Morrisons Supermarket Cafe in Corby

This is the best supermarket breakfast around, been going for years first with my children before we wen fishing now as an older guy for a break coffee breakfast and a read of the paper. The staff are absolutely lovely and care about the customer.

once again I pop into morrsions cafe on Wednesday the 11th of September at 8.30am The breakfast was lovely and my fried eggs were cooked perfect The cashier was very friendly and explain what was in each breakfast and let me swap my beans for a extra egg I only waited 5 minutes for my breakfast to be brought to my table and the chashier make sure I had everything I needed

pop into morrsions cafe on Wednesday just after 5pm we order some fish and chips and gammon. The service was quick and the meals were lovely.The staff were very welcoming and make sure that we had everything we need as we forgot to pick up cultey and the lady that took out our meals offer to get it for us she even ask if their was any thing else we needed

Was after 12 and we couldnt get a brekky at the Witherspoons so as we had some shopping to do, stopped at the cafe for a breakfast. Was very nice. I didnt want much and what I had was nicely cooked and tasty. Coffee was not hot was my only let down

The super market is cold even when I had my food served by the time I had managed to eat half it was cold overall the supermarket is so u comfortable to shop on

Morrisons offers a great menu at affordable prices We had 2 main meals and had 2 desserts for a pound each The food is tasty and well presented Value excellent Cafe is open and light Service is excellent Ticks the boxes for me

You can't expect much from a supermarket cafe but two things you should expect are cleanliness and friendly servers.Morrisons fail in both of these areas. The food was ok and was what you would expect although the room can feel like organized chaos at times.

Went in for a bite to eat at Morrison’s cafe, we were advised that there would be a forty minute wait for food, we were happy to wait so took our drinks and found a table.It was nice that we were advised about the wait so we could make an informed decision as to whether or not we wanted to wait, so many times at other places you just end up frustrated waiting for your food.We finished our drinks and after about forty minutes our food arrived it was hot and tasty and we were offered an extra drink for free because we had waited a long time, staff were extremely friendly and helpful in a very busy environment and were a credit to the store.

I want to start by saying the staff were super-lovely, especially to my little niece. However, I was surprised by how “deep fried beige” the menu was. Her child’s pizza was of the sort you get 12 for £1 from a freezer store. I had scampi, chips and peas for £5 which seems like “why would you complain” until I consider I get proper fish and chips from my local pub for £6. There was no bottled Diet Coke and the fountain one I ended up with was flat. They asked my niece direct if she wanted to add a sundae for £1 which I thought was a bit irresponsible in these days of childhood obesity. What arrived was over half a pint of Mr Whippy with raspberry sauce and squirty cream, of which she managed about six spoonfuls. The tables were clean and I wasn’t offended by the cutlery, as some have been. I didn’t feel ripped off but I’ve no reason to return.

Concerned that cutlery is stored in containers with the handles down and spoon bowls, knife blades and forks facing up. It means that it is impossible to collect cutlery without touching the 'business end' of other items of cutlery while doing so. I have raised this issue with head office and thought it had been rectified, but on a visit today, the Corby cafe had reverted to their old ways. As I am not confident on other diners having total hand cleaning regimes I will not be visiting again.

Morrisons offers great value food Sadly we missed the window for Christmas Dinner however there is a good choice as alternative Good service Great price Good coffee

Popped in for a bite to eat, four staff chatting behind the counter took ages to serve me.

Morrisons is a lovely cafe looks very traditional The offers are great kids eat free with an adult A really good choice of food so something for everyone even those watching what they eat with the right selection Service was good Food tasty Value excellent

Visited on the spur of the moment. Ordered their little breakfast. Bacon, egg, sausage, hash brown and beans. With a coffee, about £3.90! Excellent quality, speedy service and change from a fiver! Highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

The cafe has a great menu which is good value Today we were able to get our first choices however they had just ran out of veg for the roasts Tasty food Friendly service from very busy staff I would come here again

Been here a few times ,always had a yummy breakfast , a lady called Natasha is always lovely and goes out of her way to help her customers , there busy and understaffed and they only have one pair of hands so you may have to wait a few minutes but the food is freshly done .

Floors and tables dirty. Food basic and not presented well. This cafe has not been good since e compass group took over the running.

Vegetarian breakfast is good and can quite easily be made Vegan, staff are always friendly and helpful, Vegan butter and sausage could be added as an option, will eat here again.

Morrisons have been refitting their cafes and it makes their cafes stand out further from the competition To sum up Good choice Great prices Fantastic seating By far the best cafes out of the multiple retailers

We were caught out at lunchtime and passing Morrisons, parked and dropped in to their restaurant. Well, the place was almost full and buzzing with people of all age groups enjoying simple but very adequate food. We were in a hurry and bought the freshest of fresh delicious sandwich varieties with some of the best machine freshly ground coffee.

We often stop and have a cuppa and a cake when passing they also serve meals that look nice and not expensive.

We have eaten a quick snack at Morrisons quite a few times due to the convenience and have normally been ok with it.

Usually excellent...but this time the Christmas dinner was very poor. I think reheated? The potatoes were overdone and the Brussels were brown?

Morrisons cafe offers a great choice of food Christmas and non Xmas food

This place ok for lunch.could do with being cleaned a bit more messy tables dirty floors. Always a long wait to eat. Ok for a coffee but not much else I would want to filthy

Of all the supermarket cafes locally, this is probably the best.

The food in this supermarket cafe is good. Its cheap and its always hot. They have a varied selection of snacks, and different meals too.

It's sad to say, but Morrison's appears to be in decline since the arrival of the Mega sized supermarkets of Tesco and Asda, both within 2/3 miles of Morrison's. Both of Morrison's competitors are on much larger sites and obviously have a far wider range of products, which generally appear to be cheaper. In addition, the staff (especially at Tesco) are friendlier and are always willing to open another till when it gets busy, unlike Morrison's, where the queues are often long. If Morrison's is to survive, much improvement is needed!

Had coffee here many times - even though it is from a machine it is always hot and good value. Meals are good but nothing spectacular although they do specials from time to time. All good value and there are special rates for children at certain times of day.

I have visited morrisons cafe frequently when visiting store to pick up shopping . There staff are mostly friendly however they could be improved on there customer service . I have on number of occasions had a small child in a pushchair with me and never yet have they offered to help me to my table with my tray . Trying to balance a tray with hot drink and push a pushchair is a really difficult task .

Morrisons in my humble opinion simply have the best cafes out of all the supermarkets

Lovely staff, fresh food but usually insufficient staff so they are on the run all the time. They work very hard but more staff needed.

About as much as you'd expect from a supermarket cafe, lattes are nice, most of the food I've he has been edible but nothing to get excited about either overcooked or bland. Handy to pop in on occasion & the cakes & kids boxes are okay.

Having had a couple of bad experiences in other Morrisons Cafe's recently, it was a pleasure to visit one which was well run and provided a really fast service.
