant to enquire where the food is I was told it’s only just been given to the driver to be delivered. The restaurant is clearly not giving the correct information regards delivery times whatsoever. Wouldn’t rely on this places delivery whatsoever as totally unreliable in my opinion, wouldn’t use again in the future. I’d recommend the same too otherwise you’d be sat waiting for hours on end for food that never arrives. Or arrives cold and inedible.

Late, cold, soggy and awful customer service, asked to get a hot pizza sent out and swap for the cold one they delivered and was told they can’t do that and won’t give a refund, never again.

The driver did not deliver the cheesecake, I got in touch and asked for a refund. The driver came back at 23.30 with the cheesecake, I told him I had asked for a refund but he insisted I take the cheesecake, so no refund is necessary

Driver was allegedly on the way at 1805 however after TWO phonecalls to chase our order up we were told they had only just received it despite an email saying the restaurant had accepted our order at 1713! I appreciate it's busy but a more accurate wait time would be better. Food finally arrived at 2015 🫤 good job we weren't planning on going out and wanted food before we went.

got 2 large kababs and they was tiny, the portion size was for a 6 year old child. Will never order from here again.

Great food at reasonable prices with fast early delivery

Food was okay but paid for extra toppings and they wasn't on there tried to ring restaurant as its only five minutes up the road and got no answer after three attempts decided to give up. Food was cold in arriving but still tasted okay, f9r soke reason the pizza was spicy and my two year old refused to eat it and did my partner.

This food was stone cold and thr garlic bread was cold we called the restraunt to tell them this and they said they can't do anything about it and to just eat the food cold

Shocking. Delivered a pizza that was full of chilli seeds. Kids said it was spicy, checked and was even hot for me. Phoned the establishment to be told I was wrong. Asked to speak to manager, told there wasn’t one on duty. Do not use these.

The order I made. Was not what I received. When I called to correct the order I was met with attitude and anger. Won’t be ordering form here again. Rude was not the word. Wasn’t even given the opportunity to change what they made wrong. I ordered a burger with salad and onions. Was given a burger with cheese on. Which I’m allergic too. When asked if I can have what I ordered was met with the most rudest man ever. Food quality was poor too
