Ordered two burgers and pizza best in town and fast delivery

Worked at this shop , very tidy and clean place . Had a Lovley chicken burger and chips. Great food and drinks , great service

Ordered a takeaway this past Saturday then had to go to hospital with our baby. All sorted thankfully, then, when we went to collect they insisted on cooking us a fresh meal and delivering it (even checking if they could knock on the door or not). So lovely after a stressful evening to have such a kind gesture. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

The old boy who delivered the pizza was lovely. The pizza was the cheapest most processed caca ive ever seen. It wasn't anywhere near as good as a Dr. Oetker and you can get 2 for £3.00 when their on offer at the supermarket. The pizza base was like a cardboard crisp. Bargin at £17.08 for a 12 inch and chips🤔.

Wow, my mum Leah has been using gaywood pizza house for years.. we joined her tonight for pizza and its didn't disappoint proper little family run business.. food was amazing and service was second to none. Keep up the good work all

We hadn't had gaywood pizza house for a couple of years and decided to give it another go so glad we did they have totally revamped the menu with new burgers that are mouth watering tasty and the new loaded fries that are sent from above mmmmm so if you was like us try it again you will not be disappointed

Food good but hygiene extremely, EXTREMELY POOR!!!! Needs a major Food Hygiene re-inspection. Says it was last updated 2018! Clearly out of date! I do not recommend eating from this place. And I very highly recommend reading this review before eating at Gaywood Pizza House. Gave my family stomach problems. Diarrhoea and headaches… is that what you want from eating your food? Probably not! Very poor indeed. I will be appealing for a re-inspection as soon as possible. After waiting for over two hours for our traditional Christmas eve takeaway. We phoned, only to be told our order was just going on the grill. We received no communication updates via the Uber app. After speaking to two different members one of which was "supposedly" the manager they seemed surprised when we asked for their names and I asked to cancel our order. Merry Christmas Gaywood Pizza House.

Nowhere close to Normal quality tonight. Have used several times in the past and faultless but burger was tasteless, chips soggy and all not as hot as normal. Will think twice before using sgain

Would give this no stars if I could.... Ordered my children's food at 5pm...still wasnt here at 7:30pm... Apparently they've tried delivering it to another address...absolute shambles...will never order from here again.....

Absolutely fantastic food. Well presented, not greasy at all. Had pizzas and chicken burgers and all were restaurant quality. Delivery guy was really friendly too. Delivery took a while but appreciate they were very busy.

Stopped here whilst on holiday the food was really tasty and everything tasted fresh.

Thought we would try a second time after a long wait the first time we ordered. That was a mistake for sure! 2 hours 15 minutes from ordering until delivery.

£42 for 2 pizzas that had the topping slumped up the back of the box, no reply from them through just eat app

Food never arrived, rang restaurant who told me that the delivery driver couldn't find the house, they are very busy and it's very dark so they returned to the restaurant. I was then passed to somebody else who I asked if I could be refunded and was told no I needed to contact JUST EAT and she doesn't get her money from them until Monday??!!! She then said that they don't know why I ordered on JUST EAT, why didn't I just phone up as its easier. She told me that people 'try to be clever' ordering online. When I asked why she advertises on just eat if she doesn't like it she hung up on me. So I am now £25 down and hungry, NOT HAPPY.

Just a terrible place, food takes forever to arrive usually around 1.5 hours -2hours. Gets the order wrong and misreads the notes then refused to replace it. Really rude woman spoke to on the phone and refuses to take responsibility. Place should be closed the food is also terrible. Won't order from here again.

After both being at work all day I really couldn’t be bothered to cook, so I pick up the phone with no menu to make an order. Lovely lady on the other end goes through the menu with me,told her my budget and she was amazing going though all the deals. We pick a meal, it’s delivered on time nice and hot and absolute delicious. Thank you very much

Very poor quality food. Very similar to what your mum would get out the freezer from pound land. On top of poor quality, there was hardly anything there. This also with a 2 hour wait! Save your time and money and order elsewhere.

Don't normally like leaving reviews but feel I have to after this evening ordered food at 19.00 through uber eats estimated delivery was between 19.30 and 19.50 waited until 20.20 still nothing so called the shop and was told we was next in line and would be with us within 30mins finally arrived at 21.05 bearing in mind we are only half a mile from the shop and I can honestly say it was not worth the wait large kebab was literally six pieces of kebab meat in a rock hard piece of pitta bread garlic bread was a French stick cut on half with garlic butter spread on can honestly say worst takeaway I have ever had

Great family run Pizza House. Really friendly and great food! Definitely recommended. They now do the most delicious Gourmet Burgers, Hot Dogs and Chicken!

Great pizza, the fresh garlic is a brilliant touch. Delivery arrived about 20 minutes before they stated, and the battered Mars bar was deep fried perfectly. Will definitely be using again and would certainly recommend. Thank you 😁

It's hard to mess up a pizza; but they managed to do it. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I need to for this one: we didn't finish the pizzas and we love pizza. We have a teenager who usually finishes any leftover pizza and he didn't like it either. The dough was dry and it was obviously a pre made base. They could have redeemed themselves with the toppings but the toppings were greasy and not appealing at all... We had a rough day and I just wanted to treat the family to a pizza dinner and make things easy for everyone but we really didn't like the food and won't be going back. We ended up throwing half of it away :(. It also happens to have been expensive: I would have happily paid that money for good or even average pizza but not for pizza that's far less nice than a frozen pizza in the oven. Really really disappointed.

Nice pizza, chips and onion rings. However, the worst garlic bread I've ever had from anywhere including supermarkets. It was a soft baguette with a small trace of garlic butter. Didn't taste of garlic and was thrown in the bin. Also it was an hour late. Most takeaways I order from will let you know if they're going to be that late.

These are on Uber eats but cancel any order placed.

Terrible pizzas that took almost two hours to arrve

While i love their food which is why ive ordered 3 times now but all 3 times they have been late. They lie every time on the delivery time and say the food has been delivered when it hasnt. I ring up every time and aways told its on its way. This last time i rang up to ask why my food wasnt here and the manager told me it would be another 15 mins. It was actually a further 40 mins before it arrived. They offered choc fudge cake as complimentary but only sent 2 pieces when their was 5 of us eating. Not sure why time stated isn't accurate especially as you have hungry children.

Just received 2 pizzas. They are disgusting 🤢 ! Had to throw them out and prepare something ourselves. Pizza base is a joke. How can you call yourselves Pizza House is a mystery!

Disappointed with the pizza base, these are not fresh dough. I would say there brought in.

Very poor can't even get the order right was ment to get a pizza deal 3 with a large pizza 2 garlic bread large onion rings and 3 small chips to receive just the pizza oh and a can of cherry 7 up when explain to the delivery guy(which is not his fault) thay no longer do that drink and he goes back to get the rest of my order phone the shop and let them know and the woman was not very polite about it just ended puting the phone down on me will not be coming back and this is not the first time that have messed me about

Ordered my food and was told over the phone it was a 40 minute wait... an hour and a half later my food arrived a requested that they would call me when they were on the way so that I could make sure they didn’t wake up the children when they came. No phone call and the front door was so violently bashed on I thought it was someone invading the home. Food was also cold and order was completely wrong. I will Avoid from now on. Absolutely vile.

When Gaywood pizza house have the AUDACITY to charge £4.75 for a large curly fries and cheese. And you get less than half of a portion!! Absolutely disgusting

Burger arrived literally drowned in sauce. The top must have came off there was so much. Pizza toppings raw. Well worth the 90 minute wait!!!

Food is sometimes okay. Delivery is late 90% of the time. And now a days get declined as apparently to busy swear they don't wanna do anything

Poor service took over hour for food then forgot drink had to wait another hour only to be given the wrong drink with a very bad attitude won't be bothering with this poor poor excuse of a business ever again

Vile!! It took two hours to deliver. Not only did I have to ring them to find out where it was when it did arrive it was cold and order wasn't correct. The staff have no customer service. How can you get a burger and hotdog wrong? Answer to this is go to gaywood pizza as they clearly like to hire people who don't have a clue.

The person who took my order had the attention span of a goldfish & probably was late for their 10th cigarette break that I was interrupting. How can you get an order wrong when you order 2 pizzas? My pizza tasted like it had grown into the pizza box & I was tasting a combo of both flavours. A waste of money. Next time I will look at the reviews first.

Absolute joke! Tried making an order for 40pounds worth of food and they come back with they are too busy to deliver to me! We live 5 mins away from the hardwick roundabout!!

Didn't get what we paid for through feed belly. Ordered a cheese burger which then had no cheese! Ordered the legend burger which states its a 1/2 pounder it which then was only a 1/4 pounder. First and last time from them unfortunately. Don't go there. Rip off.

Absolutely rank. Ordered via phone to collect myself. Told 30 mins. When I walked in I witnessed them putting my pizza in the oven then and there... they were to busy gossiping to serve me. I waited and had a nosey and spotted the greasy and dirty shelf on top of the oven that obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. Eventually got my food and had instant reqret. Pizza was warm, but not exactly not. The base was stale. Chips were undercooked and tasted starchy, and my garlic bread was more like a warm soggy piece of bread with a measly scraping of garlic butter on it.... hardly what I'd call garlic bread. I will not be going back.

Four cheese pizza is amazing, same with their chocolate pizzas and sides. Only bad experience I've had is when I've asked for a vegetarian pizza, the toppings seemed raw.

Not that nice at all it was gold cheese garlic bread was covered in burnt bit pizza was not cooked properly chips were hard and was delivered in an hour and a half after I rang and ordered and when I rang and asked were it was it was only just an hour I waited they said it was in oven so was ages by the time it got to me it unacceptable we didn't eat it it went it the bin waste of £25 pounds

Waited about an hour and 45 minutes for a below average pizza. Was told it would be about an hour wait for my pizza called after and hour and a quarter to be told it was about to leave, still took another 30 mins for it to turn up.

Had to wait 55 minutes for delivery after being told 45 minutes will be delivered and my 3 year old was waiting and getting impatient and called them and asked where my delievery was will be another 20 minutes. Wont be going there again came allway from spalding to try there food at the in laws so went and collected will be ready in 5 minutes mmmm

Our daughter's car broke down 22/07/16 and the staff could not be more helpful and generous, they were wonderful.

Expensive and not great quality ...go to gallinos !
