Great quality food and portions. It was extra busy, but the staff always make you feel acknowledged and welcomed.

the cheesy onion rings were well over cooked and rock hard and the kebab was a bit too greasy, not the best we've had from here.

First time ordering from Mr Fish and it will be the last. Fish batter and chips were so soggy and full of grease that they were unpleasant to eat and ended up in the bin. Expensive mistake with £25 of food thrown away. Will stick with Wigmore chippy from now on.

If you have food allergies… this is the place to go! Very clear allergen info available as soon as you ask, really friendly in helping out with what we can eat. Severe allergy sufferer ate from here last night with no issues. Plus these guys have always had the best chips in Luton 😊 Thank you!

The salad was missing, the chips (all 12 of them, including the hard chippings), along with the kebab meat and ribs were VERY COLD. Disgusting and a waste of money. This is the 3rd poor meal. No more!

My daughters and I had cod and chips today, a bargain lunchtime treat. The fish was so fresh and tasty and the chips nice and crispy. Thoroughly recommend

Mixed kebab was cold and horrible

Cheesey chips, chips were cold so Cheese didn't melt was just piled on top. The quality of the chips themselves were horrible and greasy. Saveloy was also cold. I have been ordering from here for a long time and was very disappointed.

food arrived delivered by someone on a battery powered bike, half cold , fish and chips soggy as well . had to put it all in the oven to heat up

Got the order wrong. Was sent cod bites instead of medium cod & lunchtime special. Small chips nowhere near as much as they used to be in quantity.

Usually a good chippy but the last time I went the burger looked like it had been thrown about. soggy and had the wrong sauce, which was everywhere in the box, couldn’t eat half of it. I now have food poisoning.

Waited over 30 mins for the food - when it came it was freezing cold - the chips tasted like cardboard as if they had been reheated about 5 times. Saveloy nearly broke my tooth it was that hard and dry, the fish - well… £12 for a large fish… my pinky finger is bigger !! Waste of money!

Thought I'd collect the food today. Chips overcooked and luke warm. Kebab barely warm & totally dry. Same the last time we ordered approx 6 months ago. We gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was a delivery that time. No longer our Chipshop of choice total waste of money.

Think the delivery may have taken a little long , food wasn’t very hot , but it is very cold out tonight

The chips were horrible, lots of green& brown on the potatoes, you would throw these bits away if you were making chips at home, I don't expect yo get them in chips I'm paying for, they were really dry. Also ordered a half chicken, which was also dry, we were unable to finish our meal. We have used Mr Fish many times over the years & always enjoyed their food, but their quality has dropped massively. I will it order from them again.

Food was cold, shrivelled and tasteless. The curry sauce was thickened water no flavour what so ever will never order again. Got one star as at least everything i ordered was there.

Waited for more than 1h, there was no traffic, just the driver delivered more than 4 orders.

Wasn’t the greatest food this evening, which is a shame as I normally rate their food. Chips were awful it was like they had been sitting for hours, hard and had no taste. Normally their chips are to die for. The fish wasn’t much better either. The doner meat I asked for fresh, but it was dire, burnt, crisp thin slices that were definitely not fresh. Could be just a one off, bad night. Let’s hope.

Changed delivery times ordered food at 17.30 it turned up at 18.41 and the food was Luke wam very disappointed .

Amazing!!!!! Lovely, well wrapped and hot, delicious chips, Pie & beans. Options for vinegar etc followed and received. Husband absolutely loved it (he didn’t know he was having it, I was away in London and ordered it as a surprise for him) - so easy ordering and super drop off. We will be coming again, that’s for sure 😊

MEAT WAS BURNT AND COLD. CHIPS COLD, ASKED FOR NO RED CABBAGE, GOT RED CABBAGE

it was late by about 11 minutes but can't be helped it was still hot chips seamed a little bit like they was re-heated

just the right amount of chip for two in a cone and the fish bite no waste and still hot when arrived

I popped in last week for chips only. The queue was long plus they had Just East orders to deal with. My order was processed quickly as I was just ordering chips. Place is immaculately clean and staff are friendly and very quick at processing all the orders.
