Never arrived says delivered but not came

Our delivery took nearly two hours to arrive and when it did, the food was cold.

Tried this place out for the first time and the food was delicious. It arrived and it was still really hot and the portion sizes were really good for the price. Would order again!

order placed just after opening. when I was told it was delivered I hadn't received it. rang and was told they would remake it and it would be sent out as a priority. over an hour later it arrived. total of 3 hours late. awful customer service.

Placed an order today and it was marked delivered an hour after it aparantly left the shop and nothing showed up !! Disgraceful shop wouldn’t even pick up the phone so drove to shop to have it out in person and they’d done a runner ! Not happy at all !!

I’ve never in my life left a review but Parks well deserve the feedback. Only ordered twice, both times the food has been next level amazing!!! Maybe a little bit dearer but “you pay for what you get” I’ll never order Chinese food anywhere else again

First time I’ve ever had to bin sweet and sour chicken in my life! Awful rubbery chicken - it felt undercooked so I blasted it in the microwave. Nope still horribly rubbery - just bad cheap chicken I think. Worst meal from Parks I’ve ever had - will definitely not be ordering again. That was grim sadly.

Wasn't impressed food come late and was cold kids couldn't eat it so whole family takeaway down drain would appreciate a full refund to my debt card please i know i used cash but was very disappointed with order and wont be ordering from here again

Ordered vegetarian options and received a chicken dish instead of mushrooms in black bean sauce. Salt and pepper tofu was rock hard, overcooked and inedible. Never ordering from here again. Appalling experience.

The order was over 30 minutes early with no notification on the just eat app that the food was even out for delivery so I had no idea that the delivery driver was at my door 30 minutes early. The food was average at best but because of the delivery issue I will not be ordering again. The takeaway has my phone number through the just eat app or they could have notified me through the just eat app that the food was out for delivery but I had no phone call and no notification on the app.

do not buy food from here. never had such 2 bad meals in one delivery. yuk

I have to be honest I have never had such awful tasting Chinese in all my life. I mean this takes it to a new low. One word to sum it up horrific

Food was very bland and tasteless, this is the first time we’ve used this Chinese in around 4/5 years and compared to others it was very poor! Especially for the price.

Amazing food, we asked for chicken without a bone & the owner put extra meat in the box and accommodated for the boneless meat. Absolutely would recommend! We will be returning

First time ordering and NEVER again. Do not order the chicken satay curry unless you want chicken with a jar of peanut butter thrown on top of it. Tofu curry was awful. The Tofu was like water inside and the sauce was a pile of cornflour. Their is no pride in their food, a waste of £35. We threw both curries away.

The order was over an hour late & arrived lukewarm. The restaurant did their best, but waiting until after 9pm when we ordered at 7 is not good enough.

Chips and salt and pepper chicken over cooked. Noodles dry. Curry sauce spicy despite asking for mild and noodles contain water chestnuts and bamboo shoots despite asking for it without.

I had crispy shredded beef and salt and pepper beef. Both were cooked very well. Had beef it black bean sauce and this was nice too. Flavours were all nice.

Food very bland, no spice to curry sauce or Singapore noodles. The 3 in 1 trays consist of a normal rice and chips, but then a dip size curry sauce that hardly covers anything. Wouldn’t recommend.

Food was tasty, but delivery was a bit late meaning the food arrived cold, never the same having to blast in the microwave.

No food delivered yes they say say they have and when you phone them they don’t answer the phone. DO NOT USE.

Our food said delivered but we received absolutely nothing!! Couldn’t get hold of the restaurant to talk them about this as there was no answer at all we tried calling for 20+ minutes

Food came and no bottle of coke. Driver says he was not given it. Will drop off asap. 30 mins ago and no one is answering phone now. Not a very good service at all.

Definitely the best Chinese food we tried in Redditch! Everything is fresh, juicy and crispy, sauces are amazing and you can tell the're not some cheap cr*p you can get - even the sweet and sour sauce is actually sweet and sour, not just sweet and artificially coloured kisiel that other places have in offer. We will order again for sure! :)

It said the food was on the way at 7 o’clock and that it was delivered at 7:30 but didn’t end up getting here till 8 o’clock, the noodles was cold and what was going on with the curry sauce never saw anything like it, it was like jelly absolutely vile!!!

Chicken fried rice was only okay and prawn toast too think and greasy, but sweet and sour was good.

We had a big family reunion and our usual takeaway was shut so we ordered a delivery from Parks,we spent £94 and the food was horrendous, the spare ribs were full of grisly bits ,no bone no meat,had to keep spitting bits out, egg fried rice was just boiled rice with bits of egg in, curry was nasty and 99% of everything else we had was too. Nobody enjoyed it at all.The only nice thing was the chicken balls Will definitely not be going back or recommending them to anyone 😕😞😡

Food arrived 2hours late and was cold, therefore we sent the food back as advised by the restaurant. Restaurant said that JustEat would refund us the total amount of £39.80, however JustEat said their cold food policy was £17 credit on account. Really disappointed 😞
