Morrisons Supermarket Restaurant in Braintree

Waited when arrived and no one came to us. We had to go to a staff member to say we have a table booked!!! Ordered food at bar again only to wait as only one staff member behind bar. Waited then again 45 mins for food and then had to chase it up as the table next to us came in after and got food before us. No apology for waiting and chasing food

Best Kebab House in Braintree! Lovely fish & chips too! Staff are very nice and polite.

This is essentially our local, we visit most weekends, usually for some breakfast and and a pint of ale. The food is generally ok, but tends to be very hit and miss. Some days, it's great. Other days, it's sliding towards awful. The service is the same, depending on who is working. There are some lovely lads and lasses there, but conversely, some seem to need an attitude readjustment, you aren't doing us a favour by serving us, it's your job. All round, great value for money and on the whole, good service.

On such a hot Saturday afternoon whilst walking around the green after lunch at The Fox we needed an ice cream! The coffee ice cream is highly recommend.

young gentlemen believe called reece/rhys spelling cood be inaccurate but must say he was so welcoming and so polite the rest of the staff was very off and uncomfortable feeling but he made us feel very comfortable if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t of stayed 10/10 service from that young fellow
