not the usual quality I expect from Indian Chef, the mushroom puri was flavourless and very oily, the puri was soaked in it, couldn't eat it. The chicken dish had tiny 1cm cubes of chicken, usually decent sized chunks of meat. The rice dish was just ok

the curry's are normally really really good and tasty but the chicken tikka madras was very salty and wasn't very nice at all but the chicken Balti dish was absolulty gorgeous and chapatis where gorgeous

Well after reading the reviews I was expecting a decent curry that was hot!! Afraid not!! Nearly 2hrs to receive the order and when I received it, it was luke warm at best. The portion sizes were on the small side and to be honest a very bland curry. Certainly disappointed and won’t be using again.

Had a takeaway from here and tried something completely different and I must say was excellent. Did a set meal with great choice and ample portions. Delivery service was quick and efficient would highly recommend a try.

Really enjoyed the biryani and poppadums. On a bad note the onion bhajis were oily. Didnt like the salad that came free its just chopped cabbage what no1 wants they want lettuce tomato and cucumber. Mint sauce was yellow and sweet im confused why

My wife’s curry was just how she likes it 👍 on the other hand my chicken Dansak was more like a vindaloo had to throw it in the bin as I don’t like VINDALOO.

Well only took hour and half to cook and deliver it.

You know its a good when your friends ring to ask where I ordered the Indian from . I have never had a bad experience with Indian chef. The food is always super tasty. My favourite Indian by a mile. 10 out of 10 .

Food was great, really tasty. sadly rather spoilt by the delivery driver who complained about the distance from the restaurant and asked why we couldn't collect, ending telling us they wouldn't be delivering in future! Suggest you either alter delivery charge based on distance or set a limit on distance for delivery rather than berate customers spending over £40! This was my birthday treat!! 9/10 food, 0/10 customer relations

Everything tasted great, not to keen on the colour of the mint yogurt sauce, but it still tasted ok, lamb tikka was a little tough, but overall a very nice meal

We have been ordering from here every time we get a takeaway, always really good food and really good service. Portions are big aswell so well worth the money, really recommend!

Very poor avoid thay seid thay only put one king prawn in special jalfrezi there was not a single king prawn in the dish all the meal was poor I complained to the manager his attitude was he couldn't care less save your money and order else where very poor meal expensive and no customer after service

A lot to different curries you won’t find in a standard Indian restaurant. Biryani’s are very good especially the lamb

Lovely food for the money and large portions

The food arrived a little early, everything was covered in oil from one of the meals (which was actually swimming in it), the bread & even the poppadoms, of course these were soggy & inedible. No onion pickle with poppadoms either. Food was bland & tasteless. Won’t be ordering from this takeaway ever again. 👎

Nearly the worst Indian Takeaway we ever had. Very late. Very cold. All had to be reheated. I can only compare it to pig swill. Absolutely disgusting. Never again!

Really fantastic food, the best curry we've had in a long time. The shaslik akbari was particularly good. 40 minutes late but we ordered on boxing day so I imagine they were very busy. Will definitely order again.

This is the first time we have ordered a takeaway from this establishment and I just can not fault them. We ordered on line which was very easy to do. It was delivered before the expected time and the person delivering was lovely. The food itself was brilliant. I have never had such gorgeous food. We will be adding this company to our preferred takeaways. We would definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

Our new favorite take out. The Bombay aloo was the nicest I've ever had and could just eat a plate of that. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great food quick delivery top notch

Ordered by mistake thinking this indian chef was the one on city road. Big mistake. Chicken tikka byriani very poor, very bland no flavour and slight burnt taste. Chicken tikka madras also pretty bland and very mild. Chicken buna daughter said was OK. Chips arrived soggy and very greasy, 5 minutes in the air fryer sorted those out to make them edible. Best thing was the garlic nan. Summary is very overpriced for poor quality food.

All food cold. More chicken in the starter than in the main chicken tikka masala. Almost as though they ran out of chicken for a chicken dish. Very disappointed especially for the cost.

The delivery was near 2 hours from ordering Said problems with driver It arrived opened up tarka dall it was just water. No lentils just yellow water. SAVE YOUR MONEY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Well this was the first time of using this restaurant and sadly will be our last. Food quality is below average no taste at all in either curry. Onion bargee tasted of nothing very poor for what we have paid

First time trying this place and wow! Everything was faultless.! We had 3 different types of mains, 2 different starters and the usual sundries naan bread, poppadoms etc and everything arrived hot and tasty. Best butter chicken I’ve ever had (And I’ve tried a lot). New ‘go to’ from now on! I forgot to order a main and had to call up and staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!

I'm giving a 5x because it was well presented the onion bhajis tasted great and colourful with veg and the sauce. The Tikka curry 7 pieces of chicken tasted great will order again. I was so excited to find a good time for me to try this food was amazing.The garlic Narn was really good too.

The curry was average at best with overcooked meat. The onion bhaji was disgusting. On top of the order being 30 mins late despite ordering early. We won't be returning.
