Morrisons Supermarket Cafe in West Somerset

Wonderful woman who.single handedly did everything and was so attentive I can't remember her name but she was so nice also the food is so reasonable and coffee machine was great free refills

One of the best Morrisons cafes on the network. We had the fish and chips, the fish was lovely and all delivered promptly. This cafe is quite unique as they are keeping up with the cleaning! We were served by a young man, who was very friendly, professional informative. He never seemed to stop, he was seen cleaning the food area, refilling the cups, cleaning the tables and helping customers, you need more staff like this one! Thanks

Ordered on self service till and changed fried egg to poached and black pudding. The only fresh were the egg and black pudding. Bacon had to dried to high heaven sausages are small. And what happened to the toast it’s tiny. Not a great breakfast and wasn’t even busy. No salt and had to look for the ketchup not a brilliant visit

Great service and the food was very good too! Ordered the ultimate fish and (chips), the fish was white and big flakes, with crispy batter, mushy peas. We were able to swap the chips for an alternative too! Also ordered the meat free bangers and mash. The mash and peas were tasty, but the sausages weren't good, pale and dried out, hence the score of 4. Also ordered the cake and a drink deal at £3 each, bargain! Great latte and cake as well. Always helpful staff. Constantly trying to keep the place clean and are very accomodating.

Was in the area & decided we would have breakfast all self service ordering system take your number to table & they bring the food to you, well just sat down after ordering & the food arrived immediately it was cold unappetising the fried bread was a crust that you couldn’t eat the rest was a sad cold pile of grease. I called a member of staff over & said it was awful she said she would get replacement I said no don’t bother I have lost my appetite she said a manager would sort a refund & to come to the till the manager proceeded to serve every one first & then asked did you pay by card I said yes she said put your card in the machine I did & put in my pin she never said sorry about the food or tried to make any other conversation when the transaction was finished she just walked off how very RUDE & like I say you wonder why you get 3 & half on Tripadvisor perhaps it’s cause your food is cold greasy & your managers customer service is diabolical come on Morrisons pull up your socks 😡

We ordered the beer battered cod and chips at £7 (Ultimate) and we were really surprised at how good the fish was, well worth a try. The chips were standard frozen chips, but this was swapped for mash instead. Good to see there is a new coffee machine, which makes great lattes, and the overall store is a lot cleaner.

We visit minehead around three times a year and have breakfast there for the whole time we are there .... Four breakfasts. All delicious my husband has a large cooked breakfast I have porrage with fruit all great value with lovely helpful staff. Thanks

Had a toasted tea cake. They came with the tea cake cut in half a half buttered! It was awful, why did they butter it for me? No butter at the edges!

Food was dry I asked for cheese and bacon toasty and got that also a strange smell of sick don’t come

Lunch after shopping. So firstly toys in the reduced bin that weren’t ! Not impressed. Then lunch in cafe Mostly ok but for the undercooked chicken nuggets. Again not impressed . Really disappointed might go elsewhere now

A busy lunchtime but dissapointed in the meal which seemed to have been re-heated or kept hot too long. I have had better meals here but today was not up to their usual standard.

Visiting the store to get some wine, we stayed for a quick simple lunchtime snack. Two tomato and basil soups and a toasted sandwich went down very well and all at a very reasonable price. Shame they have just closed our Morrisons in Crawley Sussex!!!

Why oh why do Morrison's let their store cafe let them selves down with such a low standard eatery. Staff uniforms are dirty and unkempt, tables left stained with the remainder of the previous diners food. One begs to know what the standards are like...

Considering the fact that Morrisons have such a good free from range in their stores the lack of options in their cafe is really disappointing. However the food in general is fresh and well presented and the prices are very good.

We often pop in here when on Holiday Good well presented food that is not overpriced within an easy stroll of Butlins

Popped in with the family for a light lunch. Good selection of sandwiches and cakes that pleased the whole family. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Staff very polite and friendly.

Called in for one of their big breakfasts. Food was nice but luke warm and bacon was very over cooked and dried out . You can customise your breakfast items which is a bonus. Staff are always nice .

Cheap place to eat when staying at Butlins with a good selection of meals can also do shopping at the same time
