Missing items ordered 3 sausage baps and only got two

Horrible lady, I think her name is Vicky, she was awful with customer service, how has she got the job? No idea. Ordered pancakes and no cutlery not even asking if I wanted anything else.

My order was incomplete. I didn't get my lattè. Could I please have a refund for that item

disappointed with the order. I had several items missing from my orders. the food that arrived was OK but I didn't even receive the "extra" items I had ordered. the first time this happened I thought it was just an accident but I ordered 2 identical meals that both had missing items 🙄

I ordered a meal of Fish chips and peas. What was delivered were scones and some confectionaries. Thoroughly disappointed with the service.

It was late and half the food wasn’t delivered and the other half was freezing cold and not completely what was ordered. I always order from this restaurant and food is 98% of time awesome but today was very bad couldn’t even eat it.

A very decent cafe and reasonable prices, food is quite tasty for a supermarket cafe. They are quite tight on sauces though.

So Disappointed today on 30/08/23. The self service machine didn't give enough options so wanted to see an assistant but waited ages and ages to get served. My food arrived not long after despite being told half an hour wait but chips looked awful and were cold, sausage was okish, scrambled eggs totally bland. I just wasted most of it. Dreadful food. We eat there quite often for Breakfast and it is usually fine but after this I am not sure about eating there again. ☹️..

Absolutely inedible. Everything was dripping in grease where it was obviously deep fried. The bacon was rock hard so it was impossible to chew. Disgusting.

Took an hour to assign a driver, ordered an ultimate breakfast and received chicken and chips, and a sausage bap. Ridiculous.

I teams missing of the breakfast

I asked for no beans+black pudding they gave me that the sausages were burnt like they been on bbq the curled up bacon was thiner than my finger nails the mushrooms was like they been there all day the sauces they gave me was full of grease on outside I paid for extra mushroom i never had it i definitely won't be having a meal from there again it was descusting

If I could give 0 stars I would it doesn’t even deserve one. Complained at front desk her name is Vicky I found out that because she doesn’t wear a name badge for obvious reasons to when she gets a complaint no one knows her name. Customer service knew who I was talking about as soon as I said my problem was with the cafe and they named her within a split second. My partner went up to order she was speaking to this woman serving her and there was no reply ignoring her and just plopped the change in my partners hand but that was after waiting 15 minutes to be served as to busy gossiping else where. then we sat down to wait to be served our food. Just for us to be told to “go away” when we didn’t even speak one word when she served our food. The people who were sat behind us had the same problem. This is not just happened once. It’s not just to youngsters it’s to elderly vulnerable people too. Appalling she needs the sack no way to treat anyone especially paying customers.

Without any hesitation I have to say this was the best breakfast ordered via ‘Just Eat’ to date. Food was gorgeous and really hot, delivery driver was really friendly. Cannot fault at all.

Food arrived after about 3 minutes even though I ordered fish. The food wasn’t the best at all. The staff were moody.

Went for breakfast today. Staff as miserable as sin, coffee was tepid an bitter. Food turned up, I had breakfast, my wife had jacket. Was informed they had run out of poached eggs, so I had fried?? Eh?. Toast, bacon, mushroom( looked 3 months old), tomato( inedible), fried egg swimming in oil and eggshell, sausages cremated, cold. Congratulations Morrisons, it was easily the worst breakfast I have ever had. My wifes jacket potato was cold and tiny. Awful all round performance. And now I am unable to post, 'an error occured'.

Just walked out. Service appalling. No acknowledgment you are waiting for service. Ignorance at it's best. This used to be a real lovely cafe. Something very wrong. Someone needs to manage these issues as I was so annoyed I left the store without doing my shopping.

Tables was dirty, food and latte was freezing cold 🤢 absolutely terrible also paid for a large breakfast which was like a child's plate! Then ask for some salt and surprise surprise we havnt got any!!! I certainly do not recommend this cafe.

It's grimy and overall just disappointing compared to Tesco

I love a Morrisons breakfast and I love the fact you can get it to takeaway. I love standing waiting to place my order whilst being looked at like I'm about to ask for a extra sausage. I place my order pay and sit and wait. 35 mins later I get up and ask if my orders ready to be told it's been ready for 20 mins but not been called out. Now I do like a dry up but this was horrible cold the egg was one of those rubber joke ones loads of grease in the box so heart attack to be guaranteed.

Before lockdown this was our go to shop for groceries and lunch every Saturday. Today we returned (July 2021) and weren’t disappointed. The fish, chips and mushy peas were restaurant standard and the chicken, bacon and avocado salad that my wife had was equally delicious. The staff are pleasant and professional and we are glad to be able to visit again, will continue to do so and I find it strange that the reviews on here are less than favourable. A great little “restaurant” which knocks not only other supermarket cafes into a top hat but also other Morrison restaurants we have attended. Well done Morrison’s Rogerstone.

Staff are lovely, it’s impeccably clean but the food is horrendous. Greasy and clearly under a heat lamp.

Just thought we'd take advantage of the help out to eat out wish we hadn't bothered, we waited to be seated which took 10 minutes which is fine, ordered our drinks and meals only to be told there was a 40 minute wait by the time the food arrived which was overcooked our hot drinks were cold, the most annoying thing though that there was 2 ladies telling people there was no clean tables available and not one person cleaning, eventually they were turning customers away and still not one person was cleaning and they were all congregating around the till chatting, totally unacceptable.

Bit of a queue to get in and a wait for food, but staff were so lovely.

After a 45 minute waìt for meal it was soggy like it wasn't cooked enough. Paid 50p for barbecue sauce that was the size of a ten pence piece. When complained was offered sachets of sauce wich was free anyway. Staff was nice but seemed over worked. Not the usual standard at Rogerstone.

This is the best Morrison s café in the chain, breakfast cooked well. Most stores café's serve up anieamic looking sausages and bacon BUT this is by FAR the best.

Noisy food not the best always a long wait not enough staff it was very good a while back but not now

Whether it's breakfast, lunch or tea there is always a good selection of meal choices here.

Great breakfast at a reasonable price

Ordered food in the cafe. Despite having bad experience last time (hair in my food) we decided to give them a second chance. I wish we hadn't. When ordering the southern fried chicken burger one of the options was bbq sauce. This didn't arrive so I asked for it and was given a sachet of bbq sauce that I could have got myself. When I complained they eventually brought the correct dish of sauce from the kitchen by this time we had eaten the burger. The half a chicken had the option of gravy. This also didn't arrive until we had eaten most of the meal. The staff just don't seem to care. Avoid the cafe at all costs.

Didn't have most veggie options . Had to settle for something else. Mediocre

Price ok, nice staff, but they usually get someone wrong!
