Morrisons Gainsborough Cafe in West Lindsey

Never had a issue here food is always hot fresh and served quickly ideal when you have kids with a hungry tummy

I went in today, my bacon wasn't quite as crispy as I liked it, the customer assistant took it back and promptly crisped up my bacon beautifully, not only that she was so attentive and gave great service, 10/10

Had breakfast me and my wife . fried sausages were black flat mushroom were not peeled or cooked barely toast soft butter asked for hard butter said there's none so they leave there butter out health and hygiene for £5.95 shocking. Man serving anger problems not very nice made you feel belittled plus first time here and the last time even the man getting coffee from the machine said to me the server has attitude problems I laughed please look at what I got. Only ate ther because we did a big shop and were both diabetic

Stopped off on a long journey and bought some pre made sandwiches, drink and one hot bacon sandwich Pros Sandwiches were very tasty (egg & cress baguettes & bacon sarnie) Cons We were in the queue behind a lady who had severe allergies and needed to check out what she could have, what was used in cooking etc then the types of tea available. She apologised to me and I understood that. But the lady on the till didn't know any of the answers so had to keep going into the kitchen to ask. She did apologise for the delay when she served me. We only wanted 1 item as a takeaway: a hot bacon sarnie. Oh my. It took 17 mins to arrive...... and I do wonder if it did so then because I asked, after 15 mins) when it would be ready...... (only 2 staff in the cafe area and always busy) Tip to customers We didn't notice the auto order point until we were waiting for the hot sandwich - it's on the right as you enter at present Tip to management Move the customer auto order machine so it is visible after you've looked at the food items /menu Ensure the staff member on till knows what is what or encourage them to bring someone through who can assist. Look at delays for quick cook foods. Overall A 17min wait for a bacon sandwich....... Would we visit again? Doubt we'll be in the area again but if we are, no.

went back to morrisons at Gainsbourg for breakfast today, now they are up and running, or rather crawling, about a hour and half wait, food underwhelming ,one eggs instead of the old two, no hot water for tea at the normal source, had to use coffee machine, repeatedly telling us they were under staffed ,no way to odder toast at the new machine,all in all poor sevrice/food

Don’t ask for a pizza on the pizza counter!!!! This pizza counter is scary! A lot of people have told me about the issue at Gainsborough Morrison’s pizza counter but I thought I’d try it out, They were correct, the attitude of the staff is unacceptable, this needs addressing. Morrison’s pizzas are amazing if you can actually get one made to order.
