Saw a lady name Jackie cleaning, she was brilliant, every little corner was cleaned, she really gets stuck in, cleaners don’t get the credit they deserve, but I have to say she was fantastic, a real credit to the Willenhall store

Arrived and booked two meals with drinks. Went to get the drinks. To be chased by your staff member advising you close at 6pm it was 5.05 I was lost for words. She said she would cook sausage and chips not fish or burgers as ordered. We said we did not want sausage and asked for a refund. If this is correct you should not take orders via your computer order point or at least have signage saying no food after 5pm.

We popped into Morrisons today as it's a well deserved day off to celebrate our daughters 2nd birthday. The cafe was very busy as usual but Izzie worked above and beyond to make sure customer queries were answered and she was an absolute star! Totally made our visit memorable in the right way.

Ember Inns have recently changed their menu for the worst. There are very few plain food choices, e.g. Hunter's chicken is now Chicken Shintzle instead of a nice plain chicken breast. There are also no pasta dishes except for lasagne. The service is okay if not a little hap hazard by some staff. I was handed my plate of food and I commented to the server that the plate was hot (not warned that it was hot) only to have the reply of yes I know I've just carried it from the kitchen! My opinion is that this pub was so much better when it was locally owned by my neighbour (Selwyn Holden) and the food was good quality home cooked and not fast food as it is now. I live just a 5 minute walk away and I truly miss The Bell of old days with its good old fashioned pub values. Pub chains have definitely ruined good, local old school English establishments. These days it's not a place I frequent, even though it's convenient.
