When placing order it was stated delivery time of 40 mins, order confirmation the stated 1 hr 10 mins but nothing arrived. Contacted by phone and was told it wouldn't be long- it is now 1 hour 20 mins since confirmation received and still no delivery - really poor service!

Curry was tasteless not be going back.

First time we have been here and will definitely go back, everything was excellent and really good portion

Best Indian takeaway in the area and a far best Onion Bhaji around great in size and texture, Tandoori king prawn vindaloo is full of flavour and spice, chicken bhuna great taste and mild as my partner is not as keen on the spice as I am. If you don’t fancy a curry the Motijheel Grill is awesome king prawns lamb chops half chicken on the bone chicken tikka and lamb tikka nan bread and chunky chips enough to feed 4 people great value for money. Staff are always friendly and very helpful with recommendations if you fancy something new.

Ordered some fried rice , extra hot chicken curry nothing had salt in it. There is no flavor at all. It’s just some random spice mix with some chicken pieces in it. Was very disappointing. Plus delivery took ages like literally ages.

Worst curry I’ve had in a long time, watery sauce and tough meat. The meat samosas were so salty I couldn’t even eat them! Never again!

Ordered a meal. Part turned up part did not. I phoned and queeried it, they kept asking was it not in the bag. Eventually he agreed to send the rest of the order. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the other parts of the meal. Shocking service.

Went into restaurant, told no rice for my order. Changed order then a couple came in ordered a munchie box got rice in this then another few people came in told rice was available. So why was I told they had no rice and then the rest of the customers told there was! Absolutely diabolical! Then your waiting staff laugh when confronted. Will not be coming back and will not recommend purely on tonight’s experience. Why lie and then offer it to another customer and then laugh about it! Shocking behaviour

Really tasty food, the best around by far! We are in Kibblesworth and it is always piping hot when it arrives. We have never had a bad meal, excellent!

We ordered a takeaway for a birthday celebration costing £35, part of the order didn't turn up and it was absolutely disgusting, wasn't very hot and the sauces on the food were watery. We rang up and complained and were offered 10% off our next takeaway order, we would never eat from this establishment again!

Ordered from here for the first time tonight,delivery very fast,price good,onion baji very nice,mushroom pellaw also nice,chips hot but under cooked,chicken tikka masala very strange,light in colour and not very tasty as it should be,a bit bland to be honest,wont order from here again.

Terrible, actually didn't eat the meal and put it in the bin! The curry was not good and chips are also not the usual chunky Indian ones we loved from here. Not sure if its new ownership?

Ordered food at 10pm, waiting 45 minutes and nothing turned up. Gave extra 10 minute leniency to the delivery as it was closing at 11pm but still received no food. Rang the store and they did not receive the order or payment, told us it had gone to the Newcastle store and then went on to tell us it was not that that store either. On the phone we were offered another order, however no discount or for free, only to pay another and get refunded for ONE order. Appalling survice, was told that it was our fault for leaving it so late, very and unpleasant. Disappointed and now hungry.
