Utter dross. Poor food and service. If more time was taken on these two, key aspects, over nice packaging, it might be half decent.

Clueless staff. Ordered for quick take away. After waiting 25 minutes I had to leave without my food. Avoid these clowns

Don't bother getting the iftar boxed they give you burnt masala fish and horrible dry chicken burger which is like a big nugget, what a waste

This is the worst place I have been to in Sheffield. I ordered the ramadan iftar box and everything about it was just terrible. I had to wait 30 mins for the food to come so I expected it to be fresh but I could not be more wrong. The chips were stale and old while the fiery fish was hard and it looked like it had been cooked the day before. The chicken was also hard and had no flavour. It looked and tasted like it had been frozen for months and was then quickly thrown in an air fryer or something. The fish burger was also terrible with hardly any sauce. The influencers who promote this garbage place should be ashamed. The absolute worst place I have ever been to. The guys running this place need to take a long hard look at themselves as it is actually embarrassing to offer food of this quality and nature to people 🤮

Got the iftari box today and was very disappointed, seemed like the food was pre cooked and reheated for us to take away, with the taste of the food you can tell it’s frozen. Won’t be visiting again.

Ordered at 1845, expected at 1930 at the latest, arrived at 2015. No salt or vinegar on anything, cold food, dry food and abysmally late.

Awful. Chicken was cheap farm food bullshit and inedible. Went to kurdistan and threw in bin instead. Trades on the name and what's that really.?

Fish and chips good. And good price with the offer. Cornflake tart came with custard on top though so was inedible as soggy by the time it came to eat it

Went in for food, ordered it to sit in. The place was empty. I waited ages for chips, at least 20 minutes. I just wish the staff had told me there was a wait.. It was 5pm.. chips were OK, I've had better. It eventually came in a cardboard box with wooden folks, no proper plate or proper folk when you pay for sit in price, I expected better.

A big portion for a good price. Shared this between two people and it was very filling. It tasted lovely and I would recommend it to all fish and chips lovers.

The pie and chips were stale and cold but the chips had this horrible texture and did something horrible to the top of my mouth don’t recommend at all even after warming them up as well

Had the firecracker nuggets, battered chips, large fish and chips. First out the gate, I don't know what type of fish since there was only one option. Which was strange to me. The breading was okay and the chips were average. The battered chips were great, definitely the highlight. The gravy was good enough. The firecracker nuggets surprised me, way spicier than I expected and didn't match the other items on the menu at all. But I guess that's my fault.

Probably the best fish and chips I have had in Sheffield so far. Big flaky fish coated in a delightful batter and chips done right. The battered sausage was too notch, though the mushy peas are something I would not grab again. All in all, perfect spot for a Friday night :)

They put the cheesecake in the same bag as the hot food so it arrived melted. Hot food was very nice

FOOD POISONING. This fish gave me and my partner some of the worst food poisoning we've had in our life, it's obvious that this place has awful food hygiene hence why they still do not have a rating on the official site (business number 436607) - stay away, they should not be operating Edit in response: We were looking at the photos posted and compared them to the fish you gave us. The fish was noticeably darker and more rubbery, so clearly then you just gave us rubbish that was sat on the side for a kajillion hours with no concern as to actual food hygiene practices.

Prices are too high and the customer service is very poor. Fish was not tasty and chips were too dry and they didn’t put any tubs of sauces with it. Dry fish and chips without any sauce is very difficult to eat. They didn’t even put any napkins in the takeout. Restaurants cleanliness was excellent and I used toilet which was very clean.

first of all the food was delicious, had the cod and chips. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were great. We realised after ordering we'd forgotten to add a mushy peas and curry sauces so I called to see if it could be done over the phone and paid in cash. The guy I spoke to was really friendly but informed me it couldn't be done. Then to my surprise, they offered to throw them in for free as a kind gesture. All 6 of us said we will definitely be ordering from here again.

I spend £21 for two fish which were not very fresh and contained 70% of butter and 30% 1cm thick fish. Never ever! it used to be ok, now advertising (and as from the photo) fish it's going to be with chips while I have received 2 fish only. Awful.

Female staff member was just rude and ignorant. Charged me £1.75 more than what the meal deal was, when I highlighted the error they said that as the order had been processed they could not change the order.

Very bad experience for the second time. Ordered special meal deal 1 fish and chips with mushy peas and can drinks for 2 persons. No one told that the can drinks need to be taken by customers by self. After opening the package at home, realised that can drinks were missing, but it was paid already. Fish is also very raw to taste. Previously when ordered online and paid for 2 persons, only 1 was delivered. After raising a dispute, refund was issued for the non delivered food. This is the second time having a bad experience.

I couldn't wait to write this review. The only thing that was better than the quality of the food was the quality of the staff 👌 It's refreshing to see people taking such care of their business now that customer service is number one priority And if i'm ever in the location, again, 100% I will be eating here. Tiny amounts for the ridiculous prices and my chips were burnt and tasteless.

The food lacked salt and vinegar as ordered, as well as a potion of mushy peas weren't delivered.

Can’t get order right, ordered fish, chips and curry sauce, but got mushy peas instead of curry sauce. Also ordered apple crumble, but was nothing like it!! More like container full of soft pastry, struggled to find any apple. Won’t be buying from them again…
