It is very bad servers Don’t know how to speak to Customer Everyone have complained about stuff in there Fighting with Customer Charging extra Everything was bad in there

It's ok when they don't forget items from my order, when they have all products in stock and the staff doesn't rush you through your order. EDIT: Changed to 1 star as every single time we order from here (drive through or just eat), there's ALWAYS at least one item missing. When ordering through Just Eat be prepared to eat your food soggy and cold. Never again. Update: went in to eat around 1.30pm with my daughter. Toilets are filthy, around the restaurant isn't very clean either... Food ok, but clearly understaffed (or badly organised) as there wasn't anyone at the counter unless you had an order to pick up. Bonus points for the crayons and drawing sheets for the kids though.

Sent completely wrong food (one burger with stuff we didnt ask for, 1 chips), handed me a bag with a drink in leaking all over my doorstep and floor. Doesn’t answer the phone (tried over 30 times)

McDonalds restaurant, self service with dine in & food bought to your table.

Just drove through for coffee. Really great price, served quickly, and coffee was hot and real bean.

Food and service was great. Felt sorry for the staff as the heating wasn't working and it was freezing in there!

Was taking my 2 grandson's to the cinema. And as an extra treat, I asked where they would like to have lunch. Of course it had to be Macdonalds. I ordered what they wanted. Was then asked where I was sitting and within minutes the boys had their lunch. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Order was cold when arrived, missing items yet again don't think staff can count pass 3. This seems to be every time I order for grand kids, Don't like the stuff myself I am a burger king man which is always cooked fresh nowaiting in rack to be picked up, When try a phone about missing items always engaged must be a lot of complaints, STAY AWAY

At 5am on a Christmas eve, the staff were very quick and very friendly. On the way to work I decided I needed 3 mcMuffins to get through the shift, managed to get them quick enough with plenty of time to spare.

An early morning breakfast as there was nothing else open. The restaurant was clean and tbf. I was surprised how good the breakfast was.

Shockingly bad! Didn't get the right order then it was cold, had bad stomach for the next two days!! Never again

ordered food for me my brother and his friend, the complete wrong order was delivered, tried to ring the mcdonalds countless amounts of times and engaged the entire time. awful service!

This McDonald’s has some friendly staff as long as you treat them with respect, I have had recent problems due to their ticket machines where I’ve been ordering their new cheesy McCrispy but without the onions or onion chutney (since I’m not the hugest fan of onion) but on their tickets it mentions “only lettuce, only bacon” when I never took off the cheese or cheese sauce from my order and it kinda just turns the Cheesy McCrispy into a regular McCrispy for extra price, in my most recent visit I even talked to a woman at the counter and told them that the ticket for my order *will* be wrong and that I *do* want the cheese and cheese sauce but I still wasn’t given the right order, if anything it was actually worse than usual because they only gave me one bacon strip rather than the regular two and at that point I had already gone home and not able to get a replacement made. Overall not a terrible experience usually, just been slacking a bit with the new items which leaves me feeling disappointed if anything.

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries through the app, went through the drive through, gave my code, got to the window to be told my payment had declined so I quickly checked my bank and the payment had not been declined my end, the money was gone from my account to which I showed the staff, she got the manager and after 5 minutes of trying to work out what had happened she told me to come in to the building as it would be easier to sort out, so I then had to go into the store which I was not happy about. I asked what was happening and the ‘manager’ told me she has voided the payment and it should be back in my account within 24 hours even though my bank account is showing a payment has gone out to McDonald’s. So McDonald’s have stolen my money as far as I’m concerned. I see from the reviews this has happened before to others. Get your app sorted and stop stealing peoples money. If the money is not back in my account in 24 hours from the time of purchase I will be back at the store to take this matter further as I will not have any of my money stolen from me by McDonald’s! Absolutely disgusting shocking behaviour from the manager, she turned her back on me as I was asking her to please give me what I have paid for, very rude and needs better training. It was a error with McDonald’s systems not mine so therefore is not my problem and should have been dealt with in a much more professional way.

Food is what you expect from mcdonalds, the staff were also polite. My only gripe would be that the staff don't enforce disabled parking with those who have no blue badge. Having one leg, I need the space to open my door fully.

Absolutely horrendous store… always give or send the wrong order and stone cold food! Pathetic service go elsewhere avoid at all cost

Staff are clearly incompetent. Ordered 2 meals with fries and a drink. No fired delivered. Paid £9 for a burger and a coke. What a jokeeeeeeeeeeee

Have order multiple times through the app to this store and just this store specifically tends to fail the order and still take the funds from my bank. I do not live locally so I cannot keep coming here to dispute this. I would not recommend ordering here on the app. It may have something to do with the 5p bag charge but I'm not sure. Will not be ordering again from this store myself

annoyed at the fact sticking the drinks and mcflurrys together in the same bag to the point where have them delivered with our food and the bag is soaking wet from where the drink is upside down and no drink left 🙃

Man outside the store will not let anyone under 18 in after 6pm. He is not in McDonald’s uniform or a security uniform. Waste of time and petrol getting there! Coldra McDonald’s don’t have this rule so went there instead!

food may have been early but I paid for double sausage and egg mcmuffin with extra sausage and egg. absolutely no egg in it. so next time take a bit more time and actually get the order right. disgusting

I ordered at 10:50pm and my order was delivered at 12:17am. My food arrived cold, I didn’t receive the sauce I paid for and my drink arrived half empty as it spilled everywhere in the bag

I placed a order this morning for 3 cheese flat breads and 3 hash browns and it’s saying my food has been delivered hours ago.

Anytime I order from mcdonalds there is always something missing and this time my chips is missing.

Honestly disappointed. I order breakfast quite a few times and this is by far the absolute worst. The food we ordered looked like it was just slapped together and tasted like it had been held for a while. And they can't even pack drinks properly. Just chucked the drinks in a bag which ended up all on our food. Can honestly say I will not be having McDonald's from here for a while .

Sometimes the fries are not as good as they could be. But that's fast food for you. It'll fluctuate. Usually pretty great though and the staff are friendly.

Delivery took about an hour and 40 minutes not happy want a refund absolutely ridiculous

shaa is a wonderful delivery man who oozes nothing but manners and a friendly nature , best delivery driver ( on his bike , previous one, more expensive one was stolen, .work should of done a whip round for him for that..support each other) ❤️

Really pleased , food was delicious prety much much perfect (salt shaker needed to get a sprinkle on the fries) burgers exactly as I like them. (The wrappers could be slightly larger 1cm width ways )The Big Mac is definitely the * item out of all of the burgers the bun was perfect and I like that you can customize the burgers when placing order so u don’t forget to tell them the bits you do or don’t want from the standard menu in the notes at the end of ordering (which can happen sometimes)

Never arrived though app said delivered. What’s the point in having a code if you don’t ask the customer for it. No breakfast out of pocket and someone else enjoying my breakfast. Can’t reorder as don’t have enough money. Will certainly only be doing cash on arrival here on in. Poor service.

There was only 1 chicken and bacon mayo burger when I ordered 2 and my Big Mac was freezing cold.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.... was waiting over 30mins for table service with my children, got board waiting so went up to see if was a problem. Was priotrising the delivery orders instead of the in-store customers. When eventually got the food the chips were cold and soggy and the burgers were cold also. Couldn't be bothered at complain.

I don't understand how a driver can have the balls to hand over a bag that is litrally dripping out the bottom I opened it and the whole large coke was on its side my doughnut and mcflurry was swimming in a pool of coke and on top of that the food was stone cold this service is shocking now.
