Fish and chips were delivered on time and was still really hot! Most enjoyable

Delivery driver delivered my order to someone else and their order to me. Restaurant completely uninterested in helping arrange refund or replacement or even apologising, just saying that since the driver made an error then JustEat needed to sort it, despite me being pointed to call them by JustEat.

Simply brilliant all fresh and at good prices

The team are very friendly you always get a service with a smile. When l call to place my order my name shows up and they sometimes even know my orders. In the shop they are friendly to everyone and it's service with a smile

The food is amazing but double check you've been given the right food before you leave the shop. Twice now my partner has come home with totally the wrong food (he's dyslexic so can't read the receipt), much to my kids disappointment! First time we put it down to an unfortunate mistake but TWICE in as many months???

We requested an 8.30 delivery giving almost an hour's notice. Once confirmed I then got a time slot of between 8.30 and 8.50 which wasn't great. I then got an update delivery of 21.00 and 21.20!! and was really concerned as they close at 21.00. I thought the order would not be coming at all, so called them to check they had the order and what was going on. They advised the order was sitting ready but no driver had been found! not the restaurant's fault but poor on your side. Last week I placed an order with you for same place which was accepted and then you cancelled so not very good experience two weeks running.

Ordered the chip butty, thinking its just a chips sandwich, but it comes in tray/box full of chips, would probably say small-medium amount of chips, and in the centre was the bhttered buns with chips inside. It was more than enough to fill, this option it closer to a meal by itself. Ordered curyy sauce aswell, it was nice, the chip bun doesnt come with ketchup, but with the curry sauce was fine. And ordered a cloudy lemon can drink (Ben Shaws-company name). Good food. Just Eat delivered on time.

Fish is amazing light and crispy, chips ok, staff very friendly, overall experience great.

One of the most fresh, light, and tasty fish and chips in Woking. For fellow muslims, we were told their sausages and other meat items are halal too when we asked them. The only all halal fish and chips found in Woking 🙌

never had food from here , I ordered a large cod and it was the biggest I've seen for many a year hanging off the plate both ends by a couple of inches. battered sausage was more meaty than I had from other shops and the small chips were massive lol, on time and hot . First impressions Very good 👍

Ordered 1 Large cod and small chips for 2 to share..... Huge portion and gorgeous, will definitely use in future compared to other shops that give you a tiny portion of chips. Value for money definitely thank you ozzy

Our family like to visit for fish and chips and a nuggets for my daughter at least once a month. The Fish is really nice, good taste, not oily and tastes fresh and generous portions. The staff are Always friendly, greeted with a smile, the kids get offered a lollypop. We went to a fish and chip shop in Guildford on Sunday as Ozzy's was closed, but were overcharged and the food was not as good, plus were not greeted in such a friendly manner. It makes a huge difference when you receive good customer service so, thank you guys!

Yesterday was busy with the arrival of a new baby 😍 My son had been with his wife a long time so I ordered fish and chips via app. When I had completed I remembered I had forgotten sauce! I called and explained. The lovely young lady said she would put some in complimentary which was so kind. I told her our news and we had a lovely surprise…see photo 🥰. A small gesture which meant so very much x Food was superb, hot, fresh and just what was needed! The can of drink was cold and well wrapped so had no effect on the food. Thank you for your brilliant customer service and quality of food xx

I've ordered large cod. Now I've recieced a small cod but not even a decent small cod. This happened once before but out or politeness I left it. But the small is beyond the joke when I paid for a large. Now I've worked in chip shops all around the London area so I'm well versed in what is a small & whats a large cod. Not happy at all.

Tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My husband ordered through Deliveroo. It was lovely fish and chips. The batter wasn’t too thick and the cod was a good size. The chips were nice also. I returned this evening into the shop & ordered again & the food was great! Slightly bit cheaper, than it was previously as I imagine Deliveroo add the fees on- but I guess that’s the convenience of not having to leave your home! Would definitely recommend, as I’ve found it the best one so far in the area.

Excellent fish and chips Light crispy batter, well cooked cod and the biggest portion of chips ever. Always order a small portion of chips for two and always have a load left over. Excellent next day cooked in the air fryer

Used this takeaway for sausage and chips as our usual place shut and were bitterly disappointed. The sausages tasted odd and could not eat them as feared the meat was low quality/off. Won't visit again!

Bit pricey paid 2.50 for a battered sausage. Bit greasy not much taste. Thats my opinion.

Okay lovely staff i guess, never had a problem until the other day bought kids sausage and chips and my partner a pie with chips and a battered sausage. Got home, only had a pie and battered sausage with two large chips, i rang Ozzy's fish and chips he apologized and said he would sort it out next time we went in.

Best fish and chips I've ever had! Cod cooked freshly infront of me. Having a chat with the staff about my regular visits to their original shop (Charcoal Grill) and how good quality that is. The chap serving gave me a sample of chips for me to try while I was waiting. Best of all I paid £3.40 with their half price promotion.

This shop is run but the owners of the amazing charcoal grill kebab shop. Fish portion was a little thin but still nice. The large chips were enough for two people easily. Savaloy were not great, bit cold and a little greasy. Sausage in batter was average, tasted "meh" and like it was frozen. However, the fried halloumi was just devine. Crispy batter, thick cheese, and with a good "squeak" when you bite into it. Not the best chip shop, but certainly not the worst. Food was filling and fair sized for the price. Would I go here again? Maybe, certainly would not avoid it, but there are better offerings nearby. Worth it for the halloumi though.

Briiliant fish and chips including Rock Salmon

First time here. Ordered lunch time large special deal - cod and chips. Very generous with 2 pieces of fish, large chips and even a piece of lemon - almost enough for 2 hungry people. Fresh vegetable oil used and the taste was delicious. Clean premises, great value and recommended.

Just had a wonderful meal - large cod , chips and mushy peas. The food was absolutely delicious. It was easy to order and Ozzy’s replied to a query I made on FB messenger immediately. The shop is immaculate - clean, modern and the service is brilliant too. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Had fish and chips curry sauce and mushy peas on 10th March its was a large order put in of £50. My only criticism is ordered large chi ps and normal chips and couldn't tell the different in portion size. If order large. Chips it should it should be just that.but was lovely.

Tried for the first time today, battered sausage, onion rings and small chips. The online ordering system was easy to use and the food was ready at the stated time. The chips were lovely, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Sausage and onion rings were lovely. Will certainly be going back.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I ordered Small cod and chips with a cream soda! Let me tell you the cod is wonderful HARDLY any grease on the cod! The cod tasted so good!! Defo going again! To be honest when I ordered a small cod I thought it was gonna be small!! But it is MASSIVE!!! As a freebie they give you Lemon scented refreshing wipes and some napkins!! ALSO A WOODEN FORK!! They give you so many freebies in my OPINION!! Guess what they are doing 50% off till the 27th of February 2021!! I highly recommend the place!!
