Encontré esto al caminar por el baile de graduación y entró a comer un bocado rápido y wow la comida estaba cocinada cuando se pidió y era unas porciones geniales el personal era encantador y muy organizado nuestra espera fue mínima y el número de boleto funciona muy bien y cuando conseguimos la comida era genial esp las patatas fritas y los precios eran muy buenos así que fuimos 2 noches en el trote y volveremos a ir la próxima vez que vaya a bp

Mi familia y yo fuimos y esperamos una hora por nuestra comida, que estaba mal cuando llegó. La comida estaba bien y el té vino en una taza de papel. Luego pedimos un pescado para llevar para alguien en casa y eso tomó casi una hora también. Parece que hay cuatro jóvenes adolescentes dirigiéndolo y se equivocaron en casi todos los pedidos de personas, estaban siendo tontos detrás de las cajas y no tenían manera de servicio al cliente. ¡EVITA!

Me recomendaron Mother Hubs. Me alegro de haber ido. The fish was tasty and nicely cooked but way way smaller than the fish I’m used to at my local. The chips, although a generous portion, are cut so big they’re tasteless, dense and dry. Perhaps there’s an element of using the wrong potato for the job as well, but had to go back for more sauce to help them go down. My chip mad daughter couldn’t eat them. More like a low-end chain pub than a proper chippy! Ah well, it’s been about 30 years since I last came to Blackpool. I’ll do some research on good chippies for my next visit in 2054.

Recommended to us by the owners of the hotel we were staying in . So glad we visited . We sat inside after placing our order as it was raining . The fish and chips were freshly cooked . The fish was so flaky and moist and the batter not greasy . The chips were gorgeous again not greasy . Generous portions. The best fish & chips we’ve had in a very long time . Will definitely visit again next time we are in Blackpool .

I just popped in for some chips. Proper fat chips good portion for £2.95 sat in as it was raining. Clean. Good service cooked while we waited so nice and fresh.

Recomended to try, fish was really good but some of the chips really dry! Empty at this time of year wish we had walked out and gone somewere else, rude indian lady when we didnt shut the door!! We didnt know it stayed open!!

We read some negative reviews but fancied fish and chips so gave it a try - glad we did freshly cooked food lovely crispy batter on the dish and delicious mushy peas that didn’t need any seasoning at all. We were the only diners Wednesday late afternoon - highly recommended

Our first time in Blackpool and we were looking for a good chip shop for lunch. We chose this one purely because it said on the outside that it was established in the 70s. Went in, looked nice and clean (but empty). Staff on the the counter were polite and friendly- everything looked good. We ordered our meals, and sat in the restaurant to wait. Firstly noticed they there were no sauce bottles on the table. This seemed a little strange in a restaurant setting, so I went and enquired at the counter. They don’t supply sauce, it was 50p a sachet- and they don’t stock brown sauce. A little weird. But ok. Then the meals arrived. We couldn’t believe that both our lunches (a pie and chips and a fish and chips) were served in a cardboard tray with plastic cutlery. We would at least have expected proper cutlery and plates. Anyway, we ate up, very average to say the least. We found the fish meal was haddock- and not cod as we had expected. I think this should have been made clear from the outset. Not all are keen on haddock but one would expect ‘cod’ when it’s just labelled ‘fish and chips’. Went to wash our hands only to find there was no soap in the soap dispensers and the toilet in the men’s toilet was held up by 2 blocks of wood. Overall a disappointing experience. Won’t be returning.

Chips were horrible - we couldn’t eat them. Some were raw others tasted like they had been cooked twice. No meat in the meat and potato pie. Would not suggest anyone eat here.

This is our favourite chip shop to go to.. It's quite a for me but worth it. As we were out last night we decided to go there and what a great choice that was. The food was superb and freshly cooked. Not too busy and didn't have to wait that long either. The portion size was huge considering it's on the sea front. We asked for lightly battered fish and I honestly think they gave us a re-heated fish from the previous night. There was no batter whatsoever, on the Haddock, it felt it was oven baked, it was dry and one of the worst fish and chips experiences I have ever had. We ordered 2 lightly battered haddock and the person I was with thought they were having a laugh by presenting to us sub standard fish. The chips were OK and curry sauce again shocking. Bad experience overall. They need to improve standards here.

Shocking service , placed order when restaurant was empty.during our 25 min wait other families arrived and served their food before us.
