Morrisons Leeds - Yeadon Cafe in Leeds

Called at Yeadon Cafe for lunch as I was having the kitchen revamped. Husband ordered Gammon , Chips, egg, and peas. He got luke warm what I think was supposed to be Gammon but looked like the underneath of a shoe . It was grey with some form of watered down sauce. Egg was runny and not cooked as the white was slimey, the peas turned out to be baked beans and the chips were fries but so hard the only way to eat them was by your fingers as the snapped into pieces when challenged with a knife or fork. As an ex catering manager for Morrisons the store has gone down hill very quickly. There is lack of training in all aspects and god help them if they got a food and hygiene inspector. How they have got away with such low standard is unthinkable. Ken Morrison will be turning in his grave.

Hi, I ordered roast chicken, again staff said sorry we don't have. Then I ordered full breakfast, which was OK. Coffee machine broken, staff confused, no good feeling about this place.

Called here with the grandchildren. Requested 2 childrens boxes, but told they didn’t have any. No alternative. Very little choice of adult sandwiches so decided on hot breakfast. I ordered small breakfast and husband had large one. No milk jugs for the tea. Had to use a paper cup and pour milk from a large plastic container (that had been used by every other customer that day) Collected cutlery and sat down. Breakfast came. Mine consisted of 1 small thin slice of COLD bacon, 1 cremated sausage, a hard greasy fried egg, and a pot of COLD beans. There was also a slice of dry bread which was masquerading as toast! I was so disgusted and refused to eat any of it. If I had thrown the slice of bacon I would have had somebody’s eye out!! I asked for a full refund. How can anybody call themselves a cook and serve up such disgusting food? The worst thing is they are promoting their own food! Never again

was looking forward to our breakfasts here as we havnt been for awhile, used to have breakfast here regularly but wont be coming again. Every single item was flat cold also toast only toasted on one side

Llamé por un bocadillo y una bebida antes de llevar a mi amigo al aeropuerto. La comida era buena ya un precio razonable.
