I had an online order tonight and I had already placed a request, and when I arrived at the door of the store, the seller did not know about my order and started to deliver it right away. When the food was served, we realized that the grilled doner that we ordered was not the same and they had mistakenly given the chicken moon, which unfortunately The whole chicken skin was disgusting in the chicken, which ruined our mood, they don't pay attention to the quality at all

They don't understand garlic mayonnaise at all because they always give me normal mayonnaise.

The worst kebab I've ever had in my life! Don't go there unless you like pieces if chicken(?)skin and fat in your kebab. I ate 2 bites from the kebab and I was sick all day!

got the order wrong and then when rang up said they’d send another and didn’t, the guy on the phone wasn’t bothered that they got the order wrong and when i told them i was allergic to the sauce they gave me they responded with “yeah” not to mention the pizzas were crispier than a crematorium and the kebab literally looks like roadkill, like i actually cannot identify what is in that apart from the obvious bits of salad stuffed in there, they’ve changed there name on deliveroo so be careful

Ordered via just eat after a night out in Bristol so I picked it because it had the quickest delivery time stated on just eat. They took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I was falling asleep! And top of this, I found a hair in the kebab. Honestly so disappointed

This guys are scammers, they close their shop but on Uber eats you can still order, they never cancel or let you know that they are closed so that they can charge you for nothing, honestly better avoid them even in person, you never know what other dodgy stuff these scammers are involved in.

Ordered delivery cash My food was 25 I only had 30 and driver told me it's my responsibility to tell shop I had 30 so he could bring change so I told him its his job to bring change anyway I do my own job 7 days a week Cut long story short I paid 20 for food but driver was disrespectful and on phone to his friend while chatting to me and in-between chatting too me was laughing with friend on phone which were both speaking in different so made me feel uncomfortable really really disappointed. Mr doner was my all time fav but last couple times have let me down I'm trying too call but says line busy!!

Please read if you’re thinking of ordering from here! My experience at Mr Doner fell far below expectations. My friend and I placed an order for two lamb doner wraps and eight spicy chicken wings yet the food arrived 40 minutes later than promised, despite explicitly providing our address multiple times, causing our food to arrive slightly cold. On the phone, the communication with staff was uncooperative and rude. Once our order finally arrived, the packaging was greasy and covered in sauce. The quality of the food was disappointing. Our chicken came burnt and the lamb was rubbery and salty. My friend found two black hairs in his meal. The “wraps” consist of lamb and salad thrown into a box with one small pita bread. I’m appalled this restaurant is still running considering it’s poor hygiene, food quality, staff and reviews. Will never order from here again and i expect a full refund!

i just ordered and don’t know where to start i never wrote reviews but i feel like people need to read these before they order. food it’s the greasiest food out there it was poorly packed so the grease has gone all over my trousers, when u bite into the chips they have nth inside apart from grease and this is the amount you receive for 8£ large meal. they couldn’t follow instructions given and we received wrong inedible food. and milkshake was like water. what annoyed me the most was the driver shouting outside at 1 am to someone over the phone and banging on the door with his phone nearly breaking it and and waking everyone up even tho one small knock would have been enough. won’t be ordering again. only positive was the cold can of coke :)

paid £6 for hallumi kebab and got about 10 pieces of hallumi and a pita such a joke want my money back

Do not order with this guys. I ordered some Food on just eat yesterday and it said order was out for delivery. We waited ages and then it said food delivered. We didn’t revive our order or any contact from The shop and when I called to trace my order they wouldn’t pick up. I’ll be going into the store shortly to sort out my refund. Absolute jokers

Good place to get a 15'' pizza after work

I've ordered from this place a few times now, a few times a month if that and while the orders have arrived a little late sometimes the food has been mostly edible a few times its been not so good. The portions are fairly small for what's being paid but tonight I had a very strange encounter that's put me off this place. The food arrived maybe 10 mins late, the driver called and said he couldn't find my house and when he did find my house it looked like he parked at the opening of the street when I live in the middle. He gave me the bag containing the Milkshake (Which was wrong) the ice cream and Coke and asked for some water. I went into the kitchen to get him a glass and when I came back to the front door he was almost completely out of my driveway and looked to be leaving with my food. When I called him back he said the water was for his car but drank it anyway and then gave me my food and left.

Not nice food. Very noisy living next to them. Loud banging, music and singing until 5am sometimes. Constantly parking in the loading area for hours at a time.

Amazing kebab shop. Had the spicy chicken doner for myself and my missus had the lamb doner kebab. Garlic mayo is the best! Banging bit of food after a few ciders. Mr. Doner you are a Don my G!

Avoid avoid avoid!! Trading under two names pizza paradise and Mr Doner do not use very dodgy and misleading. It’s all very greasy and the pizza isn’t baked in a stonebaked oven as images show on just Eat. The only thing worthwhile is the milkshakes.

I'm a frequent user,maybe once a fortnight,people who serve are quite friendly, until one time I go in,manager/worker says to me,I like your chest......was incredible offended and certainly wont be going back......if that's the way he treats women when they go in,I strongly suggest you dont,oh and hog food home,was absolutely disgusting

If I could, I would have put no stars. It was over 20 minutes late. Wouldn't answer the phone after calling the store 6 times. Told the driver I will not be paying the delivery fee or service charge as it's wasn't on time or even hot. And the driver said he left the shop 10 minutes before arriving so it was sent out after it was due to me.

Unfortunately, but this time kebab meat was all mixed with way too much sauce and the size of the large kebab was like a size of the small one. Creamy jalapenos were just warm, even delivery was super fast! Milkshake was very good!

shocking i payed £30 for two large kebabs money wasn’t the issue but if i wanted. a small kebab i would have order one when it gave me the option. tasted like rubber would not recommend to anyone who has working taste buds needs to close down to be honest wouldn’t feed that to the dog.

Dirty and smelly kebab in clifton. They serve old dry doner meat from last night. In the middle of food prepare area they keep rubbish bin and five guys stay around with dirty hands and they make your fast food🤮🤮One Great Mistake if mean about food prepare Owner guy just care about profit . He dont care about food quality

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! My food didn’t arrive at the address I was at, I rang multiple times and the staff were incredibly unhelpful. They then told me that they delivered to another house around the corner but when I went to check the food wasn’t on the door step like they said would be as they apparently left it there. I’m incredibly disappointed as before this, this takeaway shop was one of my favourite go too’s. I’ll never order from here again!

Ordered a lamb donner kebab and a burger. the kebab meat was shocking it was dry and disgusting looked and tasted like it had been left out for at least a day the burger was okay but the bun was slightly stale only thing that was tasty was the can of coke I ordered

Orderd a chicken kebab, it was the most tastless kebab I've EVER had. The chicken had zero flavour and even the garlic mayo on the most unimaginative salad tasted like water! Will never order again.

I ordered 1 double chicken and cheese burger meal and I single chicken and cheese burger meal I got 1 double cheese burger meal and 1 single cheeseburger meal I'm still waiting for my order to be corrected

I was almost put off from ording by negative reviews, but decided to give them a try. I was very pleasently surprised by the high quality of the food that I recieved. The food was hot and was cooked perfectly, even my pregnant fiance approved! The delivery driver was very pleasent and friendly.

Just ordered accidentally clicked pick up, but they were very helpful and glad to help me out :) great service!

Bought a kebab, gave £20 but got 3 pounds change. Owner said I only a gave £10 even though I just got a £20 out the cash machine minutes before. Refused to give me my correct change .A blatant con, Won't be going back.

If i could give no stars, i would! Horrible attitude and customer service from Staff. Ordered three kebabs for myself, friend and kids. Didn't turn up. Was taking a hell of a long time, Rang restauraunt several times and rang the drivers number several times in order to help with directions if required.. Another hour after driver told me "I'm coming I'm coming dear" I rang the Store again and they told me my order had been delivered by the driver, I told them this was not the case and we had not had any food arrive. I was a REGULAR customer for Mr Doner and got called a liar and not to ring again, Same from Driver. Was really horrified with the way i was treated/spoken to. Refund was gained through Just Eat but thats not the point really, Only place i'd usually get a Kebab or Pizza from.. Just to treat customers like this.

Pleasant staff but I was disappointed with the amount of chicken in my large shish kebab. I did query this with the staff but they told me it was correct. Definitely smaller than the large kebabs we have in Hampshire. Maybe prices are higher in Bristol 🤔

I had a small doner kebab takeaway from here last night. Delicious!

Very tasty but they actually close at 11pm the frauds. Maybe they got confused with the clocks going back. All the best

Great location close to Clifton Down shopping centre. Small shop without sittings, offering takeout and delivery. Both times chicken doner was really good. Chicken pizza looked and tasted nice but the dough was not baked thoroughly (raw patches) unfortunately. And I did not receive 20% off when I have spent £15 so I could not appreciate this empty advertisement. Overall, not sure about going back. Update: online ordering delivery was really good with 10% discount.

ordered food from their website, had a confirmation text and due time for delivery still over an hour later and we are still waiting for our food. If it was a £20 order I wouldn't be as annoyed, but £50 left my account after paying for said order and nothing has arrived, Tried their websites,'send an enquiry' and no response, tried calling the store, No response. as its payday for many people i expect food to be late. but an hour late, no call or notification that food is delayed. I am beyond fuming. This is so disappointing as we have never had issues with you guys before EDIT tried calling in at opening, Was told they couldn't do anything and was told to call back in the evening, was not given a time to call back, was only told he would not deal with this. This is a joke at this point.

Ordered one chicken and donner couldn't eat the donor kebab way too much chili sauce and couldn't eat it. The dragon wings were too soft and very bland. The cheesy chips were pointless. Ordered a large and got a small size with literally a sprinkle off cheese! The chicken donner was also bland. Was told it would be an hour and a half wait but didnt expect the food to be this bad. The driver also seemed under the influence of something! Wont be ordering again!!! Would give 0 stars if google would let me!!!

Ordered a delivery late evening. Estimated time 50 minutes but was here in 30. Best Doner kebab. Also ordered pizza and was phoned in minutes of order to advise change of topping if acceptable. Delivery driver was very polite and friendly. Will definitely use again and recommend this restaurant.

I very explicitly asked not to ring the bell or knock on the door, use the phone number provided instead. obviously rang the bell 3 times waking up the whole house including a kid. (this was at 30 past midnight) Kebab shop portions are usually nice and filling, the order of 2 kebabs which cost 7 pounds each was ridiculously small, portions sizes I'd expect from a fancy michelin star restaurant and not in a good way. Food was fine, neither hot nor cold and the taste wasn't anything that would make up for the bad points. I'll avoid in the future. Great value from good people. Delivery always fast and food hot. Mr Doner Special Kebab is truly special and has been our unbeaten favourite for a while. Meat always cooked perfectly, topped with a tasty firey chilli sauce (optional) salad and bread. Amazing value.

I go here often, far too often probably, but I love it. Good affordable no nonsense food.

Mr Doner is, I think, one of the best kebab restaurants in the area. The food is always cooked to order and is delicious - Doner is obviously a Doner but the shish are exceptional - tender meat, perfectly cooked and crisp salad. The prices are great too! I collect my order so I can't comment on the delivery service.

Disgustingly rude staff, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Politely ordered food for my wife, Closed the front door as she was cold, the workers re opened the door and said "go and sit in the car if your cold, my staff are too hot back there". Serious concerns over the working conditions and hygiene! In the end just asked for a refund and walked out... Rather give my business elsewhere and avoid sweaty chips YUKKK!

Whoever made the comment about being put off by the salad not being on display, that's because it's kept fresh in the fridge!! The guys here are so friendly, especially the owner and his brother. And I've told them so many times that the food is too cheap! I've always had quick great service. I don't know if it costs for delivery but it is definitely cheaper if you just call them direct instead of ordering through the third party apps. So next time you want delivery.... Give them a bell. I really don't understand the bad reviews where they say the staff are rude! The owner isn't just friendly because he has to be, he's a genuinely nice guy.

Seeing as it is a kebab shop I was put off by ordering a kebab due to the fact the salad wasn’t on display (which tend to speak volumes) Instead I ordered pizza and to be fair for the price £4.99 for a ten inch thin crust. It was pretty good. Good sauce base nicely cooked. Would definitely get another pizza from here if I was passing by and hungry
