We (me and my work colleague Dave) order from here most Wednesday nights and have never had a bad experience, the food is very good value and always super tasty. The potato wedges are particularly good!

fantastic food with speedy delivery

Absolutely terrible no taste to the pizza completely cheap - the one thing that tipped me over the edge was the non branded Pepsi when it said Pepsi on the order! I’ve never complained and requested a full refund absolutely tasteless - it looks like the reviews have been made up to be at the top of the page!

Absolutely horrible experience! We have ordered regularly from Milano’s and unfortunately on a few occasions we received burnt pizza’s. We let it slide on the basis that it was probably busy and mistakenly done. This is now the fourth or fifth occasion we received burnt pizza’s despite telling them on the phone before placing the order to make sure the pizza’s are cooked properly and not burnt. We will not be ordering from here again.

The potato wedges were perceived to have been sitting for an extended period of time, the chicken was filled with blood, and the burger was not adequately prepared. The positive aspect was the fresh and tasty red chicken, the pizza, which I recall was a prominent feature in the past. However, the current state of the pizza is regrettable. I hope the management will continue to strive for excellence. I wish them all the best. A number of their reviews are done by friends and family i have noticed so people be aware.

I've been going here for years but unfortunately the quality is getting worse and my last two orders were wrong, it's really put me off going back now.

Nice kebab nann bread slightly to thick for me but chicken was nice

The app was slow and didn't display the where the car was on the delivery map. Other then that it's all delicious

Wrong items delivered. Pizza looked totally different in the photos, and most ingredients missing. Also it was FULLY BURNT in the bottom and sides. All the crust was burnt, impossible to eat. I ordered a coca cola, and they delivered a cheap brand of cola with some other name. Not what I ordered. Salad had no dressing or seasoning at all. Horrible experience

Gave me wrong pizza. ordered a chicken mushroom pizza and a pepperoni and they were both slightly burnt and low quality. the pepperoni pizza was covered with green peppers which I did not want. the food was luke warm and took over an hour to arrive (less than a mile away)

Ordered a pizza… I think they gave me a pizza what had been made ages before it arrived and just warmed back up burnt, inedible. Was awful. Never had a problem. In the past yes I have had left over pizza warmed back up and it tasted the exact same as you can tell fresh to reheated.

It appears Milan’s have forgotten how to make pizza ! Both pizza and garlic bread burnt to beyond edible ..along with the cutting technique one could only describe as abstract …when I called up instead of an apology or solution I was asked “ are you sure ??? “ If only we could upload pictures …

Up there with the best friend chicken in Sheffield and good prices too

Took a long time to arrive, food was cold and not great. It was food, but that's really all that can be said. Regretted ordering from here.

Normal love the place order from here all the time placed my order from here last night payed for it not ever received my order never answered calls after call then 40 time still not recived my money back for the order made

Meals are good but the shop is almost always closed, only open for a few hours.

Ok. Potato wedges very tasty, but a very small 'large' portion for £4, and so dripping in grease they leave a puddle in the box. Chips and cheese and onion rings both tasteless. Pizza undercooked, the crust like from the supermarket, the cheese pale and insipid. Garlic bread burnt. I've had worse, but not a place I would recommend.

Good food but wouldn’t honour the advertised offer of a free garlic bread because apparently it was false advertising that should have been taken down

Amazing Kebabs and Pizzas. The best I've had in Sheffield so far!

5 mins early on a Weekend is good! Food was exceptional, both pizzas were 10/10. They are also very good at noticing stuff you put in the notes. In terms of minor alterations to your order. So 11/10 in terms of customer service. They really are amazing!

Always fast delivery. Always spot on. Milan's is the only place for me.

Avoid! Food was freezing and they don't listen to requests. We asked for sauces separate to prevent it getting sweaty on the meat it came covered in sauce all the food was far too greasy and not nice at all

Best mixed kebab in Sheffield, never been let down

Overnight stay in Sheffield and one of the best takeaways ever! Highly recommend.

The food was out for delivery for nearly 45 minutes, and when it got to us, it was cold not good for a seven minute drive away won’t be ordering again

The salad (bit of lettuce) wasn’t the best but everything else was tasty.

Fast delivery but sauce pots were smashed and sauce was everywhere over everything and garlic bread was burnt, puts me off ordering again as things have been burnt in the past

I order from here regularly and have done for many many years now- food is always tasty and service has always been good. Sometimes you can notice when they are busy but the food is still delicious. My autistic brother loves their pizza and won’t eat any others!

Clearly states to request a free cheese and garlic bread on orders over £15, which i did on my order, the driver informed me on delivery this was no longer the case i had to spend £20 please update your page as its misleading and i would have paid extra for the garlic bread as i wanted it.

Paid 3 pound extra for stuffed crust… but the crusts were just plain empty. I think they forgot to actually stuff the crusts. Chips were overdone and little cheese

Best pizzas in town, especially the Meat Feast, which is heads and shoulders above any other pizza of the same name and just as delicious as the first time I ordered it...20 years ago! There are always fab delivery deals, delivery is really fast, but doesn't affect the quality of the food, and, it always arrives with a friendly smile and polite service. The Milan's guys are the best!

Lovely hot food, delivered on time 💯

Firstly we had to wait over an hour for the food itself and when it arrived it was cold and the order wasn’t right! We was missing stuff from the order and wasn’t what I asked for. I’m very disappointed with this order as we normally do order from here regularly and never had any problems

The pizza stunk like it was off and didn't taste good either. I wouldn't feed it to my dog if I had one
