Food was good. But for the second time the delivery driver did not read the delivery note and delivered to the wrong house. Please make sure your delivery drivers read and follow delivery notes.

Waited over an hour for food. When it arrived it was stone cold. Wrong drink was delivered. Pizza box was wide open. Delivery driver very slow. Pulled up over road and sat in the car for 5 minutes. He then forgot to give me my drink. Not happy at all.

Food delivered 25 minutes later than original time given when order placed. When it arrived it was barely warm!! What a waste of money!!!

To begin with, the food is absolutely delicious, and i mean it. Try ANY pizza, then try one elsewhere you'll soon know what i mean. The people who work there - you'll feel welcomed and looked after. No request will be turned down and you'll get you stuff on time whether its on the spot or at your door. As for one of the world's most popular chain restaurant id say you get a really high standard delivered for what you pay. If you havent tried yet, please do!

Ordered New York pepperoni and the amount of grease on it was absolutely horrendous! Turned up barely even warm and the wedges were very under cooked, how hard is it? Wouldn't even give them to the dog. Mrs feels sick.

Only ever order with Pizza Hut as they offer great service and are fast and efficient with delivery, driver even phoned to make sure he was at the correct address. Tasty, hot pizza too! 😊 Thanks Pizza Hut!

The pizza dough was terrible, the sauce wasn’t spread evenly across all the pizza so some of my crusts were inches away from any toppings for the price I’d say it’s the worst value for money pizza in redditch. Yours sincerely someone still on the hunt for a good pizza in redditch.

No garlic dust on the crust and no dip . Shocking should have stuck with dominoes

Frankly, the pizza was great as always, however, I had set the delivery time for 6:30pm and it arrived some time after 4pm, which is definitely too early. However, it did actually arrive very soon after the delivery was made, which is nice, but too early for it to be close to 6:30pm.

Stale crust hardly any base or cheese will not order again

Got an order of wings with sweet chilli and wedges. When I get a takeaway, I expect it to be better than I could do myself with supermarket food. Not the case. The wings were anaemic and the sweet chili sauce was the kind you get from B&M for £1. The wedges average, the same as you get in the freezer section at Asda.

Tasteless and undercooked. BBQ Wings drowned in a close relative to gravy rather than BBQ sauce.. not great.

Great pizza every time plenty of base sauce and cheese which is great I had the new chilli pepperoni and it was amazing!

Wrong pizza arrived and was missing sauces and pop, driver said wasn’t his issue and left

Food arrived late, the food was squashed pizza topping all stuck to lid had to scrape it back on to make it edible although after one slice of cold squashed pizza no more was eaten the garlic bread and pop was missing the driver had an attitude told me not his problem to call the store the store told me not their problem and to contact just eat so £30 later and a family to feed as a Friday night treat we are now heading out to get something else that’s hot and edible

Pizza was good but one pizza missing toppings, spicy pepperoni garlic bread was missing all toppings and was plain garlic bread. Paid extra for the toppings on the pizza and it didn't come

Ordered a meal deal and the two sides were wrong, been told to deal with just eat only. Pizza was right and drink but rest was wrong

This is the only place where they agreed to add extra chicken to the supreme veggie pizza. I recommend. It's delicious . I regret that 5 stars is the maximum I can give.

Terrible food, greasy pizza and the doritos side was an embarrassment. Literally a small bag of crisps with a bit of cheese.

Spent nearly £40. Food was dry, bland & utterly tasteless. A total waste of money. Gutted...

Pizza an delivered on time BUT ! when it got here they didn’t give me the Pepsi bottle I ordered on my receipt! I asked the driver I had ordered a bottle of Pepsi too he said “” that’s not my job I am only given food too deliver”” so I said ok I’ll contact Pizza Hut they now given me a refund for the Pepsi but to be honest the service was bad I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT I am disappointed after working a 15hour shift I shouldn’t of had too have this service

Not one to usually leave reviews, but I felt that the incredibly poor delivery times and disappointing response from customer services deserved a review. The pizzas themselves were decent enough, but it took well over an hour before the pizzas were finally delivered. Pizza were ordered before 6pm, and didn't arrive until 7pm. The online tracker indicated things being made and then out for delivery in a reasonable amount of time. Nothing then appeared, and even after a phone call it still took a further 15+minutes before it arrived. Disappointing service.

This place is getting progressively worse as time goes on! Either the kitchen are taking no care or pride in what they are producing or the delivery driver kicked my order to the house, my baby could have thrown up better quality in a box, all toppings had slid off the pizzas and were on the side of the box. Pizza Hut is by far not the cheapest in Redditch and has a lot of pizza competition with far greater quality, sort yourselves out

We've stopped ordering here now. Everytime we do, the pizza is overcooked and all we can taste is the tomato sauce base. Not worth it - go elsewhere!

Advertising large pizza for £5.99 outside the shop but wouldn't let me have it as said deal had ended but no details saying it was!!!

I've had pizza from this hut before and it was always decent enough, not the best but not the worst, however, after placing an order for 2 large pizzas one farmhouse and one meaty one I can say that it was the most bland and tasteless pizza I have ever had. Everything from the crust which had little to no garlic on it to the bland and tasteless chicken. To be completely honest I never had a pizza that had no taste, even microwave ones had better taste. Extremely disappointed, and will definitely not be ordering again.

Appalling. I’ve had from here many times but this time was terrible. Nachos burnt within an inch of their lives. No dip with the cheese triangles no brownie ice cream. Someone really isn’t concentrating!!!

Ordered pizza at 1pm, delivery driver (Handled by deliveroo) either delivered to wrong address or left with meal. Was promised the food to be resent and after an hour of waiting and phoning I have been told the order is waiting to be assigned to a delivery driver or that they will have in house drivers deliver it starting 4pm, 3 hours after ordering and still have not had my food delivered

I ordered two things, both were wrong. And the pizza had hardly any topping, cheese was only on the middle. I requested bbq sauce base but was given tomato. Why offer the option if it's ignored? Cookie dough was the wrong one as well. Food was edible, warm and arrived quickly I was just disappointed it was wrong and wasn't value for money.

Cold pizza and long wait for delivery. Absolutely disappointed and pizza was disgusting.

Do not order through Just Eat. Pizza Hut have no authority over the drivers. Delivery driver did not deliver cookie dough and told me to call Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut said they gave driver the full order. So either Pizza Hut are lying, or the delivery driver is dodgy. Either way, use pizza huts direct order service as they will use their own drivers for delivery.

Order was clearly rushed as I had my pizza within 20 minutes from ordering pizza was undercooked and ended up in the bin on the plus side cookie dough was good

One of the worst services I have ever received ordered online to pay by cash and then as I was waiting the order was cancelled because the said they don’t except cash only then for me to call them and have them get cheeky and rude to me over the phone why have a pay by cash option if you won’t enforce it only then to blame the app saying it’s my fault and the apps fault no it’s your fault for not setting it up correctly so next time accept your mistake and do your job like you get paid to do and not blame others for you failings and lack of training can’t do the job don’t work at it

I was unhappy I ordered off just eat and they missed my cookie doe out that I paid for, when I phoned Pizza Hut they read my order out to me including the cookie doe and when I said it was missing blamed it on just eat, but if they had my full order surely it was there mistake and I shouldn’t have to contact just eat, the just eat driver delivered what he was given, it was Pizza Hut that had my order .

All 3 pizzas were burnt. 1 had garlic sprinkles on even tho we asked for it without so pizza didnt taste very nice. Wedges were under cooked and still hard.

Everything was good but I've paid for extras on my pizza and never received any ( peppers) 😁🤣🙄😒
