Tonight wasn’t a good night for pizzas! I don’t know what’s going on but the base was so, so thin! and the whole pizza just flopped with the toppings to follow on every single slice on all 3 pizzas we got for everyone. We ate it all, we don’t like to complain. but it wasn’t a good experience! Ask me for a photo! - usually so much better than this!

Always collected from here as the food was so good, now they deliver so we were pleased, but unfortunately the food wasnt great . Pizza were really chewy base and the cheese. Not great chips didn’t seem fresh either. Put off ordering again. Wonder if it’s under new management.

Personally didn’t like the pasta sauce was quite runny and didn’t like the flavour . My son wasted the pizza and said he didn’t like it

Best takeaway from tynemouth to town, been a loyal customer for nearly 17 years always hot fresh quality food brilliant customer service. Over the years had the odd mishap but has always been swiftly and professionally corrected thanks for your service see you again soon keep up the good work.

im a regular customer usually by phone but only had money in the bank. I had an expensive order. chatted with the delivery man. he was lovely. Sheesh wrap was 90% chips chicken wrap was the same. pizza was undercooked. and the sauces were frozen solid. literally. my partner rang the shop and asked what they would do, they hung up. we went in the shop the next day and got told to contact the manger. we have done that and been awaiting ap phonecall response. still nothing. I have photos and videos

Absolutely appalling food was cold chips were clearly there for ages. The kabab meat was greasy and tasted awful. When I rang regarding the child’s meal the women was extremely rude from the beginning of her call. How can you justify providing a kids meat option with chips and a can of pop and the vegetarian option with out chips and pop for the exact same price. Absolute disgrace

Ordered from here and rang with a general query about our order and the woman we spoke to was very rude and lacking customer service skills from the outset! Apauling customer service, food was cold, chips taste rank also. Overall extremely poor service and extremely disappointed. Disgusting and will not be returning!!!

Ordered a ham pizza and came mostly just ham. How much ham do you think I want??? Come on lads the whole underside was just slices of ham. Never want to see a piece of ham again in my life. Shame as pizza would have actually been decent.

Ordered for collection at 8.05 and collected at 8.30 chips and cheese was rubbery and tasted powdery. When I rang to complain over the phone the woman was quite rude and claimed that I waited 25 minutes to collect however when ordering for collection I’d expect 20-30 minutes to be the average time for pickup and so the food should not have been rubbery by time I’d picked it up. So clearly a food quality issue. I was unable to eat majority of the food due to this and will not be ordering again.

Ordered a meal for my family we spent over £40 asked for a free pizza which is in the offer and did not receive. (Not in conjunction with any other offers I understand) Full price for most items equal to £26.? Free pizza is spend £17 or more? Call the restaurant and the lady who answered. Very rude and didn't give a toss. Her response was even if you spend £100 you won't get one. Customer service is rubbish and staff are rude and must hate there job. Why accept the order in the first place if you can NOT deliver what's on the order? This was clearly stated on the notes on Just Eat! In the future It will be best that you read the customers request before accepting the order. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! (DUE TO ATTITUDE ON PHONE)

I have no issues with the food but the manager was rude and hung up on me when I called. Apparently a kids meal is a special offer (even though it doesn't come under that heading) when I called to question why my 'free item' wasn't delivered this was the reason I was given. I asked her to check back to my previous orders when I did receive a free item and she didn't. She even said she was recording the call which is illegal as my permission wasn't asked for at the start of the call. They obviously don't care about reoccurring customer loyalty and we will not be returning which is a shame. I suggest the manager gets some customer service training!

Ordered from here only ever had 1 issue before when the pizza was over cooked so we ordered tonight and garlic sauce wasn't on the wrap, no cheese or salad on the burger that was ment to be on but apart from that all is good with food

My husband said he's never had a nicer pizza from anywhere else, my chicken kebab was gorgeous and well presented and my son's nuggets and chips were a winner. I think we have found our new takeaway

To start with, I never ever normally have a bad word to say about Mr B’s, as we never usually have problems. But this time round, the food was absolutely disgusting, our pick up time was good as it was fast, but then again it makes sense with how rubbish the food was. Our pizza was burnt on the crust, and the base, all the toppings just fell off as we picked the pizza up & the kebab and chips were almost cold. We rang the take away and they asked us to bring the pizza back!! So not only did we have a bad experience with the food but the customer service wasn’t much better. We shouldn’t have been asked to do anything never mind bring the food back and then they continued to blame the burnt crust on the stuffed crust 🤣 well that does not explain the burnt base and the toppings flopping off.

Have used Mr B’s a few times. This time the pizza was flavourless, soggy and it looked like they forgot to put the toppings on until last minute. Chicken was very very chewy. Not nice at all. Very fast delivery and chilli sauce was lovely.

So my Garlic Bread arrived a little too ‘Well Done’. After a quick call to describe the issue, I was told to be ready with the Crispy Offender, as a Driver was on the way. Within 15 minutes, a fresh Garlic Bread was dispatched that is probably to date, the best Garlic Bread i’ve had in the NE28 delivery zone. Staff: Fantastic Delivery: Quick Driver: Hilarious as ever. THIS is how to avoid losing customers. Chain stores should take notes!!!

Wrong sauce on pizza base, chicken overcooked in wraps.

Had delivery from these guys for years, always tasty, no skimping on toppings including cheese, staff always been nothing but polite when ring for a delivery, delivery driver is helpful and friendly,even after a few months between never forgets a customer 10/10 all round :)

Been ages since had a takeaway from here and although the food was alright it was late. Stale chips and the free garlic bread when you spend X's amount was disappointed it wasn't delivered bit of a con to get you to spend more money.

The pizza was tasty but considering we only live 2 minutes away, sadly not very hot. The person who had the burger and chips said the burger was ok but also not very hot. This would not necessarily stop me from ordering again.

Brilliant all round service cannot fault

We use Bs a lot, their food is always spot on and always arrives piping hot and more often than not… ahead of schedule. They forgot my salad this time but a quick call to the shop and it was sent down within 10 minutes. The main selling point about Bs for me is that they haven’t whacked their prices up like most of the other takeaways in the area.

Very poor customer service, states spend £17 and get free garlic bread with cheese, so I spent a little more to get this added but when it didn't arrived and I queried it I was fobbed off by them blaming JustEat. Person I spoke to was quite rude and didn't care about the customers. Will not come back here again.

Nice food, arrived bang on time but out of two items the restaurant didn't add the extra we paid for (pineapple). Maybe that was due to the forever debate about whether pineapple belongs on a pizza - either way - we should still receive what we paid for.

Lovely food, very nice staff and very fast service

By far the best pizzas we have ever had. I rarely leave reviews but i had to this time. We used to get pizzas from another place very close to Mr B’s but this is our new ‘go to’. The amount of topping you get is fantastic. The pizza boxes weighed a ton! If you are after a pizza go nowhere else, you won’t be disappointed. Your delivery driver is a legend too! 👌

Got a delivery for kids party at Hadrian’s Leisure Centre. Order came on time, kids all enjoyed the pizzas. Would advise to use this takeaway if anybody is looking to do similar. Thansk

Normally I love this place but part of the order was very burnt. Started to eat one of the pizzas and all you could taste was burnt. Very disappointing as this was going to be a nice treat as we haven't ordered for a while.

I've always loved coming here, but I've noticed the pizzas I've been getting have been burnt. Which is a shame because I've been buying from here for years. I hope they improve this.

Pizza was bland, too greasy and only warm when arrived. Chips were not cooked inside and tough on the outside. Others in the area that are better, I'll not be ordering again.
