Great fish supper, the chips were a bit of a let down but still good

Got the order wrong, twice. Soggy chips and the fish was unpleasant. Staff were lovely though but seemed like there was no one who knew what was happening!!

Love the fish, pizzas and kebabs. Edit: Flame grilled burgers are fab too.

We was late back from a day out and fancied fish and chips It was the only fish and chip that was open the reviews didn't seem that good Bit the staff was friendly and talking with us while we was waiting for our food The food was freshly cooked The haddock and chips was delicious And we would go back again

We treated ourselves to two large portions of chips here, they were extremely tasty and we would be happy to come here again at any time.

Absolutely revolting chips, I ordered 4 x large chips at 9.40pm on a Sunday night, they cooked them to order and they were undercooked and the worst chips I've ever had. The vinegar was sprayed on from a spray bottle.

Another fabulous fish and chips ! Never had a bad one from mr fish . Lovely and fresh fish and crispy batter friendly service and quick!

Amazing food, huge portions and friendly staff.

Me and my girlfriend went here to get food for our date night, we ordered 2 battered sausage suppers. I ate a few bites of the sausage and 2 chips. Appetite gone for 3 days!

Needed food late at night, found this place as its open later than most and food was cooked fresh in front of me, very quick service. It is cash only but there is a ATM next door.

Food hasn’t shown up 2 hours after ordering. I even called to be told it’s on its way which it obviously was not. We are less than 3 miles from the place. Called and asked for a refund and was told it would happen but no details were taken. Poor service.

I had a doner and chicken mix kebab with a portion of chips on the side. Absolutely lovely kebabs! Chicken and doner both so fresh as was the salad and pitta bread. Had both garlic and chilli sauces with it also which were so tasty. Only thing I would recommend would be is for the chips to be cooked for a little bit longer. Too pale for my taste so I just left them. Could not fault the kebabs though!

We read a lot of bad reviews but can honestly say our meal was excellent. Staff were friendly. We are here on holiday but would gladly come here again

Absolutely terrible. Batter soggy and dripped of oil. Chips hard and tasted awful. Couldnt eat it

Red pudding wasn’t all that good, chips were fine.

Excessive rancid oil in the batter. Didn't taste like fresh fish. Fish and chips cost me £10.00 per person . A complete waste of money.

It's a chippy. You get a great range here and the prices are decent. The portions are good too. Well worth the money. If you are hungry, get the fat battered cheeseburger supper. You won't be hungry for long

The service is top class, the food is extraordinary! If I could give more stars then I would. In terms of dingwall this place is top teir. Tried and tested many times this place will forever be my place to go. Absolutely amazing!

Good service. I tend to order and then go see to my animals and come back. They always give you plenty of chips, the pizzas are tasty, as are the veggie burgers with coleslaw. The boys enjoy their fish and sausage suppers.

Food was warm not hot. Chips were poor, like they were undercooked. Burger missing bottom of the bun and swimming in grease. Messaged them and didn't get a reply so obviously don't care. Sad as used to be so good.

Looking at the other reviews you would think I'm making this up but, this have got to be the worst chip shop I have ever eaten from. Everything was covered in grease the fish batter was like a flip flip cooked in greace and the chips were just under cooked hard potato. It was also quite expensive

Essensstation direkt neben dem CoOp. Es gehen fast ausschließlich Einheimische hin. Es gibt fast alles was frittiert werden kann. Dazu Pizza und Döner, aber kaum Salat. Der Laden war bei unserem Besuch voll, es war sehr hektisch, aber alles hat geschmeckt.

Thought I would get a pizza deliver and it was not to the usual standard looked like a micro pizza was hard and most of it was put in bin its a shame as they use to be really good

Called past and popped in for a bag of chips. Unbelievably fast service. Chips were cooked to perfection. Next time I'm up in this part of the world I will try a fish supper. 100% better than the other chip shop in Dingwall.

Haben hier zufällig auf der Durchreise Fish&Chips gegessen und hatten keine großen Erwartungen, aber die Fish&Chips haben wirklich super geschmeckt: der Fisch war schön zart und nicht zu fettig wie sonst leider zu oft. Auch die Chips/Pommes waren auf den Punkt gut. Unbedingt klassisch mit Essig bestellen! Die Portion war reichlich, ein Kind wäre gut mit satt geworden oder sogar für zwei beim kleinen Hunger. Wir würden hier wieder Fish&Chips essen.

Just had a home delivery. It was really not good. Pizza was dry and tasted greasy, chips, cold and greasy, chicken and donner meat, chicken was lovely but the donner meat tasted old and was undercooked. Cost £30 and at least £25 worth ended up in the bin. Service on the phone and delivery was really good, couldn't fault it.

Was totally disappointed. Firstly it took over 11/2 hour for the delivery and when it did come the order was wrong, we did try to call them but nobody answered the phone. Not happy with this service or the food. Would not recommend this chip shop.

Probably the worst fish supper I’ve had the misfortune of tasting. Fish was soggy and dripping with grease and the chips were hard and tasted bogging . Avoid this place at all costs 🤮

Totally useless, need to get your act together with online orders. Didn't even offer to make it and send it out when you were told about your mistake

I bought haddock fish on Thursday 8th april. It was very nice taste fish. Normally not that great. Whichever haddock you using , please keep it same , Very yummy.

Usually a good place to go for fish&chips but the last time we went the chips were a little bit hard. Only one little complaint because the owners do try to keep their customers happy. Busy little shop but lots of variety, somethings in my mind a little bit dear but what can we expect at this moment in time. Tidy and keeping to rules with a woman supplying orders at the door.

I don't know how the chippy has 4 stars. Just ordered one and what an absolute mess. Ordered a veggie burger and there was nothing with it at all, no lettuce or sauce, nothing, just a dry bun and the worst veggie burger I have ever had. It was like soggy, week old, overcooked pakora. I ordered a portion of Chips, cheese and coleslaw and was given some undercooked chips and a whole box of coleslaw for some reason. We also ordered a chicken fritter supper and were given huge chunks of chicken breast coated in the greasiest batter. It was actually dripping with grease. The whole meal was completely inedible and was chucked in the bin. Won't be ordering from here again. Not to mention it was extremely overpriced.

Mr Chips, if I lived in your town I would travel to the next to buy my chips, unfriendly and mediocre product and service, try harder!

Used to be really good. Always got the chicken fritter but the last 5/6 I’ve had it it’s been rank. Don’t no what you have changed the batter or chicken but it’s horrible now. Sort it out!!!!!

Extremely greasy fish which was surrounded by a sweet tasting batter. Chips were anaemic and had the flavour of fries chicken. Very unpleasant.
