Morrisons Kings Lynn Cafe in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Only gave three out of five as the server was lovely, food absolutely shocking, half inch thick overdone end piece of fried bread impossible to cut let alone eat, burnt egg raw mushroom cold beans. Did ask for refund or exchange a was short on time and needed to get elsewhere to eat. Shame as the Morrisons in fakenham is lovely.

My husband and I wanted breakfast before shopping. We struggled to input our order as I wanted the vegan breakfast and it was impossible to take items out and add others. Emily the assistant was really helpful and put our order through for us at the till and then served us our breakfasts which were delicious and hot. Emily has a lovely friendly, bubbly personality and goes the extra mile with her customer service skills. Emily treated all the customers the same as us even though at times she was taking payments, serving, and managing the eating area on her own. Emily is an asset to the store and company, you are very fortunate to have her on your team.

We had 4 breakfasts and drinks and everything was luke warm. Tomato was raw, bacon microwaved, butter totally liquid. Most of the food was left. The lady server Tuesday 17th practically threw the plates on the table. One was gluten free but WE had to work out which one was which!!! Very dangerous and staff need to be more allergy aware!

This store has a habit of poor stock control. To use just one item, a popular brand of alcohol free beer, st Peters gold without. It's a lottery to purchase this item. Given that this store boasts an elevated level of low or alcohol free products, it fails repeatedly to replenish this particular beer. I drive 26 miles round trip to try my very best to by this product. I'm reassured that it's on order or in the warehouse but not unpacked. This has been the case for three consecutive days. I'm going to cut this short... morrisons, it's a popular product when all the others are hardly touched how about changing your stock levels. I have tried customer service desk they tell me its not even on your books. I'm wasting a fortune, so to be honest should I just change to a different supermarket. 🤔

Didn't have anything ran out of beef chicken and burgers wasn't to late about 1 30 didn't what a breakfast in the afternoon

Done some early morning shopping and decided to grab some food. Went for full English breakfast and a pot of tea. £7.29 which I thought for cafe food was not to bad. Food was piping hot, nice toast and quality seemed ok. The service was a bit slow. Overall not bad

A breakfast denied. Having tried to use the gents loos, only to find the hand drier still covered in an oops sorry message for the 6th week, and seeing a guy come out of a cubicle and shrug, then walking out without washing his hands, the prospect of handling anything this guy plus others had touched with dirty hands put me off of eating. It's a myth that morrisons has a pride in hygiene. As is the myth they give a care about the customer who wants low or alcohol free beer. Stocks of st Peters without gold, still sell out completely. The shelves are still full of the ones nobody wants, but management can't grasp the idea of increasing a popular stock item. No surprise of course morrisons are in deep trouble. If two subjects are a problem, how many others. I hate bad reviews, but come on, get a grip.

Went to cafeteria on Friday 11th Nov. at approx. 1pm for a light lunch. Ordered Brie and cranberry toastie and Latte. Sat at table for two. After food and drink arrived ,I noticed bits of food on floor and dust. But even worse I saw splatters of tomatoe sauce on the wall next to my table. I felt really uncomfortable then, wondering what else I might see ,so ate my food and drink hastily ,and left. But I must say the coffee and toastie were very nice.

Advertises deli, meat and fish counter are open until 7pm which is never the case. Visited on several occasions at 6:30 and was closed. Called directly to the store before we went shopping and was told it was open. We arrived and it was closed again. Made a complaint to customer service and was ignored, requested a manager call back who didn't bother. Shopping at Sainsbury's now, Morrisons can jog on....

I went to the customer service desk to find out more about hiring glasses for my wedding and spoke to a lovely lady called Melissa she was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed and took the time to make sure we knew what we could have and whether we were happy and we were she is an asset to your team thank you for great customer service

Not sure what’s happened to the breakfast… a poached egg is half of a soft boiled egg! Mushrooms have been replaced with 1 big flat mushroom which is tasteless. No choice in tomato’s anymore. The food was warm when served to us. The only item that would have been nice was the toast ,had it been hot! A very disappointing breakfast Will not be returning

Well small breakfast was correct half a slice of bacon beans one sausage and a slice of toast on miniature bases After a half hour wait it was nt worth it . Never going there again . Great if you are on a diet

Called into the Kings Lynn Morrisons cafe after doing our weekly shop. Was not impressed with choice of sandwiches on offer. I wanted gluten free bread ..NOT AVAILABLE. So reluctantly chose white bread sandwich. YUK...it was the most awful sandwich I had ever tried. The bread was dry, cheap, tasteless. The filling was also very sparse and tasteless. I went to complain to the cafe manager but he was really not interested. His reply was " I will look into it " NO APOLOGY ! Needless to say I will not be returning .

We've eaten breakfast in several Morrisons in recent weeks, but this was the first that served scrambled eggs WITH toast, not ON toast. "We have to plate it up like that", apparently. Bit of a mean portion too. The next day, the cooked breakfast was just dandy.

Really bad fish smell, smells off really bad. Told 2 members of staff including a petrol forecourt manager who was behind lottery counter who really didnt seem to care at all came out without shopping as small made me feel ill.

Ideal for everyone, from a bowl of chips to a full meal, lots of offers and smooth computer ordering, great to just drop in with the grandchildren

Good value for money, tasty food and consistently good service' Always something to suit everyone, sandwiches, meals breakfasts. The portions arent overly large but sufficent and a good choice of puddings/desserts.
