King’s Lynn HotPot Takeaway in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

The pizza tasted and smelt funny. The chips, chicken and pizza came barely warm. We will not be visiting this place again. Unable to add salad on the deliveroo site and it turned up without salad. Would have probably been the best part if the meal had it been on there. Only thing going for is that it turned up 30 min before the scheduled time.

Ordered this today got it with mold and all they offer is a discount next time cause I ordered off the web site not good enough

It says it's open while it's already closed.charging money ,then it takes ages to get the money back.

Food was poor, driver stunk of pot from a shop called Hot pot thats ironic. Don't buy it. Potatoe ball things had a random chicken ball in it, did'nt noctice untill my partner bite into it to find it taste off, we dont mind a random accdient but the smell of pot was lurking long after.

£8.50 is a reasonable price for a fish and a decent amount of chips, unless the chips are overcooked, so you can only eat the fish, which was tasty.

Food r of bad taste and these guys often not deliver the full items we order. Few items get missed. Never recommend to anyone and will never order.

Chewy lamb, bland food, cook better myself!! Bottled Beer tasted nice, do not recommend.

Ordered three vegetarian pizzas and chips. All was inedible! The pizzas were raw and had frozen carrot, pepper and peas thrown on with a load of cheese to hide it- these items were not listed on the menu and chips were cold and wet. Bad customer service. Avoid at all costs. Worst food I’ve ever seen

Terrible service. 2 hours to deliver food. Phoned up 6 times and told it would be 5 mins. Cancelled order and then it came. Don't use.

Absolutely disgusting :/ portion of chips missing! Mozzarella sticks where burnt badly!! Can’t believe they sent them out like that!!! And the chips that arrived tasted strange like they had been fried in tainted oil that had some sort of spice in :/ overall chips that arrived and mozzarella sticks where inedible and the phone was off the hook so couldn’t complain.

Order came with no curry and biryani was Luke warm refused to replace the Luke warm biryani and it was cold by the time the curry got here and it was half a portion and also luke warm. Refused refund and was very rude. Second time they got my order wrong and I will not order again.

Absolutely disgusting, vile and rude staff. My boyfriend and his family ordered food from here last night and we received half the order. When we phoned to tell them, they hung up on us and then the manager proceeded to swear at us!!!!!!! and cancelled the whole order and told us to never order there again as he doesn’t care. We put a review up on their facebook page and they have since deleted it! Absolutely vile customer service. Shouldn’t be allowed.

For fast food we use hotpot. Best selection of food you try semple like pizza 🍕 kebabs or India cu6.

I'm confused by the awful reviews. Maybe they're improved recently? the food was great, had low exceptions due to reviews but for a late night order it was fast delivery and tasty food. Would recommend.

I waited for over an hour for my orders and then delivered to right address apparently but I was waiting outside for them to arrive and never came! First time that happened to me!

Long delay waiting for food to arrive (98 minutes). Poppadoms soft. Food choices poor and the items were not very tasty. We shall not be ordering from Hot Pot Kings Lynn again

Absolutely disgusting. We have been ordering from here for 17 years give or take and in the last couple of orders they have really been going downhill. The last 3 orders were not complete they wanted us to pay for items that weren’t delivered. Naan bread uncooked, pizza cold, it took two hours to get to us, the chicken was dry and this is unacceptable.

We ordered food i was told it was going to take 45 mins, it took 1 hour 45mins, I called too ask where the food was and the person was very rude. When the food eventually arrived it was stone cold and had too reheat it. We told the driver we was not blaming him as he was only doing his job. Would never use them again or reccomend them.

Just don't do it!! I would rather go hungry than order from here ago, 45 minutes late on top of their 1 hour estimated delivery. Arrived with food exploded all over the paper bag it was delivered in, the delivery driver either didn't speak English or just refused to talk. Food was stone cold and popadoms were that soggy that you could fold them like a piece of cotton. Rang to speak to them on several occasions but they were rude and seemed to ignor my comments! If I could give them zero stars I would !

Don't order food from here unless you like cold food and are not hungry as they took over 2 hours to deliver and when it got here it was cold. Very unhelpful when we rang, for the third time

They barely understand what you tell them and invariably you end up with wrong food which tastes awful aswell...avoid like the plague.

Very disappointing meal from here. Chicken tikka masala tasted like it was made with gone off yoghurt, Bombay aloo tasted like vinegar, garlic nann but tasted plain. It was awful and could not eat it! And they forgot my drink. £25 wasted. Will not eat from here again!

Just had a takeaway from this business, probably the worst pizza I've had, it was dry, flaky and the cheese wasn't even melted, not to mention it was cold, never will I eat from here again.

Used to be really nice but they're going downhill, every time I order the same thing it's different. Chicken tikka jalfrezi and mushroom rice. One day they'll be dark in colour another time pale. Sometimes its quite hot other times its mild. Sometimes the jalfrezi is thick but sometimes it's watery. Sometimes it's nice and sometimes it's not! I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Orderd last week,bloke who answered phone was very rude , was told 45 mins delivery, waited hour and half, food then arrived chips soggy and plain when I asked for sauce pizza cold and hard and not what we orderd, so 18£ worth of food was put in bin Ali doesn't seem to wanna sort it out think 5£off our next order is OK, after I spent 18£ with then waited all that while and was spoken to very rudely ,

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waited 2 hours for delivery, Driver 'couldnt find address' so we received a text message to say food now been bought back! No phonecall to ask for directions or to explain what happened. Stay clear!!

Last time we ordered from here everything was so dry cold and horrible. Won't ever order again
