Breakfast was delicious..eggs runny..Nice hot meal. This time fish and chips, we'll the fish is hugh doesn't stay on plate, the chips and mushy peas let it down.. Staff always happy and helpful. I like coming here...

Have been into the store in High Wycombe with a friend expecting to get a cup of coffee but none of the machines were working! Tried the following week and the same! No machine repairs do still no hot drinks!! Really do think Morrisons should be looking into this and maybe getting management and staff that actually care!!!

Just had the most disgusting cold breakfast I've ever had in my life. The tables were filthy dirty and I didn't feel safe eating from the one I chose. The glass partitions along the aisles were also filthy dirty with greasy hand marks and dirt of all sorts . There's nothing worse than a cold disgusting breakfast in such a dirty dump like this and I was tempted to call the health department and report it. Such a shame because it used to be ok. Staff have an 'I don't care attitude'. They charged me 10p extra for a sachet of HP sauce but didn't arrive then after I asked for it I still didn't get it. My advice to anyone going into Morrison's cafe is make sure you wash your hands thoroughly when you leave not before you go in.

Today I just wanted 2 cups of coffee.On picking up 4 mugs from the hot unit..all of them so filthy..like mud was smeared in them..are they not checked when they come out of the dishwasher.I put them over the counter and explained to the assistant why I had done that,who just said "well they are usually clean"I decided to carry on with 2 clean mugs,but before I could order and pay,people were queuing at the coffee dispenser as there was no milk and it seems staff that were told , could'nt care less.A young man who had managed to get something out of the coffee machine was waiting to complain as he had got not quite a half of a mug. Needless to I say I gave up and left.Does the store not have a manager to oversee the running of the cafe?What has happened to this store..it used to be really good. .

Third visit to Morrisons cafe today and wont be going again. Cooked breakfast came out warm, even though i had asked the lady serving that i wished it to be microwaved extra hot before the fried egg was put on. The person doing the cooking couldnt even get that right. I returned the breakfast and informed a member of the cafe staff that the food was luke warm and needed heating up further. When the breakfast was returned it was still not hot and the egg was solid. I informed the staff that it was not fit to eat and she took it away. Within a few minutes a store manager came to the table and asked us what was the issue with the food. At that point i was furious with the standards. A conversation followed. I was given the choice to either have a refund or wait for another breakfast. I chose to have a breakfast. So i waited and waited and waited again. No breakfast came to the table even though other tables were getting their food. After nearly 45 minutes of waiting i got up and asked to speak to the manager again. Upon doing this i asked for a refund as i was not happy with the service. The manager informed me that he would pass on my comments to the senior kitchen person upon her arrival in the afternoon. No senior person was in charge during the morning to supervise the kitchen staff. In my opinion the cafe is let down by poor management, sub standard food and lazy staff. This cafe needs a complete overall to bring standards back up to an exceptable level.

Is this cafe ever open? I visited a few times & was told by staff who really couldn’t care less that they didn’t have the staff to run it? Even when open tables were filthy & stupid mistakes made by the staff! Get your act together & either a run a decent, clean cafe or close it!

My wife and I use Morrisons cafes up and down the country on our travels, and everyone we have used so far has been superb......... except for this one! - 12.00pm Saturday 11th December 2021 . We ordered two teas, a jactet potato for my wife, and a cheeseburger for myself. During the payment process at the till, the till operater simply left us half-way through and went away to talk with someone without as much as an 'excuse me'. When she eventually came back, she said that she didn't think that they had any cheeseburgers.... After asking her to check, he went into the kitchen, and eventually came back with the word 'Yes'....... nothing else! - Anyway, our food eventually arrived, but my cheeseburger had a definite complete lack of cheese in it, so I took the burger back to the till and told the operater about it. "It's a BEEFBURGER" she exclaimed. "But I ordered a Cheeseburger", I replied... "We only do beefburgers" was the reply, after which I picked up and showed her the menu, and pointed out the CHEESEBURGER entry! ....."OH, ALL RIGHT" was her reaction before walking off into the kitchen.. There was some argument in there during which the person behind me said, "It's not looking good for my cup of tea, is it?" ..... Anyway the burger reappeared after a minute or two but this time with cheese - Whilst all this had been going on, my wife noticed an elderly gentleman who was sat at a nearby table. He had been waiting since we got there for his cup of tea to be bought to him. Nobody had told him that he had to get and fill his own pot and cup! ........ Going back to my own meal, by now my burger and the chips that were served with it were cold! - I think that some serious staff retraining, and even some sackings are required here! :-(

Paid for an item that wasn’t available - told me my refund was “automatic” still no payment - blatant theft! Vile iced latte. A previous visit resulted in an incorrect order, I refused it and then was presented with the same waffle minutes later told “eat it”. On a previous visit the centre fire alarms were going off, we were told to ignore security and wait, in the end we simply couldn’t and were of we left we wouldn’t get a refund - this was for following the direction of security due to the fire alarm and total evacuation! That’s 2 episodes of theft and vile coffee!

Up until today I’ve never had a bad dominos but that changed so dramatically today when in Marlow. After waiting 35 minutes for our food (store was not busy a the time) One pizza had so much sauce and no cheese at all, then a spass amount of toppings. Our other pizza was burnt and as for the cookies I’m thinking of using them on the fire to heat the house, the chicken strips were still cold like they hadn’t even been cooked. Honestly couldn’t believe how bad this was. You couldn’t pay me to ever go back there. Ended up at McDonald’s

We were not eating at Dominos. Ordered on-line for a group of 24 people. Pizzas were delivered on time, were hot when delivered and exactly as ordered. The list of allergens was really helpful.
