Absolutely love coming to mo's when we are in the area always amazing food and brilliant staff always happy and very friendly couldn't recommend this place anymore if I tried mo is a brilliant cheif and his food is amazing especially the roasts on a Sunday if you are in paignton and are looking for good food look no further

I have visited Mos for coffee/tea and sometimes a snack on several occasions and return because the staff are always very friendly and accommodating, the service very good. The food is fine as is the atmosphere.

Had a pizza here. Best pizza I've had in years. Reminded me of the chain called perfect pizza, before they were bought out. Sadly the pepsi spoiled it a bit, they, as in Pepsi, put artificial sweeteners in the standard pepsi now, with the sugar. But the pizza was really good.

It was our first visit to this Diner & the wife & I had a turkey roast which tasted delicious. The staff were very helpful & A great atmosphere too.

My husband and I try to get to Mos for lunch at least once a week. The place is very clean and the food is reasonably priced.The food is always well cooked and hot. The staff and Mo are very friendly and always make us feel welcome. I can recommend the chicken curry which is a favourite of mine.

Really good, breakfast, honestly just delivers, the service was amazing and great hospitality! I would highly recommend if you are in the area!

Very nice inside, good selection of food, attentive, friendly and efficient staff. The chicken shawarma in a small pitta was very good, with side salad (mint) and coleslaw. The meat feast pizza 9" was deep and well topped, a bit doughy on the bottom. Cappuccinos were large and hot. The bill came to £39.

Sunday Lunch. The best in town. Turkey or Beef and at least 5 veg plus roast and boiled potatoes, on a large plate. There is a vegetarian option. All for £10.50. If you have space their Orange chocolate sponge with cream or Ice cream is melt in the mouth. Great friendly staff and a jolly chef what’s not to love. Definitely book at table as he gets full on Sundays lunchtimes.

Had my first and last experience with this cafe today. My son was desperate for the toilet and there is no other toilets whatsoever this end of town so my husband took him in here and politely asked if he could use theirs.... He was told no! A 7 year old desperate for the toilet! My husband offered to buy something so he could use it but the staff were busy so he couldn't wait. My son had to go in the alley way behind! Absolutely out of order!

Lovely and friendly little diner where the foods cooked in front of you. Staff are friendly and pleasant without going over, the food is nice. I had fish and chips, my partner had a burger and we both had a dessert, a special at the time which was lemon merrange pie slice with ice cream, which was a good size.

Sadly wouldn’t allow my father who has dementia to use the toilet despite offering to pay for a drink or food - Disgraceful

When going in the cafe everything looks fine, unfortunately when asking for gammon egg and chips and to find out if the gammon was tender the girl said its nice and tender, When the order came through the gammon was tough no taste it felt like I was chewing on a piece of leather, The chips was full of air no taste to them, the egg was covered in pepper, (Not good if you suffer from indigestion, ) mushrooms was over cooked, sorry guys not happy with my food, my wife had jacket potato which looked like a kids size food,

Very disappointed, we had the cooked breakfast and everything except the egg and tomatoe were deep fried. Not pleasant at all especially given the price. The food was very greasy, you could taste old oil. The staff were friendly and attentive and ensured you had everything you needed, very helpful to elderly customers that we witnessed which was lovely to see.

Food is clean,healthy and tasteful as always especially the jacket potatoes. Always treated like family lovely staff. Regards Andy and Loraine

If you want excellent food and nice friendly staff, all reasonably priced read on. This must be the number one cafe in Paignton why its got some bad reviews is totally beyond me. The staff at Mo's dinner go above and beyond. You wait to be seated by wait. it's done within a few seconds, and then the service starts absolutely brilliant staff. Even Mo comes across as a friend. 5 stars isn't enough for Mo he deserves 10. Had the vegetarian breakfast and a full English breakfast both cooked to perfection. Not many cafes can make my wives latte to perfection, but at Mo's, it was well done to Mo and all his staff. Keep up the good work. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ what you truly deserve. See you all soon.

Mo’s food is the best in all of devon! So delicious and so tasty, all the staff are so friendly and it’s such a homely atmosphere, definitely pop in for a bite to eat or a sip to drink and have a chat with the incredible staff :) (Pictures include mint hot chocolate, hummous and pita bread, lasagne and garlic bread, smoothie and latte).

I have been coming here for the last few months and would highly recommend the lovely food, especially the Chicken kebab dishes with rice, which are my favourites. Mo is a great host, and kindly let me pray at the back of his diner before driving back to Bristol on one occasion. Keep up the excellent Service!!!

A hidden gem! Food is always fresh and delicious. Lots of choice. I had home made quiche and chips - amazing! The desserts are second to none, and so are the freshly made smoothies. Prices very fair and all the staff go out of their way to serve quickly and give help if needed. Would 100% recommend Mo's

You will pay a little bit more than other cafés in Paignton but the food and atmosphere are worth the extra. We'll worth a visit. 2ND VISIT, and just had the best breakfast ever in Torbay, it was cooked to perfection, the staff and ambience is great. The 'go to' place for a snack.

We were in town for the day and came across Mo’s Diner looking for a place to stop for lunch. The first thing we noticed was how clean and inviting it looked from the outside and that the menu, which was displayed outside, had good options. The inside was just as lovely and clean; we were seated and offered menus instantly, the food and drinks didn’t take long to arrive. We had the kebabs, which were fantastic and very filling :) Both waitresses were lovely and very attentive! The bathroom was very clean as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Might be my favourite place to eat in Paignton: small, lovely, with great food (had a chicken shawarma, it was delicious) and very welcoming, friendly staff. Also, one of very few restaurants in Paignton open on Sundays!

Food was halal very tasty. I had omelette and salad.i also ordered chips as a side but chef forgot to make them. They were very crispy and tasty but by then I had nearly finished my omlette. Service was helpful and would definitely go again.Very clean a d welkept

Absolutely brilliant service. Mo was very friendly and even took the time to sit and have a conversation with me and my family which is rare for businesses nowadays. Food was very good and there was plenty of choice on the menu.

Clean homely place to eat. Had a great early dinner. We had Pizza, Quiche & Kebab, All tasty & would certainly return for a breakfast one day. Friendly staff & comfortable atmosphere. 🌞👍🏽

The worst customer service ever! I would give them zero star if possible. We were 4 families looking for a place to eat. Entered the restaurant at 13.45 and noticed there were 18 free places indoors and about 7 free chairs outside - so we happily went in to have our lunch, however were told that we cannot sit down as we are occupying all the remaining seat and cannot cater for a big group. They kicked out 8 hungry kids although there were plenty of spaces for us to use!! Cannot find the right words to express my disappointment!!!

My partner and I came down from Birmingham, and we needed some flavorful, moreish, and delicious food. We came across Mo's Dinner and were blown away with the service, the mouthwatering food, and a lovely lemonade. I would highly recommend this plac, and their shawarmas and mixed kebabs are delicious. Had a Sunday Roast here June 4th. I loved it. Service with a laugh and a smile. Recommend the food going for lunchtime again in a few days. I didn't take photos of the meal or place. Not much room for a wheelchair but there is seating outside. Roast cost £9.50 good value as you get a variety of veg and roast potatoes and dauphinoise potatoes. I had 2 Diet Pepsi cans so I paid about £14. For the lot.

Delightful cafe/restaurant in a light, sunny spot. There are indoor and outdoor seats. We enjoyed brunch - coffee and cake for my Dad, omelettes for myself and my sister. We particularly liked the care and attention to hygiene/vegetarian requirements, and I loved the lamb shawarma. The proprietor and staff were kindness itself to my elderly father and the bathroom is quite splendid!

Nice little cafe with a open kitchen which always smells lovely, very friendly people, place always looks clean & has a nice atmosphere, have been here 3 times so far! Had a cheese burger 1st time I was here! Best burger I have had in awhile was a very good looking 1 too! Chips are to die for here! golden crispy on the outside & soft & fluffy on the inside & not too greasy, just recently had a kebab today! Very well seasoned & not too greasy! Will be coming back & telling all my friends!

This was a lucky find. We were looking for a coffee shop late on a Sunday afternoon. Everywhere was shut then we spotted this great find. Premises was clean and staff friendly. We only had coffee/tea and cake but the food looked lovely and will go back if I visit the area again.

Visited Mo's Diner & what a little gem. Very friendly, welcoming staff serving delicious hot food (& drinks). Venue has an accessible toilet for wheelchair users & Mums needing a change station for young babys/toddlers. Venue was visited by many whilst we were there & witnessing the lovely charismatic manner in which each customer was greeted, it truly is a great place to dine, even if out alone. Menu is extensive but not expensive & food well presented. Recommend.

The service was exceptional, very friendly staff, they could not of been more helpful. They knew thier regular customer and took time to engage with them, very refreshing to see exception customer service in action. It was a little on the pricey side but for that level of service, it was still good value.

Really like to review places as I find. Firstly, the place looks decent, not overly busy. I looked at the menu and chose the bolognaise with pasta, thinking it would be spagetti bolognaise. Was told it was just pasta with Bolognaise, ok in the menu it was £7.95 decent, I thought. I added a piece of garlic bread 50p and a can of pop. I was asked if I wanted cheese on top. I said yes, who wouldn't. Have to be honest I waited a little while for it to come, and it came in a small bowl with the very crispy (burnt) garlic bread, which im ok with as I like burnt things. Tbf, it was pretty decent food, then came to pay £14.95 😮. So £7.95 + 50p, which is a very expensive can of Pepsi max. I'm wondering, were they charging for the pasta and the sauce separately? I won't be returning anyway. I like places to be clear on pricing, and somehow, this wasn't

Poor service, tell you to ring back to place a order all the time, poor delivery, this place has gone down hill completely. Either employ staff who can run a kitchen properly or close the restaurant until you are in a position to serve the public properly

I never write reviews but mo's diner deserves all the praise in the world. Went today with my son who is in a wheelchair and has a learning difficulty. Nothing was too much trouble. Access into Mo's is level and the lovely waitress Kelly came straight over to assist us to find the most suitable table. This is quite a rare thing, I'm usually left struggling with extra chairs and a lack of space. The food was great...a big cooked breakfast and a jacket spud with lovely side salad. All served promptly and with such friendly service. Kelly and Alex are a real credit to the place. The way they engaged with my son was so lovely to see. We'll definitely be returning and I'm sure, like other regulars we saw in there today, they'll remember our names and faces. Mo is very friendly and courteous and the diner looks inviting and is clean. I now can't imagine going into Paignton and not visiting Mo's!

My friend and I went into this relatively new cafe/restaurant yesterday for a warm drink and light lunch. The atmosphere was relaxed, warm and friendly. The decor light, bright, fresh and pretty. It was obvious that the owners have put heart and soul into this venture. Really nicely laid out. You can sit in comfort to enjoy your meal without affecting other customers. It is to the owners credit they maintain a beautifully clean restaurant. The single toilet has also been well provided with equipment and tastefull decor. There is even a baby changing facility! We shall return to Mo's. There is a real, genuine care for customers and staff. The menu has some inviting possibilities for our next visit!!

Absolutely delicious food. The waiting staff are just lovely. You just couldn't get a nicer meal. Especially their Sunday Roast. To be honest every meal I've had at Mo's has been thoroughly enjoyed. I recommend reserving a table as it does get busy.

This was our 3rd visit to Mo's diner for lunch in the last month or so and once again could not fault it. The ladies serving are so lovely and helpful and are always so friendly and welcoming. Our food arrived quickly and was fresh and tasty. The price is very reasonable too. I'm sure it won't be long before we're back again!!!
