Burger King in Blackpool

Enjoyed a lunch here while at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Nice seating, good staff and excellent food. Would definitely eat here again.

We always go when been through big blue entrance when just arrived at blackpool and hungry. The staff sre so lovely . A young man was keeping it so clean. We spilled pop and straight away he cleaned it up smiling and being friendly. Felt like we were in a lovely friendly enviroment. Lovely view of park upstairs. Yummy food and nice drinks.

Visited the pleasure beach today with my family so we decided to get a quick meal before leaving. I understand the park was closing at 5pm but this was 4.20pm and we were told it was take out only. All seating areas were closed for cleaning, I work in McDonald's so I understand you close parts of the restaurant prior to closing to get floors mopped etc but to have a take out only policy is ridiculous. At my store we still allow people to sit in and eat right up to closing. My son who is only 5 accidently stepped into the area being cleaned. I told him off straight away and moved him and explained why but a manager then decides to approach me to lecture me about the floors and to keep my kids off (apparently for their own safety) but then shouted over to a member of staff that they would have to re mop the floor which is completely over the top. Numerous teenagers walked onto the wet floor after my son but they weren't spoken to. In my opinion from what I witnessed today and staff being told they weren't doing a good enough job of sweeping the floor staff in this store are on a power trip and need to have a word with themselves. When I was complaining to my husband a member of staff approached me and asked if we had been in earlier as some kids were running up and down the stairs and throwing things. Bit annoyed that my kids were being accused of something when this was our first time in the store. The store I work in closes at 11pm and dining area staff finish at 10 so floors unfortunately do get walked on sometimes but I just think the way they were going on was ridiculous. They were all so desperate to get away in time for closing that they didn't care about customers. It was absolutely pouring down with rain and we had to take our food outside with 2 young children which wasn't ideal and the boxes broke when we got outside and everything went on the floor. Definitely won't be coming back!

Pit stop for some lunch. The Doritos fries were rather nice! Kids just had fries as for some reason they don’t like the chicken nuggets in BK 🤷‍♀️

Visited today with our grandson and were served by jack, were not frequent visitors to burger king so we werent familiar with the menu, when we were enquiring about the menu jack was looking at us like we were an inconvenience to him, there was no manners shown to us from him and every time we asked a question he was sighing and rolling his eyes at us, there was no please or thank you from him and even my grandson asked why he had no manners, if you cant be polite or well mannered to people you shouldnt be in the hospitality business, terrible attitude and we wont be returning!

Ordered a few meals for our family which included a medium fries and a large fries. When we got our meal the large fries contained no more fries than the medium so I took it back to the counter. I explained the problem and all they said was that the box was bigger! yes i'm aware of that, but whats that got to do with how many fries are in the box! Anyways they just looked at me like I had 10 heads so I just left it. The food wasn't that hot and didn't really taste of much. Bit of a rubbish lunch really.

Food was fine, but as we finished our meals and were clearing our table, we were approached by a member of staff who mumbled something about us “not supposed to be up here”. We could barely make out a word he was saying, but after asking him at least two or three times to repeat himself we eventually got the message that apparently guests are not allowed to use the upstairs seating, and should only be going upstairs to use the toilets. He then said there were signs saying this. This was untrue. There were NO signs anywhere with this information. The downstairs seating, whilst not fully occupied was fairly busy so we just went upstairs to a quieter table when we collected our food. I find it completely bizarre that we were approached and asked to leave as we were literally standing up to leave anyway. Why did they wait for us to finish our meals? Why were my family and I asked to leave? We were not the only diners sat upstairs, several other tables were occupied and still eating, but we were the ones they approached and asked to leave? It’s a fast food restaurant, not the Ritz Hotel. It would seem reasonable to expect we could sit wherever we wanted, especially as this apparent signage with his weird policy didn’t actually exist. Previous social distancing policies are no longer in practice, so why was this decision made? Just baffling.

Haven't been to Burger King for years and always loved the Whopper. Definitely a lot pricier than I remember! Whopper was luke warm but edible! Family had Bacon double cheeseburger which looked the same size as the whopper in the picture (its tiny - husband was well jealous of my massive whopper!!) and chicken royale with cheese and bacon which went down well. Toilets not the cleanest and service fairly slow but it was busy. All in all as we say, filled a hole!

Had to sit outside as inside was absolute chaos! Tables outside are damaged, broken and absolutely filthy. They look like they were last deep cleaned when the park opened. Waited 10 minutes to order…could barely hear a thing the server said but I did catch him say the plant burger was fried in oil beside te meat products which is a) just wrong for a vegan product and b) weird given they claim to flame grill everything. Place was stupidly overcrowded, floor was wet and littered with rubbish. No condiments, no napkins, no straws. Waited 15 from ordering for food. Random guy screaming out order numbers like we were playing bingo. When we finally got the food it was cold, no ice in drinks and order was wrong but honestly couldn’t be bothered going back into the cess pit of chaos to moan. This was a Thursday afternoon it must be like Hell’s Groin on a busy weekend

i ordered something suitable for my dietary requirements. i cannot eat any sort of meat so i ordered chilli cheese bites, to then realise, after i had eaten it that they were chicken nuggets in a chilli cheese bite bag. we also ordered onion rings which were burnt, dry and not acceptable for a person to eat. we will not be returning

Food was awful. Stale bun that fell to bits. No taste to my bacon double cheese burger. Restaurant looked tatty and tired. Spent the next week in agony with upset stomach and cramps. Never again. Contacted customer service and they have never replied. They obviously don’t care about their customers. Used to love BK but wouldn’t return after this experience.

My boyfriend and I found ourselves near to this Burger King at around lunchtime, so thought that we would hop in the queue before it could get any busier. It turns out that the queue was deceptively long - we didn’t actually have to wait that long. Although some items were off the menu because they had all sold out (including the XL burger that he had his eyes on), once we had ordered we didn’t have to wait long at all for the food. Seating was ample, so we headed upstairs. It was pretty peaceful, everything was clean. The portions seemed a bit smaller than I was expecting, but everything was piping hot and tasty. I had asked for my chicken burger to be completely plain, and they got it spot-on. There was no salt available, but the fries were salty enough without it. A good, solid choice if you’re at Blackpool Pleasure Beach for lunchtime.

the staff were rude and my nuggets were cold. i was hungry after riding rides all morning and i wanted some warm nuggets, didn’t get that tho they were cold .

Ordered a few meals wrong order given went back to get proper order and was given wrong 1 again 3 times to get a burger absolutely disgraceful

I visited here whilst at the pleasure beach. everyone was being asked to scan a QR Code as they entered for track and trace. The guy at the door said scan the qr code and if there is an outbreak here you'll be contacted automatically. That would be pretty good for a QR code considering all they do is direct you to a web page. The host then saying, ooh you'd be able to have two weeks off work. Great, that's not something I actually want. Anyway, the QR code does just take you to a web page to complete details which I did. No one else in front of me or behind went any further than scanning the code. One didn't even know how to work the QR scanner on his phone. In front they were bemused and ignored it, behind they were kids on their own and had no idea how to fill the form out. There was no alternative, no staff checking details had been collected. Its a legal requirement for them to collect those details You queue, spaced out to get to the till point, order your food, then get told to wait at the side. Uh oh, no tape on the floor for waiting so everyone just mills around next to each other whilst waiting of the food. A dangerous enclosed space with everyone expected to stand next to each other with no spacing. As much of a disaster as the rest of the pleasure beach at the moment, long queues, long waits and lip service to what they should be doing in terms of social distancing and Track/Trace. A member of staff took his mask down to cough whilst walking between customers and the till points, on the customer side. The masks are there to catch what you cough out, that is the point of wearing them. The pleasure beach is an outbreak waiting to happen and I won't be back anytime soon.

The queue was out the door, all across the restaurant. Even so, the queue was dealt with quickly and there were plenty of seats upstairs.

had burger chips very nice. did not wait long.we even got smiles,so they were having a good day. clean when we went.

We all stopped off here for a light dinner inbetween the rides and as it was packed and a very hot day we managed to find a unclean table outside i did see later why the table was left as i sat outside in the sun and my family was just under the Burgar king logo i though it was raining as kept getting wet then felt something hit my head still nothing then looked up and saw a seagulls bum directly above my head my fella moved laughing just as it peed on me Again beware was not funny at the time

Hat’s off to Burger King here. I wasn’t expecting much but for £18 for a family of four (meals and drinks) I thought this was great value for a restaurant inside a theme park. The member of staff who served me was a delight to give money to and the food was hot, fresh and tasty. The kids’ toys were of much better use than the ones you get at McDonald’s too. I would definitely come here again.

This is a typical fast food restaurant in a theme park. Massive queues and over priced food. On a positive the food was good and we found seats easy in this very large burgerking. Plenty of staff cleaning up. Toilets too small.

The service was quick so not really long queues.the food was fine although it wasn’t too hot . The kids loved it

Nothing stands out here, situationed on the south side of Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Maybe a little dearer than the high street but you know what you get. Reasonable service, reasonable food.

After reading recent review was looking for a loo review (they were Fine) the chips we're lovely the staff welcoming and every where was clean and tidu.

To be honest, Burger king is Burger King. We ate here and the food was normal standard of the restaurant. However, the reason I write the review was due to the overwhelming smell of urine in the men's toilets. In the 32 years of being on this planet, this is the most god awful smell I have ever had the misfortune to breathe in, and the fact I've been to festivals plenty of times is saying something. Get a mop and a bucket and clean the toilets for god sake....

Fast food, long ques. The staff manage this busy burger king very well, expect for the toilets, the floor and toilets are constantly dirty. We enjoyed our meal and will stop by again next time we are at pleasure beach.

Used this burger king on a day out at the pleasure beach. It was very busy but with all tills open, they served a long queue quickly. Food was good and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. Best place to grab some food before daring the rides again. Prices are slightly more than a normal burger king as this will be a franchise restaurant.

Visited July last year,Me and my family brought lunch here it was average food.It did the job .loads of space inside and they have upstairs as well.

I usually avoid Burger King and McDonalds, but this seemed to be the best bet for 7 of us to take shelter from the rain and get some lunch while visiting the Pleasure Beach (without having to go thru the hassle of leaving the park and re-entering).

This place was a godsend in the torrential rain. Obviously, the typical Burger King, but it’s a big place. Good place to sit and have a wee hot chocolate or tea in between a burger whilst waiting on teenagers on rides.

Very busy, always people queuing and looking for table. but staff on the ball and keep the place clean. Special shout out to the toilet facilities... much better than those in the the rest of the park.

You cannot even reach the door without passing at least 100 tracksuit wearing, baseball cap wearing, smoking, drinking, very rude nerdowells who should be in school!

This Burger King is situated in the Pleasure Beach. I think the menu choices and prices are similar to that of a high street branch. There are plenty of space to sit in the restaurant and there were plenty of staff working. The food was just your average Burger King, no better, no worse. I was disappointed that they didn’t do may favourite Rodeo burger any more, but this may have been stopped in all branches now, I don’t know.

Had 4 meals in burger king and enjoyed them .great value for money for late evening snack.staff happy and helpful.

Este es su estándar BK venden el típico bk cosas. Pero la tienda llena mucho y no es el más barato de BK allí. No aceptar nuestros cupones y cobran por separado fuente barbacoa que me pareció decepcionante.

Where it is means it is not a busy as you would expect. If you take your food upstairs you have a good view of that part of the Pleasure Beach. Food is normal Burger King

always first choice when a blackpool pleasure beach. very busy but food still arrives in good time. Staff are friendly and clean facilities.

This restaurant was very clean and tidy and has adequate seating capacity for plenty of customers and has a great view of the rest of the pleasure beach

Friendly staff, fast service and the best tasting food we have had from a burger king just a shame about the rest of the park!

Visited on a very busy day but pleasantly found seating and the place very clean. Took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready in which time the staff just continued to pile up the orders and then leave the customers all hanging around the front desk. One member of staff seemed permanently stationed by the sauces, napkins and straws ensuring that nobody had more than their allocation. All in all a really unpleasant customer service experience from BK who usually do these things right. Staff all seemed quite young and entirely uninterested in their jobs - real shame and hope it can change.

I went in August 2016 and found the staff to be very disengaged with the customers. The burger was not good as the bread looked stale. I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone.

Not had a Burger King for years, our local one closed a couple of years ago as it was always empty.I'm not a huge burger fan but tag along if that's what everyone else fancies.. Always thought bk was better than McDonald's tho.. But not today.Place itself is nice enough, clean tidy & modern looking, lots of staff cleaning & sweeping as it was quiet. Must have forgotten they have toilets tho as there was soiled tissue all over the floor & no tissue where you needed it.Food was awful! How can a burger with cheese & bacon on it still manage to be dry & tasteless.I will never eat here or any other bk again.Overpriced cardboard

This is in the pleasure beach..This was afternoon so it was very busy..but got served fairly quickly..meals were good but fries bit cold..apple sticks were hot and good..got a seat upstairs no problem.. Toilet were ok..but the hot water from the taps was scolding hot..overall good..

Food is just as you'd expect from Burger King. Queues are very long because of it's location but they move fast enough so the wait isn't as long as you'd expect when you arrive.

It is what it says on the box burgers always tastier than other popular fast food chains in my opinion. Second time I have been to this Burger King and would visit again for a tasty quick meal

Family trip to BPB broke for lunch at BK I always like to opt for the special new menu.This one was the Angry Burger. Spicy chilli hot burger. Complete with a red bread bun. It was hot. Just enough for a lunch burger. Probably wouldn't have it again however.

Very fast in here considering how busy the park is, it is very clean too and the staff need to smile more.

Ordered 2 meals. Was told that they don't do shakes at this restaurant. So had to settle for the carbonated stuff instead. Upon asking for an extra BBQ for my girlfriends meal. I was told I would have to pay an extra 20p for the pleasure. I said two meals. Two sauces and argued this with the attendant and also the manager. Staff needed more basic hygiene courses because the young guy who was sweeping the tables desperately needed a refresher course on how to use a broom. Food was standard. Nothing special

We went as a family of 6 across 3 generations and we all enjoyed our food, despite it being extremely busy. I had a cheese burger and it beat hands down the one I had at McDonalds the previous day which had a bland taste,not helped bya bland bun.The fries were far tastier. Well done you have converted me.

Just your average Burger King that needs extra staff to keep the place clean and hygenic. The food is nothing specail and could have been cooked a little longer. All in all not worth the visiting again.

I am not very impressed with the service I was treated with. this was because I ordered my food (4 chicken strips not as a meal ) and I waited nearly 30 minutes for them arrive . I was told they would be 5 minutes and that turned into 30 minutes . My friends had also ordered and when it had arrived it was cold and wasn't up to standard as they chips didn't taste nice and the Queues were terrible , as they were severing very slow and customer service could of been better ! Won't be going there for a while

We went in on Saturday 31st October and found getting our sons Gluten Free bun used instead of a wheat bun was very easy. Staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. The baby change was easily accessable for changing the baby and was very clean. Food was as good as any other BK. So no complaints. Restaurant was clean and constantly being cleaned by staff.Thanks,

Convenient burger outlet in the Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Food came out fast and hot, Ideal for a quick bite

Expensive, don't accept any kind of branded Burger King vouchers and staff were rude. After waiting 8 minutes without them starting the order, a section leader realised we had been overlooked and they all stood around having a chat about it but nobody bothered to apologise for the delay, rather they just asked me impolitely to move out of the way so they could serve someone else! I asked if we were close to getting our order as had been waiting for a while but just got a blunt "yes" before being ignored again. Food was only warm rather than hot thanks to the delay but the kids were hungry sonwe put up with it but poor service. Also they were not accepting card payments on this day either.

The restaurant wasn’t that busy and they had plenty staff on so we didn’t really have to queue. We both had the Double Rodeo Burger meal. Both the burger and chips were hot and tasty. Its reasonably priced and I think the prices are the same as the high street restaurants. I don’t think they charge you any more just because your in the Pleasure beach, however I could be wrong. Clean and airy restaurant.

Ideally situated in the a Pleasure Beach. Does get very busy but the food is what you would expect from Burger King. Very clean

Visited this eatery last year when I visited Blackpool and couldn't get served due to it being manic so was dubious about visiting again.I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I managed to be served and very happy with my food.

We stopped here for lunch and it was very good and i would recommend going here, the staff were extremely helpful and the atmosphere was excellent

Food was ok not the best we have had from burger king. And on the day no hot drinks were available which was why we went there to get a nice tea and coffee. Felt a bit rushed by the staff to get us out the way to serve the people behind before completing my order. My payment wasn't even through before the next person was called. A bit of a wait without any communication as to where we stand or what we were waiting for.

situated right in the middle of the pleasure beach underneath pepsi max its got to be one of the biggest burger kings. each time we went in it was very busy queue was to the door but still managed to get served very quickly. it was clean and toilets were clean

Probably the best burger king/fast food I have had in a while and located right in the centre of blackpool's pleasure beach which was very handy. The chips were really good and the staff super friendly, if you are in pleasure beach and need something fast this place is good. Very spacious, very clean and very airy.

was a very busy day at the pleasure beach due to cheap wristbands. The queue for burger was do the door but we were served in record time. Food was piping hot the customer service was excellent. tables were cleared as soon as became empty but floor was left with rubbish on but due to amount of customers perhaps im being too picky
