Good meal food tasty would order again

Lovely hot food with extras. Happy customer.

Ordered vegetarian options and received a chicken dish instead of mushrooms in black bean sauce. Salt and pepper tofu was rock hard, overcooked and inedible. Never ordering from here again. Appalling experience.

The order was over 30 minutes early with no notification on the just eat app that the food was even out for delivery so I had no idea that the delivery driver was at my door 30 minutes early. The food was average at best but because of the delivery issue I will not be ordering again. The takeaway has my phone number through the just eat app or they could have notified me through the just eat app that the food was out for delivery but I had no phone call and no notification on the app.

do not buy food from here. never had such 2 bad meals in one delivery. yuk

I have to be honest I have never had such awful tasting Chinese in all my life. I mean this takes it to a new low. One word to sum it up horrific

Food was very bland and tasteless, this is the first time we’ve used this Chinese in around 4/5 years and compared to others it was very poor! Especially for the price.

Amazing food, we asked for chicken without a bone & the owner put extra meat in the box and accommodated for the boneless meat. Absolutely would recommend! We will be returning

First time ordering and NEVER again. Do not order the chicken satay curry unless you want chicken with a jar of peanut butter thrown on top of it. Tofu curry was awful. The Tofu was like water inside and the sauce was a pile of cornflour. Their is no pride in their food, a waste of £35. We threw both curries away.

Food was terrible, ordered what a usually would

The order was over an hour late & arrived lukewarm. The restaurant did their best, but waiting until after 9pm when we ordered at 7 is not good enough.

The driver was very apologetic but the food was delicious.

Chips and salt and pepper chicken over cooked. Noodles dry. Curry sauce spicy despite asking for mild and noodles contain water chestnuts and bamboo shoots despite asking for it without.

I had crispy shredded beef and salt and pepper beef. Both were cooked very well. Had beef it black bean sauce and this was nice too. Flavours were all nice.

Food very bland, no spice to curry sauce or Singapore noodles. The 3 in 1 trays consist of a normal rice and chips, but then a dip size curry sauce that hardly covers anything. Wouldn’t recommend.

No food delivered yes they say say they have and when you phone them they don’t answer the phone. DO NOT USE.

I found a piece of beef in my vegetarian chow mein. I am vegetarian! 🤢

Our food said delivered but we received absolutely nothing!! Couldn’t get hold of the restaurant to talk them about this as there was no answer at all we tried calling for 20+ minutes

Food came and no bottle of coke. Driver says he was not given it. Will drop off asap. 30 mins ago and no one is answering phone now. Not a very good service at all.

Definitely the best Chinese food we tried in Redditch! Everything is fresh, juicy and crispy, sauces are amazing and you can tell the're not some cheap cr*p you can get - even the sweet and sour sauce is actually sweet and sour, not just sweet and artificially coloured kisiel that other places have in offer. We will order again for sure! :)

It said the food was on the way at 7 o’clock and that it was delivered at 7:30 but didn’t end up getting here till 8 o’clock, the noodles was cold and what was going on with the curry sauce never saw anything like it, it was like jelly absolutely vile!!!

Chicken fried rice was only okay and prawn toast too think and greasy, but sweet and sour was good.

We had a big family reunion and our usual takeaway was shut so we ordered a delivery from Parks,we spent £94 and the food was horrendous, the spare ribs were full of grisly bits ,no bone no meat,had to keep spitting bits out, egg fried rice was just boiled rice with bits of egg in, curry was nasty and 99% of everything else we had was too. Nobody enjoyed it at all.The only nice thing was the chicken balls Will definitely not be going back or recommending them to anyone 😕😞😡

Food was lovely tonight and included a few extras for my missing items last order , fully made our night , back in my good books lol keep it up as we genuinely do enjoy the food here .

Food arrived 2hours late and was cold, therefore we sent the food back as advised by the restaurant. Restaurant said that JustEat would refund us the total amount of £39.80, however JustEat said their cold food policy was £17 credit on account. Really disappointed 😞

Actually enjoy food here but tonight I’m not impressed as things were missing from my order , I tried calling restaurant and nobody answered phone at all ! Sort it out guys .

Not the best takeaway experience, ordered for the first time based on the fact my other half loves Chinese chilly salted chips and this restaurant has them on “just eat”, unfortunately they were a soggy disappointment with no flavour, infact, all the dishes we ordered were bland and seemed to have been re-heated. Doesn’t seem to be any quality in local take aways, unfortunately the price doesn’t reflect that!

Had out of date chicken wings. Bit into one spat it back out due to the taste. Opened it up and it was a dark green inside. After i threw up I checked another one and it was a yellowish green with a horrid smell. Made me bad the next day. Wouldn't be eating from there again

We ordered house special chow mein, Singapore chow mein and crispy salt and pepper beef. Food arrived quick and each item was cooked well with beautiful flavours. Chow mein; although it was listed as dry, came with two separate containers with a lovely Chinese Gravy with the meat and vegetables. The crispy beef was cooked well too. Overall pleased

The noodles are fine. But the soup and mushroom dish were really really salty. Couldn’t eat it at all. Just realised they changed ownership.

Order took an hour an half. All of it was cold and the egg fried rice just wasn’t good, just tasted like cheap microwaveable rice, shame really all went in the bin. I know you have just opened and will take awhile to find you feet but that wasn’t good.

Food was cold. Crispy chicken and prawn toast was chewy and soggy.

Lemon chicken was watery...spicey sweet and sour chicken was tasteless as was the egg fried rice. Not sure if the chef has changed but I am really dissapointed with this meal.

Want to try and be positive I can see you've just opened. Placed my order some time before 6pm, and didn't receive in until around 8pm. The food was cold and had to be microwaved. It tasted okay. A young woman rang and apologised that they didn't have the cans we chose and asked what replacement we wanted. There is potential for a good service once the teething issues are ironed out. Will maybe try when you've bedded in a bit

Food arrived over an hour late. Rang the restaurant to be told it should be here by now. I can only imagine the driver took more than a few detours on his way here as the bag was soaked through with condensation and the food was cold. First time ordering here so off to a good start.

Never received the order, contacted the restaurant twice and told it was on the way and they’re having issues with the drivers. Thank you to Just Eat for refunding us with no issue.

Very salty food that was inedible!!! Everything from texture wise was perfect but the salt was too much! Delivery time i can’t complain about

Placed order at 19.08pm it arrived at 20.50pm! Way too long to wait. Then received soggy (obviously reheated) tasteless food.

Delivery time was over an hour and was still late.. on a Wednesday evening when restraunte is 6 mins from my house by car, defeats the purpose of being on just eat it taking that long

Absolutely disgusting, that bad I wouldn’t give it a star rating if possible This is the first negative review I have made. I have never had such a bad take away. 2/3rds of if was thrown away or spat out, save your money buy a ready meal from Aldi (other supermarkets available) most definitely better Chinese take always in Redditch.

Absolute waste of money, worst ever. I've been coming to parks for 10 years but today's is my last. Changed the menu and put veg in everything chicken is all sloppy.

I am not very happy with my order tonight. I ordered for two people, two meals and some spring rolls and sauces. Nothing was said on the phone everything was okay- waited for my food to arrive for 40 minutes(also fine on a friday night) for the driver to tell me they had none of one persons meal… sent this back unfortunately because i like the food. Nothing was said no attempt to call and see if we wanted something else? My partner would have had nothing to eat? Over an hour wasted and jow having to wait on another delivery!! Not happy
