Got a delivery but chips were missing. Gave them a call and they sent out right away. Great food. Great service. My go to for donner and fast food!

I had ordered from here today as I’m not well I received my order half a hour ago the chicken burger was overcooked and the bun was stale the fries were undercooked and cold in the centre I called them to complain the manager or the person I spoke to was rude and argumentative saying he’s never had any complaints on his chicken burgers or chips I am a chef I tried to explain that all I cooked for 25 years and then carried on being disrespectful to me then hung up if I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would

Never again, order food waiting for 2 hours, never comes. Not recommended at all. Rubbish customer service too. Been ordered food around 5 - 6 years, but never again.

Ordered chicken burger and the bun was blue covered in mold took it back and all the guy said was "we sell moldy bun and what" 🤮🤮 very rude staff never going back there food was disgusting

Went for food after a night out and was greeted by an older gentleman in the shop who basically had no interest in serving me. Then I asked for some sides and he wouldn’t even look at me and after asking him is he okey, he went on one and argued with me! Some of the staff are good but the old timer shouldn’t be front of house! There was that much shouting I left in the end and never even got my food I’d pay. Definitely will not be going back to Flames!

They are still workingo n this. Went in for a quick snack on the way to train, Kebab meat was a bland very very average taste, and not piping hot, no edge to it. At first I was offered 300g of Kebab meat and I asked well what does that look like? although the bread in the wrap was on point, it filled a hole, but nothing exciting at all. . Charged £2 for a can of Rubicon, cutrently 49p a tin in Heron. Whole thing £11 not value for money. I wont be back.

Food was very good. Delivery was half the stated time. When driver arrived I didn't realise that my order had already been paid for online and went to hand him cash. He could of taken it and I would have been none the wiser but he was completely honest. Only downside to this place is it is quite expensive but the food was great, service was great and delivery driver was honest. Would recommend.

The food was so delightfully juicy, the chicken was nice and crispy and the fries were as fresh as can be.

I've been overcharged, I paid 36 pounds for a special kebab and fries. They are very rude, they insuating that it was my fault. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.

Food was bad the only thing that was ok was the chicken yet they spiced it up way to much. Dirty floors and tables horribly cold door wouldn't even close, and extremely small portions don't order here.

Very rude and ignorant staff. I would be very careful when ordering. Make sure you are clear what you have ordered and ask for a receipt. The staff said we had ordered cheese and my wife is allergic to cheese. So we most definitely would not have wanted cheese on a chicken burger and chips. I also don’t think cheese would be £3.00, We have subsequently called and they have said we ordered special bread!! The pricing is very mis leading.and sure they were trying to scam us believing everyone that goes into the shop has been drinking. I personally would avoid the place. I can see why their Google review is only 3.2 from 5. (Food rating based on previous experience - Thought we would give them another try,… never again) Terrible experience, awaiting a refund via Trading Standards.

Ordered food nearly 2 hours ago. Was told 45 mins for delivery. Paid over the phone by card and the shop won’t answer so unable to find out where our food is or request a refund. Will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered food last night it didn't arrive, it transpired the delivery driver couldn't find our address but Adam at Flames was brilliant he offered us the same meal we'd ordered originally, good customer service and a nice man.

What was disappointing was the chicken was very good but the kebabs we ordered did not come with the salad or sauces required as a result they were dry and tasteless

Best naughty pizza in King's Lynn

I've ordered from this restaurant over a couple dozen times. The food is always fresh and well cooked, tastes great and their stuffed crust pizza is my favourite in the city. It's my go to take out place and you should consider it being yours too

Small portions and over charged me, refused to rectify mistake, even tried to contest online prices were wrong on two separate websites (their own and uber) then to be told why didn't we order online! Very ruder very un professional and then to be told no manager was on site not happy at all!

The taste of the pizza is unreal, I don't know how they make it taste so good.

Don’t waste your money here. What an embarrassment of a takeaway, have the cheek to charge them prices yet could be rated the CRUSTIEST, nastiest takeaway in kings Lynn. Can’t even make chips, might as well shut down now tbh.

Absolutely awful customer service. They laugh at customers and have this awful attitude. I've seen them take the micky out of the drunk customers and over charge them. Really not trustworthy in the slightest. Food was like warm at best. I certainly won't be going back. Not a safe place to go.

Brought a donner wrap with a can of coke, paid £8 for the meal, didn't receive the coke as was told I did not ask, and had to pay £1.50 for the wrap for my donner roll? Worst takeaway I have ever been to.

No customer service skills, the managers are chilling at the back not knowing what their staff is doing also I was there when the last person put the review. They are 100 percent right. He paid for his food and didn’t even take the food with him. I would never go there again

TERRIBLE!!! £45 not including £5 delivery just for half my order to be wrong tried to call to sort the issue out and got greeted by a horrible member of staff! Arrived within time set. Requested a burger with cheese, no onion. It had onion in it. Requested large cheesy curly fries with mayo, no cheese & cold. Kebab - cold, chicken dry and naan bread soggy. Bit disappointing, to be honest.

Arguably the best kebab house in Kings Lynn - friendly staff, great choice of food on offer, and delicious, fresh ingredients. The Milano pizza was 10 little slices of heaven. This really is the King of King's Lynn.

Would give a zero if I could. £12.50 for a mixed shish, chicken and kofte kebab which was pink and raw. Burnt garlic bread, wrong drink received and wrong sauce. Potatoes barely cooked. Tried to call to get a refund and was greeted by rude staff who did nothing to fix the issues. Will never order from here again, food was awful and unsafe to eat.

Ordered a meal 1, mixed meat in its own box, salad, coleslaw, chips, pitta or naan and a bottle of drink, through feed belly. Good deal for under 15 quid. The meal was half hour late and when I rang to see where the food was I felt that the order had been forgotten about. The pot of chilli, that was an option, was already over the meat, which was in a polystyrene box with salad. There was also a separate salad. The chips and the meat were cold and we had to separate the meat from the salad, which was also now covered in chilli, before we could reheat it. We like chilli, up to a point but also like to choose how much we use...my husband likes his food spicier than I do, and we expected the sauce to come in a separate pot.As a result the meat had too much chilli for me to enjoy. The meat would have survived better in a foil container which would have meant that we didn't need to reheat which resulted in the lamb and chicken being overcooked. All in all the food was nice, just not presented or delivered as expected, will be sure to make order clearer in future. Also feed belly does not give the option to order more than 1 naan, or more than one extra sauce.

I had my order cold chips and grease and no wedges and no onions the donner kebab was cold and the meat taste like it was frozen and The employee Was it rude and swearing on the end of the phone Overall the chicken nuggets was the only good thing that come out of it

Best place in town for late food. Me and my family have been a customer for a while now and they never make a mistake. Unlike McDonald’s!! Might not order from them for a couple months though because I’ve been ordering a lot recently so they deserve this 5 star. Thanks for the service guys!

Attitude of the member of staff terrible will never be ordering from this place again. Tried place order by phone ended with my card being declined maybe a mistake...... I asked him to try again......His reply was "are you going to pay by cash I ain't got time for this" I ended up putting the phone down on him......Never again ⚠️ Called chilli masters order went straight through much better service 👍 My new regular takeaway now.

I'm writing this review in thankfulness for your services in 2019, however I will be listing points that one would like to encourage you to do better next time. 1. Take more time in preparation 2. I ordered a delivery from this con I ordered a chicken wrap and a chicken salad when it arrived the wrap had no chicken in it only salad and the same with the salad no chicken no chicken in a chicken salad so I called them up and asked to speak to the manager about this but instead they just turned abusive and threatened me all because I told them that they messed up my ordered I will never order from this place ever again and I strongly suggest that you think twice before ordering from this place as they are just cons and liers

£35 order ....Kababs had no salard on them for a real company this is a standard after eatting was still hungry because my large Kabab must of evaporated on the quarter mile journey and burger also had no salard ...The pizzas that where eatten seemed ok as noone has been taken ill yet.

I ordered from FLAMES tonight again as the last time I ordered it was burnt so I called them and politely explained that I was not satisfied also I was not asking for a refund or more food just that they get it right next time and so I ordered again tonight and was totally stunned because the lamb was black completely charcoaled and to top it off was cold, I also took pictures and if I could upload I would love too so anyway I called them again and was hurled by abuse.... guys and girls if you want good food with satisfaction order else were because that business is rubbish. Poor food and poor service.... end off.

Ordered a chef's special pizza which according to leaflet comes with all ingredients on it and I think at £18 it should but all it came with was donna meat, sausage and beef and cheese, I used to order from here all the time but not now service and products have really hit rock bottom here

Was waiting ages for my pizza to come despite it being really late on a Sunday.. Wish I had gone somewhere else because the pizza tasted so disgusting I ended up giving it to my dog. Didn't taste fresh, to be honest it didn't even taste like pizza. Was so hungry as hadn't eaten all day and still didn't eat it.
