Nice enough on day one, don't leave them for 24hrs though! Mold ahoy! That's the last three times now they have went moldy after one day! really not good enough when still 'in date' lost me as a customer for sure

Absolutely awful customer service. Everyday we receive the wrong order and when we complain we get verbal abuse and use of fowl language, disgusting. Will cancel all orders from now on

Too crispy for me, I prefer slightly less crispness. You bite into them and they fall apart.

Called recently to complain about one of their drivers who was speeding in a 30mph zone and nearly knocked me down, haven't even had an acknowledgement! Incompetent isn't the word, idiots wouldn't cover it either!

Phoned to complain about one of thier drivers going through a red light (and pushing me into oncoming traffic) and was hung up on, called back and they took my name and number and said a member of management would call me back. From the drivers to the call centre staff this place is a joke..and to the manager who didn't call me back, your staff are a joke.

Absolutely fantastic rolls, I would say the best in Scotland. But only when they are fresh The Premier shop in Girvan gets them "fresh" every day yet on a Monday lunchtime the rolls are as fresh as Saturdays it's disgraceful I'm sure the delivery guy is passing off old rolls as fresh They stay fresh all day in a snack bar but can't last till lunch on a shop shelf on Mondays? Cmon mortons sort yourself out.
