So delicious food, so polite personal. I've been waiting for my order for several minutes. Recommend for everyone 👍

First time trying this place and definitely won’t be my last, great service and staff gave recommendations. The food was really tasty and everything was fresh, good sized gyro and great value for money. I got the mixed gyro with the loux lemon drink (refreshing greek drink)

Was delivered hot fresh and delicious first time trying and would definitely go back the bread is so fresh and soft meat well marinated only thing I would say is there was a little too much sauce on my gyros but other than that lovely high quality food with a speedy service

Visited this restaurant this afternoon, lovely clean restaurant, service was superb, we went for the mixed platter, didn't have to wait long, food was cooked and presentation was spot on, well worth the money was for 2 people but could of served 4, will definitely returning and recommend this restaurant 😀 👍

Absolutely amazing. First off the staff were great with my son. My main was a mixed Gyros meal, The meat was tasty and tender not dry at all and the chips were brilliantly seasoned. But the best part was the puddings which is made by the chef and honestly that orange pie might be the best thing I’ve had all year if not the best pudding I’ve had ever, it really caught me by surprise. Hopefully I will be able to go back in a couple weeks time I fancy a tea and a pudding and maybe a salad

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️ After meeting the main man mr giro in London on a night out, we met by chance & had a brief conversation. I mentioned I travel to Birmingham alot & that’s when he revealed it - ‘I make the best gyros in Birmingham’ A audacious statement….. as a big gyro lover myself, I took up his claim & told him I would see him in his restaurant one day. Fast forward I find myself outside mr giro’s shop its self, in all its glory. As I enter I am slapped in the face with the beautiful smell of off the herbs & seasoning in the air…. I am in herb heaven at this point. I wait briefly & there he was, the main man himself mr giro. Without saying a word to me, he give me a thumbs up followed by a wink & proceeded to walk off. At this point I was confused, hungry & wondering will I ever get my gyro ! As the moments passed, I started to wonder if he was telling the truth or is this some type of setup. As I am considering leaving ‘STOP’ … I turn around only to see me giro with what can only be described as an angel in his hand in the form of a gyro. He placed in my hand & said all but one word ‘ eat ‘ slightly taken back by this I looked over at him but the look on his face, I knew this man was passionate about his craft. I picked up & inspected the delightful looking gyro, it was like staring into heaven 😍 As I took one bite, flavours racing around my mouth faster than Lewis Hamilton, red lining every gear. I was taken back, I looked over to mr giro with tears in my eyes expressing how good it was. Mr giro took a bow & left …. I will give it to him He wasn’t lying about the best gyros in Birmingham ! Surely in the world if you ask me !? Until we meet again ….

Order in from here for delivery quite regularly and the food is always hot, fresh and so so tasty. The dips are heavenly and great to dunk your fries and pitta breads into. The Skepasti is a very generous meal and the halloumi one in particular is soooo good. The baklava is always a nice blend of sweet and salty, I love it. Thankyou 🙏

Ordered through Uber Eats not expecting the amazing food we received! Ordered the Platter for 2 which could have easily fed 4! The meat was so flavoursome, the salad was beautifully dressed and the bread and homemade tzatziki was the best I have ever had! Will definitely buy again and also make sure to visit in person! Don’t leave reviews at all but this definitely deserved it!

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE! I’m not from here, I’m American so I was wondering around for food. I walked in and was greeted very friendly by the two staff members up at the counter. My friend and I (who also wrote a review) ordered the Chicken Gyro meal which was absolutely delicious. I won’t lie, I was underestimating how much chicken they were gonna give me but I was very happy. It was great food, chill staff, and a very clean restaurant. 10/10 would recommend.

2nd visit here, but this time a take away. Ordered 2x mixed greek gyro (pork and chicken) which came to c20 pounds. The service was great(we were on bicycles so they packed it well). Food took 5 min to come out and was hot. Got home and the food was exactly the same as when we went a few years back. The chicken was tender and well flavoured, the pork was also very good and well flavoured. The box had chips, salad and pita bread. I'm not one for pita but this was on a different level and yummy. The box could have easily fed 2 people (which we didn't know). So superb value for money. Definitely one to go and try.

First time visiting Mr Greek Giro, and I have to say quite a pleasant experience. A small Greek restaurant in Bearwood, West Midlands, we didn't book but there was room for us at the time, there was 7 of us but the seating arrangements were typically for 4 but this wasn't a problem for them, they quickly adjusted the tables and seats for us allowing for us all to sit together. Staff were very friendly. In fact, the girl who served us was amazing and didn't faulter once. The food, as you will see from the photos, was just amazing and in abundance, and as tasty as it looks. The atmosphere was quite comfortable with Greek music playing just in the background, and the nice thing was there was no pressure on how long we stayed there, just a really nice dining experience. It's not posh, but it is more than comfortable and very clean it's definitely a place I will be revisiting soon. Cost wise, I think it's very reasonable. I had the Musaca, and some had the 4 sharing platter, which was massive. My meal was extremely tastful and just the right amount. The 4 sharing platter wasn't finished just because there was so much, but the nice touch was that they gave us a box to take what was left home with us. All in all, a really nice and enjoyable evening out with friends and a place we will deffinatly be reviting. Give them a try. Just a point to know, there isn't a car park, but there is lots of curb side parking in the area.

Amazing food. Very fresh, good quality ingredients. Three of us shared the two person platter. There is a lot of food! The staff and patrons are very welcoming. Everything is ordered and ready in good time; not is rushed. The Albanian lemon beverage is refreshing. Would definitely recommend trying and we will be back.

I had been meaning to frequent this restaurant for some time. Must say more than met my expectations. Huge portions of fresh meat, salad, bread, sauces for a great price. Delicious coffee and deserts too and all served by friendly staff. Update: been back since, still great service and food.

I bought rapped chicken meat, but unfortunately, it was cold, and after returning to the shop and checking, the manager of the restaurant explained that it was cold because of the sauce on the meat, and I was not at all satisfied with the quality of their food.

Feeling that hungry you could eat a horse, then look no further... Mr Greek Giro's will leave you full to the brim, the pork and chicken giros are so tasty you just eat until its gone (just like pringles). The staff are very friendly and polite, service is quick and the food is scrumptious 😋, get yourself down here and try for your self!!!

Went here a few weeks ago with friends, ordered the ultimate Greek sandwich, my word it was ultimate and absolutely delicious. My other friend order a gyros, portion sizes & prices are cracking. Staff were lovely, great place for a relaxed meal indulging in delicious Greek food

I have ordered from this restaurant numerous times and the food is always gorgeous. Tonight however we went to collect the order the bill was more expensive than usual and on return home to eat the food the order was not correct. I called to explain the error only to be told that is what I ordered. The lady was very rude and argumentative. She said prices had gone up but the price on just eat was a lot lower. She refused to change our order to the correct order without us having to pay again. Food was still nice but very disgusted with the service.

Food was delicious and portion sizes were great, especially the platters! Staff were attentive and surroundings clean and modern

Top Tip: don't eat or drink before you go and after the portion size you will understand Since this opened in Bearwood this has now become our go to place for something to eat and just chill without the loudness of music or football and the high prices in other places. Always have a Mythos and a Chicken Gyro Meal and like one of the other reviewers said, go on an empty stomach because the portion sizes are big and I think it is value for money for sure.

I generally review a place that I visit straight away but last night I was blown away by how good the food was that I had to go again today to make sure I want dreaming. I came to this place on a recommendation and there was no disappointment. I had a takeaway on both occasions but the restaurant itself is very clean and the atmosphere was vibrant. Staff were friendly and on hand to explain what the dishes are to suit your needs. The food itself I cannot express how good it was. I had the mixed meat wrap on the first visit which consisted of pork and chicken, including salad and chips in a flat bread. The meat was juicy and full of flavour, the flat bread was not rubbery or soaked and the herby taste was just right. On my second visit I had the mixed meat meal which had 4 pieces of bread and chips all in a big box which held some weight. The box itself was good as it's foil lined so kept the food nice and warm. Again it so gooooooooood. Defo a 5⭐

Somehow I ended up with 3 servings which meant more than I could eat and an unnecessary 10 quid added to the bill. Overall .......9 out of 10

Terrible meat quality. If you know greek cuisine, then you know. Pork smelt like vinegar, this isn't a good. 4 hours after eating my 6 year old son vomiting and unwell for 2 days. Suspected food poisoning. I have eat twice from here once in 2021, I gave it benefit of the doubt. But this time - it's fair to say - if there is one thing I know I won't do again in my life - is eat anything that comes from this place. Sorry, I reported this issue to the take away, to provide an opportunity to contact me as I reported food poisoning symptoms - no response. δεν είναι όλα καλά

I don't know what it is, but my order was probably not complete because I ordered it for the first time in this place, I paid 18.60 for the salad with chicken and onion, I don't know where the fries went, maybe someone forgot about them?

Lovely modern place with lovely atmosphere and staff and really quite inexpensive too for the size and quality of the portions!
