Appalling service and food not great. Staff clearly don't know what they're doing and don't really care either. Order arrived wrong and 5 minutes after the first dish was served. It's not even quick either so really doesn't have any positives.

The bacon was hard (not crispy, more like it had been cooked and left to go stale - couldn’t even cut it with a knife and fork), the fried eggs were overcooked and hard. The cafe didn’t have many customers, so not sure why these items weren’t done fresh? Disappointing.

Just endured an abysmal breakfast at morrisons. The cutlery and tables were sticky and dirty. 2 forks were so bad they were stuck together with goodness knows what! The food took ages even though there were only two single men drinking a mug of something. The sausages were overcooked, the beans were dry from being in little ramekins. The bacon was hard and everything was cold. Total waste of money. Definitely not going back.

Decided to call into morrisons cafe for a full English Breakfast treat but it turned out to be a disaster. I ordered my food from the console, I picked my number and placed it on the stand at the table....30 minutes passed znd people were getting served who came in after me. The waitress was obviously struggling even though the restaurant was only a fraction full. The poor waitress had a bad limp and was obviously in distress. 45 minutes wait and I asked the flustered waitress where my food was, she complained about this and that and brought it to me. The plate was fu however the 'fried bread' was deep fried bread crust 2 pieces ...contain probably 100ml of oil which had soaked in during the frying process. Food was 3 0ut of 10 and service 2 out of 10. Just to point out the waitress was lovely and apologetic....obviously a management issue here.

I used the remote ordering service to order a small breakfast because there were no serving staff around anywhere to be seen for 15mins. After 25 mins plus my breakfast was brought over to me by a surly member of staff who when asked told me where the cutlery should have been but when I informed her there was none she went into the kitchen and thrust two forks into my hand when I asked for a knife she went back and brought out 3knives expecting that I should put them into the cutlery store for her!! When I sat down to eat my long awaited for breakfast it was luke warm - so I gave it them back and got a refund. All the time that I was waiting got my order staff were standing around talking to each other. Manager you need to manage your staff properly

Absolutely awful place to get food! Just a complete waste of money. When I visited with my then pregnant partner, the service was diabolic. We were charged and then waited almost 20 minutes for food. When we challenged them ,they then told us they had a power supply issue in the kitchen and the engineer had been working almost 30 minutes - yet didn't tell us when they were charging us. Moments later, our food appeared but we had asked for a refund by this stage. Just awful.

This is the worst McDonald's. There is no question about. Whether you go inside (good luck with getting the attention of one of the "workers"if you can call them that) EVERY time you order from this place, delivery or inside they will make a mistake. For some reason all the staff in here think EXTRA means none. Not sure why they insist on employing inept teenagers. The manager is no better. If you want your order to be correct, you have to demand the manager bag it up. THAT IS IF THEY DON'T LEAVE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK SO YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM! Embarrassment to the McDonald's brand.

In a group of 5, 3 bought from the cafe and me and other bought from the shop itself. All sat on the same table yet were kicked out for not each buying from specifically the cafe. Employee had nasty tone.
