Meat was raw so I rang up and nothing but excuses I told them I'll be taking it further so he refunded me part of the meal back and told me not too return very poor service

Had a takeaway from here. Quality was good. Portions were massive. Took me 3 days to finish it all. Really enjoyed it.

Food over two hours late and woman was rude on the phone

It's a nice place to eat but the reason why I've given atmosphere a 3 star is because the walk in room could do with a touch up with d.i.y and I remember when you could eat as much as you can but no longer do it any more

Waited over 2 hour for food to turn up! And when it did turn up the chicken was all pink, rung them back up to complain as my kids had taken bites out of this! They didn’t care at all. Will not be going back ever!!

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered food at 5pm it’s now 19:45 … still not good. Rang and they try to compensate with a bottle of cola!

If I could leave no stars I would. Food took over an hour to arrive, didn’t taste nice, was overpriced and worst of all had me throwing up afterwards. The food hygiene rating had always been good, checked after I’d stopped being sick and it’s now down to a ZERO. I will never order here again!

Ordered food tonight waiting 3 hours and then told driver broken down now getting refunded by tomorrow if not collecting it from them a 5pm tomorrow night not happy will not use again

Ordered at 5:15, delivery for 18:45, after 3 calls and promises that food is on its way, last call at 20:45, said they would send again. I couldn't wait anymore and asked for a refund. 1st time ordering, never again. Don't mind food being late, can't stand the lies.

had a take away from here friday night with my partner, we are not local to the area and found the food to be very yummy and just what we needed after travelling, would highly recommend and owner was lovely

Food was great but the delivery time was slow they said 40 minutes but ended up an hour and a half. I will try them again I just hope the delivery is on time this time ⏲️

Ordered food - they said it will be ready and delivered in 20min, after 1hour I tried to ring them to find out whats going on, as there was still no delivery - no reply ! Delivery driver turned up after 1.5hrs - I declined the order, because I already had frozen pizza in the oven. It was taking too long and no one was contacting us that the food was going to come late. AVOID at any cost !!!

Not great food atall. Curry was like water and didn't have much taste. Onions were soggy and the chicken tasted like cheap processed chicken. Chicken balls were nice, chowmain was OK but just very greasy. I've used this takeaway a few times if our usual place is shut and this is the worst we've had. The food has definetly gone down hill. Also delivery driver is miserable

Food is the best in town for a takeaway, by a country mile. But your delivery driver (that delivered today) was rude. He couldn’t find my address, so he phoned and argued with me that I’ve put the wrong address in! Think I know where I live, also may I add that no other delivery company be it food, Amazon or supermarket etc have issue finding my address. So I walked to meet him somewhere else, for him again to tell me I must have put my address in wrong!! I might as well have come and picked it up myself. Gave a 4 star overall because of the standard of food, but please look into your delivery staff, I must add they aren’t all like this. We are a regular customer of yours and this has put me off having your delivery again.

I ordered from a delivery company, And this was the 5th time ordering from this company and have had no trouble, just hot tasty food nice size portions, and with fast delivery.

This first time I tried this place since my usual one didn't work today. But I wasn't imprest with the service,he wants very polite. Food wasn't steeminig hot,and I live 3min walk. My beef didn't had a lot of flavour and fried rice well wasn't really fried. So I will not be going there again for sure.

You are lucky I have given u one star as if I could give u a zero I would my curry is like dishwater if I could upload a video or photo I would it's in one one clump so clearly a defrosted reheated job no wonder why people get food poisoning from you I wouldn't even give this to my dog let alone another human chicken balls overcooked , rice bland,pancake roll obliterated overcooked and looks horrifying looks disgusting only thing actually edible was chips, prawn crackers , and chowmein but was very greasy so for my money worth I defiantly would expecting more better quality in food deliver driver lovely but would invest on better chef or u may see u getting less customers with same opinion also did tried to call but couldn't get through

Arrived in good time however for the prices I'd expect better quality. Dishes were Watery and full of oil with little to no flavour on some of them.

Myself and my partner have ended up with food poisoning. We both ordered exactly the same and have both ended up being sick within hours of eating the food! Never ordering from here again!!! And in Response to what you have written!! We ordered 2x Special Chow Meins (dry with no prawns) chicken balls, crispy seaweed and spring rolls… so before you throw accusations around get the order correct. Also haven’t called or asked for money back because clearly your Lacking manors and respect for customers! The only thing we had eaten the same all day was our Chinese food and we both got sick within 2 hours of each other after eating your greasy food!

Everything was really good! we ordered the appetisers which were soo good! Sweet and sour Chicken balls were good but the sauce was really runny, the satay sauce was the best we’ve ever had! Rice and the chow mien were great portion sizes, unfortunately we weren’t a big fan of the bbq ribs and the curry was good but the texture was off putting! The order time was great, it estimated around 70 mins but we got it in 30 mins! we will definitely be returning, Thankyou !

Over 1 hour late with delivery, unable to ring them phone keeps going to answer phone which won't take messages. Use to be great, will think twice before using them again.

Best Chinese food. Delivery always on time. Good service and very nice food.

Very disappointing, used these for a long time and then called to say one of my dishes was poor and lacking. Got asked what I was expecting them to about it. Call handler argued and then told me not to eat it as they wanted it back and told me what I should have ordered.. Won't be returning again, no need to be rude at all. Customer service shocking.

Tonight they forgot the rice and are sorting out as we speak. The food is absolutely amazing and worth every penny. We always order from here,. Very fast delivery and friendly staff both on the phone and the drivers. If you're looking for the best Chinese food in kings Lynn this is the place to go.

Really bad!!! Took two hours to think about my order then when I phoned up they said it was on its way at 7:45pm when actually they lied and hadn't even been cooked as I phoned up at 8:15pm and they hadn't even bothered to cook it. Then tried to offer me a bottle of coke and my food was gonna be another half an hour really not good enough!!!!

A brilliant take away. I've never had anything bad from them and I've been dozens of times. Their salt and pepper box is amazing value for money and the duck rolls are just delicious.

Have eaten here for over a year normally no problems And really good ,but won’t be going back the rice was like uncle bens microwave the noodles were all greasy The black bean source tasted off threw most of it away

Not overly happy with you guys. Spent a fair bit on our order, we live in terrington so we had to pick up which was fine. Got round the corner from our to house for you to then call us back to say you had left two dishes out of the bag, our rice and curry. No offer to meet half way, nothing. So we turned around to collect it, no money back, just a ‘sorry’ got home, it was obvious it was going to be freezing cold, and we just couldn’t eat it. £25 wasted and still hungry. Cheers

Placed an order told me the price was £41 delivered they then called me back 15 minutes later and told me it would be £47 as they had made a mistake when I argued this the gentleman on the phone become very rude and put the phone down on me will never use again strongly advise avoid.

Vile! Horrible rubish do not eat there! Food was mostly onion that was nether peeled nor cooked , fleverless! Water chestnuts I found in my food that were roten! Do yourself a favour and go to a different food outlet! Wish I had !

My birthday tea they over charged me sent the wrong order also forgot stuff refused to take the food back and refund me I've never been so upset so spent over 31 pounds and wasn't able to eat it

Had Chinese tonight and it was awful, was like it was frozen food and reheated. The seaweed was like plastic, the chow mein was stodgy, I definitely wouldn't order from here again. You could get better quality Chinese food from the supermarkets. Was really really disappointing

Spent £16 on two meals so was a good price. The meal was delicious and the chips were amazing. Great service!! Well done guys!!
