Really disappointed, reordered a meal that I previously ordered but came without the chips. Got sent a burger and drink without chips. When I called to tell the shop there has been a mistake, I was blamed. It clearly says on Uber eats the order I made. I was then robbed off and told it’s my mistake. Got totally ripped off and food came missing. Was looking forward to this meal, will not be ordering from there again. I ignored the previous low ratings and now I regret it. Awful, customer service.

Excellent fish and chips.perfect lamb doner. Sensible prices. I order and collect there once a fortnight. I would not go anywhere else for fish and chips and a doner kebab.

The food and service was awful, had to wait over an hour for them just to cook the food and when we had got it we had barely any chips and when we called up to complain and ask for our money back they didn’t want to talk to us and couldn’t care. The chicken had no meat to it, we won’t be ordering of them again. Honestly just stay away from the company it’s not worth the money, because you won’t get a refund.

What an absolute shambles. Never ordered with then on just eat. Never will again. Ordered at 21.11. it's now 22.23 and still no food.... Called, given ridiculous excuses. Customer service is disgusting with zero apologies. Pause.. Food arrived, chips and curry sauce was nice.... Needed to heat up. Chicken....pink, yet cold. Burger...don't even go there. Decided not to go near other bit of chicken. Never again!!! Look for write up soon! ;)

Asked for fish bites in standard batter not spicy and what did i get?? Fish bites barely battered with chips covered in spice powder yuck yuck!

Ordered through Uber eats the chips I ordered were meant to be large yet was very surprised how small they were it was about two handfuls in a small box that's it surprised that they even have smaller sizes regular and small must be about ten chips in them. Ordered beans that came cold and very small tubs for the price, unfortunately may not be ordering from here again.

Appalling service. Placed an order for home delivery at 7.50pm with expected delivery at 8.35pm. 20 minutes later the expected delivery was 9.15pm. At 9.17pm, no fish and chips. I rang the restaurant to be told they would deliver it by 9.45pm. No matter how busy they are this is completely unacceptable. Avoid this take away at all costs.

This restaurant got new owners recently. Woking Cod is also Woking Kebab. I've been there a few times, and I've found all the food I've tried to be delicious. They have amazing milkshakes. They're also open until 3am (and sometimes 24/7), and they do deliveries.

The worst takeaway ever in Woking. Extremely rude customer service. The food and service is is appalling!!

Ordered a takeaway with my friend at about 9pm tonight, just had the delivery driver banging on the door (and window)! at near 11pm just now scaring two girls at home! That is not a way to do business . They could have called to let us know adding cheese to the chips was £3 extra , after over paying for mediocre food anyway . Ordered on Deliveroo. Never again! Have eaten more than a couple of times and that's only because there was no better solution open the time that I was starving

ordered on Saturday and the fish was cooked very well, succulent and was crispy without being burnt, the chips were not fresh cut from potato instead were like McCain's. Sunday I ordered fish and chips, the chips were very good fresh, fresh potato cut, but the fish was small and over cooked and burnt. basically they are not consistent and the guys don't know how to make fish and chips like a proper chippy. would rather pay an extra £1 and get proper fish and chips

I go to Mr Cod twice a week .the food is extremely good .the the staff are very friendly I would recommend any one to try it. Will definitely come back

The worst fish anď chips my wife and I have had for ages. It was delivered through Hungryhouse. It arrived on time but the cod was dry and tasteless and the batter and chips were soggy. The tiny pot of coleslaw was the best part of the meal but not very good value at £1.00 a pot. Will never buy from here again.
